We always make a stop at whataburger when we are in Arizona. Love the food. Fresh, fast, and delicious. What else can you say. I love how they greet you when you come in the door, this one was no exception. We ate there around 630pm that day . They were busy but kept their tempo and effectiveness and smiles on their faces. Oh my goodness, I wish I remembered the bosses name. He was so wonderful and courteous. It caught me off guard how polite he was towards my family. His store was very clean and had such an awesome atmosphere. I look forward to visiting again when in the neighborhood. The food was still the bomb. They're open 24 hrs and from 11pm to 11am they serve breakfast items, one of which is to die for: the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit

We tried this place for dinner one night after a baseball game. We were greeted as soon as we entered. We waited a few minutes to get our order in due to them being busy. You order your food they give you and number and bring it out to your table once it is cooked with any napkins, condiments or utensils. The restaurant was clean as were the restrooms. I always feel like I've taken a few weeks off my life when I eat here and I always feel a little guilty after I've eaten here. But oh my goodness it's so worth it. They really have amazing food here for a fast food restaurant. It's greasy. It's messy. But it's exactly what you wanted to be. You pretty much know it's not real healthy but you really don't give a darn. You might need to be hosed down in your backyard after you eat here. And it will be absolutely worth it. It's so good! Oh and the chocolate malts in their onion rings... Oh so good. And where else can you go that you can get a side of gravy to dip it all in? I mean come on! I probably eat here a little too much and it will cause me to be on this Earth a few less days but I really don't care. When they have it try that Monterey melt thing. Darn it it's like 7:30 in the morning and I have to go get one now!!!! They must be doing some subliminal stuff or something. Lol! Don't expect your visit to be cheap or anything. They're a little on the pricey side. But you won't feel taken advantage of by any means.

We had an emergency food run on Thanksgiving (this was around 8pm). Whataburger was the only place open near us that wasn't turning everyone away. It was genuinely touching to see such a team of dedicated people all working together to keep a seamless and well executed shift. It was busy, food was steady, and very good especially as emergency Thanksgiving day food. This is one of my favorite restaurants in the US. This location I liked the food however the service could use a bit of work. The wait was a bit long on the day I went but I liked that they were able to make it up to me. I'm going to come back again but hopefully they can add some more people to they can make it faster.

I usually dine here every other weekend since I work down the street. I usually go for the biscuit sandwiches. If you haven't tried the jalapeño biscuit, try it before it's gone. Get sausage, egg with Monterey Jack cheese, not American cheese, and you will enjoy it. If I order lunch, I love everything; there isn't anything I can say is not my favorite. I like that the dining room stays open 24 hours. It makes it nice to go to a restaurant at 3 in the morning and be able to enjoy my food at its peak. Went through the drive-through this morning had the breakfast burger. I was the only car in line and they had no one in the dining room. My order took about 18 minutes. The food was delicious, small for the price. Overall it was an ol experience.

Was hungry for some Whataburger this morning . Everybody was very nice polite friendly. I ordered the breakfast platter with sausage. I've been into the hash browns they were amazing. They had this awesome crunch. As soon as I finish those hash browns I went up and ordered another one. I dip them in syrup and honey mustard. Can't tell you which one was better they were both good to dip in. The pancakes were good The sausage seemed like a lower quality. I really wished it was a little better. The sweet tea was pretty good. Oh yeah and they had a nice clean smelling bathroom that is important. Thank you guys.

Great food with great service! I was promptly greeted with a smile and ensured that my order was entered correctly. I ordered the Number 1 Medium Meal (Hamburger Meal with cheese, ketchup, mustard, and pickle) for Dine In. I was handed a Numbered Table Tent and my cup. The Drink Station was clean and organized with plenty of lids, napkins, straws, salt & pepper packets, etc. The meal was delivered to my table within 3 minutes. I was offered ketchup and sauces. The person who delivered my order was also friendly and served my food with a smile. The cheeseburger was very hot, fresh, and tasty! The French Fries were on the cold side which is why I gave this review 4 stars. Other than the cold fries, everything else was great! I still highly recommend this location to anyone needing a great meal at a great price! My last visit I noticed that there needs to be more focused training. There was someone roaming the lobby and counter area who seemed lost. There were areas where he could have stocked the drink station area. There were a couple of dirty tables as well that could have been wiped down. This is a Training issue. Other than that, I had a great experience.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but the food took a little longer than you’d expect. The onion rings were great. The fish sandwich had a good flavor but was a little overcooked. The girl at the drive thru on 8-1-24 at around 4:45 was very rude. After her not being able to understand me I asked if I should pull forward to order I did tell her that I can not speak any better. (I have a disability) She rudely agreed. But as I was frustrated I decided to park and go inside. I could hear her in there talking about me. I did not catch every word but did catch how dumb I sound and that someone else could “deal” with me. And she stated “Go somewhere else then “ The guy now taking my order was very polite and did his best to mask what she was saying. The lunch rush on Thursday 12/18/25 was pretty bad. Dry, burnt, over-cooked, over-seasoned meat. It really stinks being faced with the decision of - Do I throw money away and go hungry because this is almost inedible?, or - Do I choke this stuff down and have to be guzzling water for the rest of the day because I can't seem to get hydrated enough because I've consumed so much salt because somebody doesn't know how to do their job? It sounds like you've got the wrong person on the grill. Also, you a lot of times have the wrong person working the drive-thru. I don't know why you put the rudest, least personable employees to work the window and be the face of your business. Pretty much every time I present my phone with the the app and barcode to get my rewards, the energy you get in response from the employee is as if I asked them to do some incredibly difficult, inconvenient thing. Worst Whataburger I've been to. I live nearby so I will go occasionally and every time it's the same level of bad. Went thru drive thru this morning and ordered a bacon, egg, cheese biscuit. The guy repeats order and says a bacon taquito? I corrected him and reinforced I want a BEC biscuit. I get home to find i was given a Sausage, egg, cheese biscuit. The receipt had the correct order on it. I believe they didn't have a BEC biscuit ready and was too lazy to make it so they stuck whatever was ready in a bag. I despise sausage. I will not be returning to this Whataburger.

Usually pretty good. But this visit wasn't so great. Not a long line last night. But some how I got a cold burger with no cheese. The tomatoes were old and yucky tasting. The lettuce in in my burger was brown and gross. I didn't even bother finishing the bite I took. I spit it out and tossed the rest of the burger out. Went to In-n-Out instead. I visited the Whataburger located at 7375 W. Chandler Boulevard in Chandler, Arizona on a Wednesday around 1:00 p.m. I ordered the Green Chile Burger Meal. The cashier asked me, “Do you want medium or large?” She said it in such a way that it sounded like those are the only size options. It turns out that the small size is what the price on the menu is, and both medium and large are served at an additional cost. They really should tell the customers that medium and large are an upcharge, or offer small when asking which size the customer wants. I ordered the small and the total was $12.31. When asked, I told the cashier that I would be eating at the restaurant (not getting food to go). I was handed a plastic wedge with a number on it and a small beverage cup to get my own drink. I got my drink and the last napkin in the dispenser. I felt bad for the customers who would need napkins after me because there were none left. I took a seat in the lobby, which had several yellow “Wet Floor” signs next to tables throughout the lobby even though the floor was not wet. Several people who were there before me received their meals one-by-one. Finally, my food was brought to me and the guy told me “Here’s your order to go.” I told him that I had asked for my food to eat there and he looked baffled. He stood there motionless for a moment and then started to walk back to the service counter as though he was going to remove the food from the bag and place it on a tray. I told him that it was ok and I could eat is as it was. I noticed that my receipt clearly states, “Dine-In”. When they say it’s small, they mean SMALL and the bag of fries contains about 20 french fries that are 2” length or more. The fries were very salty, as was the burger. The green chile was good, but the rest of the meal, restaurant and this visit were a disappointment.

Dang this location is trash! Food took over 20 minutes to prepare. The staff is way undertrained and had no idea what to do. The parking lot has lots of spots which is nice. The food is cold and undercooked; I'd rather go to McDonald's. They do have outdoor seating, but it was gross too.

We usually love Whataburger but we were so disappointed with this location. We were in the drive through line for 20-25 minutes. 15 of those minutes were after we already paid at the window because they were finishing cooking the chicken. Ordered #7. The menu board says $5.74 but it rang up $6.53, $7.04 with tax. When I questioned them the 'manager' said there was nothing she could do, I could pay the $7.04 or leave and walked off. Worst customer service ever!

I ordered a patty melt combo when there was no one else there, got my food and went home, get to my sandwich and made it 3 bites in without realizing it was raw. I went back and told them, they made me a new sandwich and offered me a cookie for the inconvenience, I asked for a refund as well (i dont want to sound like that guy but i ate raw whataburger meat c’mon) and they said i couldn’t have my sandwich then. I mean it almost makes sense but not really, any other place would 100% give you a free whatever you ordered if they messed it up and thats talking like the wrong sauce or something, plus the sandwich was already made, so someone gets a free sandwich anyway. I come here fairly often but probably wont anymore just because the staff handled it so lame.

Worst experience ever! It's not that I minded the wait to place our order. After all, we did go around dinner time on 75¢ Whataburger night. The fact that I had to approach the counter after 30 minutes of waiting for our food, 2 simple burger orders and a chicken strip meal, wasn't even the worst part. There were people that arrived 20 minutes after us that had gotten their food and left. You guessed it, they neverade our order! Didn't even have the ticket for it anymore, so I had to give them my receipt so they could pull up the order. This caused us to have to wait another 10 minutes, on top of the 30 we had already waited. So 40-45 minutes total wait time for 2 burgers and chicken strips? Do better! And no, I will not be going back to this location, EVER!
