Great food - simply cooked classic Italian dishes - risotto looked like porridge but the taste was 100% - wine list very unexpected good quality and very reasonable - loved it for an impromptu lunch

Excellent dinner experience with friends. The restaurant was packed but service was quick and attentive. Delicious food and a nice wines reasonable priced, especially when you come from Denmark. The artichoke salad (unfortunately I forgot to take a picture) was amazingly particular nice experience. Will go there again no doubt about that👍

For us, the best restaurant in Champoluc. Pasta was delicious, so were the specials of the day. Meat was a dream, but there are also delicious vegetarian options. Stuffed artichokes and pasta with mushrooms especially. The place looks nice and cozy. Very nice and friendly staff. Can’t wait to come again!
Even when we didn’t have reservation, they made two tables ready for us on short notice. I really liked their flexibility. They were super helpful. Besides, the food was absolutely amazing! Highly recommended!
Great simple and tasty food, lovely Aosta valley Torrette wine, good value and pleasant staff. It was busy but a table was quickly prepared. Definitely will eat there again
Le sapin is one of the best family run restaurants where I have ever been. Simple dishes, full of taste, with that perfect blend of taste and easy of digest that you experience only in the true italian Trattoria’s. The typical place where you can theoretically eat everyday
Delicious food and easy going atmosphere. While Le Sapin is renowned for his meat dishes (and my partner confirmed that they are excellent), I also had a try at the vegetarian options, which were very tasty, I especially appreciated the great selection of fresh vegetables. Service is very welcoming too!

Traditional Italian restaurant. On the night we were there everyone else was Italian. Food was traditional good quality italian , limited menu choice but all the better for it . No kids options but pasta available ! The Brunet was fantastic

The only restaurant which had availability on Friday evening has a clear explanation. Crowded and stuffy, food has great possibilities but TOO SALTY. Mentioned this to the owner who shugged his shoulders. Ate better at more reasonable price nearby. Keep tuned.
Ok for a pasta after a day of skiing. The staff was a bit tired and uninspired when we were there.
We stopped here after a day’s skiing for drinks, they brought little tasty snacks with your drinks which was a nice touch. My only feedback is that the service although quick was not very welcoming.

If you do not speak italian, you are not going to get a table here. We were told today, that fullbooked. After us came many locals, speaking many minutes and alot, and, they got tables! Same problem in many places, english speaking tourists are not welcome.
Only the steak is decent. On our visit all the pasta and game options were worse than what you can get up the mountain for less than 10 euro... Service also a tad lacklustre with tables extremely closer together. Better options in walking distance.
