My wings were very dry i called and spoke with alan he was very rude not waiting to let me finish what i was telling him i did mention to him that they were dry and he said “well you didnt ask to have them wet “ 🤨 never going back to that location !!!

We give this location chance after chance.. and they seem to always hand us incomplete orders time after time. When trying to resolve the issue, they offer you things like $3 gift cards for the missing piece of your order while the rest of your order gets COLD!

The lady at the register doesn’t know how to do her job and was very rude fier her . Told he there was no ice and she just got on her phone and ignored us

If I could go lower I would. I ordered mine and my husbands food and upon picking the food up via DoorDash pickup, I was asked to confirm the order and i replied is everything there in the bag. She answerd yes and I believed her giving benifit of the doubt and returned home half of our food was missing and upon returning I said how the food was missing and she asked me to see the rest of the food. I guess thinking I have ate it before but if I had why the hell would I be back in the store. We would be eating! Anyways rant over don’t be sorry be better!!
