Been coming here for years and wanted to show my appreciation. Staff is very friendly! Service is excellent. Food is good. You know the food will be good. Honey fried chicken is good. Pancakes, Country Fried Steak are the best. Looking for an easy place to eat and affordable this is the place!

Gloria was a wonderful waitress. Friendly, so helpful and professional. Our food was exceptional. My girlfriend said the chicken noodle soup was the best she had ever had. She had fried chicken, done to perfection and I had pot roast I cut with my fork. The gravy was outstanding! All five sides were hot and delicious. All in all, a wonderful meal on a cold snowy night in upstate New York.

I did curbside pick up today so I wasn't inside. The atmosphere is usually busy around popular meal times.

We had a fantastic experience tonight. We came in before the dinner rush and were seated right away. Your server Mark was absolutely phenomenal! He was personable, friendly, and went above and beyond for us. He even snuck in some hush puppies on our plates to try. We ordered and the food arrived shortly after. The food was great and good portions for the price. The staff in the store are very friendly and kind too. It was just an overall fantastic experience at this location.

The food is always great! Our older waiter was excellent in serving us. The atmosphere was wonderfulHubby’s favorite meal is Southern fried chicken and grits. I had fried shrimp, okra, and mac/cheese. We both brought home some as portions too big for us in our 70s.

Our family loves going to Cracker Barrel. A lot of times it's our go to spot when on vacation in other states because we know the food and service will be good. Our young daughter loves going there with our whole family to celebrate her birthday each year because the staff are so awesome about making it a fun experience.

"Momma's Pancake Breakfast" was great. Delicious Pancakes, perfectly cooked eggs and bacon was a good value. The hot syrup was a nice touch. Our waitress Alyssa was great; warm, friendly, detailed and attentive. The meal was served quickly and was hot & fresh off the griddle; nice work!

This store had everything from clothes, jewelry, toys, seasonal items, snacks, and simply general gift and variety items. It's always fun to browse, and the food they serve in the restaurant is always good.

Some other guest was very rude. The waitress kept smiling and did what she need to do. The guy did make me angry, she didn't serve the food to them someone else did. The guy berated this young lady. She did everything she could to keep the guy as happy as he was gonna be. This young lady was beyond caring. We made her day a little better. Hugs to her and my child.

Enjoyed brunch with my tween and teen. We had almost no wait time for a table and most of the staff we encountered were beyond friendly & hospitable. The store is always a big hit with my kids and they were able to explore that while I waited for our food. Will definitely go again and again.

I always try to stop here for lunch or dinner when travelling as the food is great and the value is good for what you get

My family of 11 visited Cracker Barrel on Mother’s Day and it was a great experience. I did call ahead and they stated they would prepare a table for us. We got there 10 minutes early and once everyone was there, they sat us right away. Of course it was extremely busy but our waitress was wonderful, the food arrived in a decent amount of time and it was delicious. Definitely glad we chose Cracker Barrel to celebrate mom!

Cracker Barrel definitely isn't trying to appeal to a hip, young crowd of any sort. In fact it's quite the opposite but that doesn't matter. The food is absolutely delicious and incredibly affordable. Lots of people argue about the best place to get fried chicken. Well turns out it's Cracker Barrel. I got two white meat cutlets, battered and fried, smothered in gravy, with 3 delicious sides AND biscuits and cornbread for under $13.00!!! And that chicken was so tender I could cut through it with a butter knife in just one cut! I wish I went years ago. It is much tastier than the competition. And as a bonus the service is phenomenal.

This place is awesome. To the untrained eye it is just a southern store with old sodas and decor, but then you spot the hostess stand. You think: "What the heck, it's dinner time and I'm hungry." Proceeded to have one of the best dinners in a long time. Meat loaf, fried/roasted chicken, fried apples, lovely biscuits & apple butter. I cannot recommend this place enough. Took my girlfriend and friends here and they loved it. She says the pot roast was incredible. Thanks Cracker Barrel for making me feel at home.

No complaints honestly, but I would recommend getting the cracker barrel rewards app on your phone to use as a menu because there are allot more options than there is on the menus they provide. First time here! I loved it, the food and service was awesome. When I first walked in it looked like a gift shop and you continue into the restaurant part of it. The waitress was new but was being trained one on one which was great to see. A nice little diamond in the rough. Most definitely recommend this place!!!

We love going to Cracker Barrel, but I think this one is the best! The service was excellent! Our server was Vanessa, and she is a gem! She is so friendly and personable, she is an absolute asset to your restaurant! The other staff was fantastic too! Mandy was at the cash and was wonderful and friendly too!

It was such a great experience. There was a lil shopping center within the restaurant that had so much neat stuff and most of it on sale. The service was great and the food was so delicious. I would definitely recommend this establishment for some really good food and a trinket to top it off.

Love Cracker Barrel for family get together’s it definitely beats cooking yourself for a lot of people and the food was delicious. Roast beef was so tender it tasted like it had slow cooked for 12 hours and didn’t need chewing. The bacon was crispy and everything was just well prepared not slopped together as other to-go places do. It would have been nice to sit down inside but apparently covid is in the air EXCEPT for at your table. We don’t wear masks and follow tyrannous rules. How ridiculous is that? Covid stops at your table..

Traditional rustic fashioned eatery....!!!! Classy ambiance as if one is in history, the decor, wall hangs and every thing placed in this restaurant is themed according to old fashioned fashion. Service was courteous & sweet and prompt. food served was hot, freshly baked and tasty. this restaurant has a traditional shop offering wide variety of gift items, browsing here can be fun. the overall experience was great and will certainly visit again.

My visit to this cracker barrel was amazing! My waitress, I am not sure of her name, she had blue glasses, very kind. We ordered the chicken tender meal, w/ mac and cheese, fries, chicken noodle soup, and the waitress brought us the best cornbread and biscuits. A not so good day, turned great with the deliciousness of this establishment. Food was 10/10 would highly recommend this location. Absolutely no complaints for dinner around 5:30 pm. No wait, comfortable, enjoyed the games at the table, and was really warmed by the staff’s presence. Was even convinced to buy candy on the way out by our waitress, which 3/$5.99 bagged candies was a great way to end the night!!!! Also- gift shop is a must even just to peruse.

I've always loved Cracker Barrel! Never a bad experience or food. The staff have always been warm, friendly and helpful. My meal this time was the Fresh Strawberries pancakes(with real maple syrup), scrambled eggs, crisp bacon and iced tea. Everything was delicious! Halloween and Fall has hit the shelves at Cracker Barrel’s Country store! Mid July May seem early if you are not a Holiday enthusiast, but now is the time to shop! They have Cracker Barrel exclusive decor. I found it hard to resist some of the new items. The store is packed with merchandise and though I did not dine there this trip, it smelled amazing! I have previously had brunches and Easter Dinner at this location. I’ll definitely be back to shop and dine. Update I brought my kids as a post Easter late lunch early dinner. Service was efficient, and friendly. The food came out pretty quickly, it was a Monday afternoon so not busy. My son had steak and eggs, which he enjoyed but the steak was unevenly cooked and extremely rare. Teenage boys aren't very picky and the steak was consumed before I could even comment! My daughter had the Oreo Stuffed Cheesecake Pancakes. We each tried a bite as well. Pure sinful chocolate cheesecake delight! I recommend sharing as a dessert. They are so rich, my daughter could only eat one. I had the Saucy Chicken Sandwich with Tennessee Hot sauce with steak fries. I should have tried the sauce before pouring over the chicken, it hits you Smokey, bbq, then the hot! I love spicy and hot but this was different, and has the highest calories of the sauces. Chicken hand breaded with the perfect crunch to chicken ratio. Loved the sandwich pick with iconic barrel on top! Steak fries served hot and crisp added some pepper to give them a bit more flavor. Love the old fashioned ambiance and the Cracker Barrel store! They still have the checker boards my kids used to play as children. I hope with many Cracker Barrel's being modernized they keep the old fashioned feel, keep the nostalgia alive! It's code orange Ghoulies at CB! Halloween is in full swing on display! They have the sold out online vintage blow molds in stock! So run don't wait the blow molds are highly sought after, and are predicted to be heirlooms for us holiday haunters! Always love the nostalgic vibe of the classic store with oodles of merchandise! Tons of summer novelties as well. I didn't eat this visit as I already broke the bank with my hauntingly amazing Halloween purchases! But I did sign up for the rewards membership and scored a complimentary shareable appetizer as my first reward, good for thirty days! I'll be back to cash in on that and the summer menu looks delectable! The staff was very friendly and retrieved the huge haunted house blow mold from stock and delivered to check out.

We love Cracker Barrel! Great prices! Homey atmosphere, delicious food, and lots of choices. They let Seniors order from the kids menu...no longer on the adult menu but you can ask. I order the crunchy shrimp for lunch with their yummy biscuits. Comes with a drink, I like the sweet peach iced tea. Fun place to shop too, unique country flavor clothes and gift items.

The tour bus pulled into The Cracker Barrel in Cicero NY last night for dinner. What a great place, huge menu, a variety of meals basically down home, country cooking. You know mac and cheese, shepherds pie, meatloaf. All the stuff you grew up eating. Fancy.. nope, but big portions, delicious and not expensive. Friendly waiters and served fast to get us back on the tour bus. You leave through the gift shop, also amazing with great prices.

I can't say enough how much we love cracker barrel. The atmosphere the staff the shopping after it's all unique to the whole experience. They have activities available for kids and are quite friendly indeed. My daughter loves to pick out a toy after our meal. The food here is always delicious with satisfying portions. I like the country boy breakfast personally. Another thing that scores big with me is that the coffee in my cup never ran low. Before I could get to the bottom of the cup my server made sure it was filled. All in all it's the experience you would expect from this great chain. As always I'll certainly be back. On a return trip today I had the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese. It was excellent, paired with a cold miller light it was quite the lunch. I can't wait to go back and try more menu items.

They are offering quite a selection of menu items with kids menu, strawberries lemonade is refillable. Ordered: Grilled chicken- 4/5 Kids menu- 5/5 strawberries lemonade 3/5 Corn breads and biscuits 5/5 ( complimentary) Overall good quality, grilled chicken was juicy and delicious, kids menu is big portion for only $6.99. Corn breads and biscuits/( complimentary) were airy and fresh. Considering the price, these are offering a great value! Highly recommended!

Read the menu very well. I got the Louisiana shrimp and the pic shows rice and broccoli and Parmesan toast. The description reads shrimp and rice and toast( that's just white bread with Parm cheese only toasted on one side) with 2 sides. It didn't come with the broccoli shown. I said to the waitress I didn't need another vegetable because it comes with one and she didn't correct me. I also ordered a tenders meal to go and I didn't get my sauce. Usually the service there is amazing, not so much on this visit.

Love the get in line feature on the app. Service was great. Food came out quickly which makes me wonder why my food was barely warm? Eggs were not cooked properly either. Last time we were there, it was great. This time it was very good, but disappointed on the food temp.

I wasn’t quite sure how that would work, so I asked my server, then the hostess, who checked with a manager and told me that any enteee I selected would be eligible for the free meal. When I checked out, I was told only $20 was free. That left a bad taste in my mouth. Why can’t they get their story straight?

We had breakfast there it wasn't bad,the only thing was the toast was not buttered you do it yourself and it was cold toast that butter doesn't melt into very good. Other than that it was fine

I haven't been in quite a while and probably won't be back again for a while. I remember their food being fresh, "homemade" tasting, good sized portions and hot. Not the case anymore. The biscuits and corn bread were extremely dry. My entire reason for choosing to eat at Cracker Barrel, was for their dumplings...and they were out. The rice was hard and tasted like plastic. Our server was spectacular.

I enjoyed Cracker Barrell!! The food served hot and delicious!! Flavorful and southern cuisine, service from Celeste was outstanding, and the price was just right!! I was pleasantly surprised since I have not visited in a while! The time to be seated & served was great! Highly recommended!

Great experience that we haven't enjoyed in 28 months. Very hospitable staff and great food at reasonable prices. Also enjoyed some shopping in the front of the store.

They followed social distancing. Good job. Very pleasant staff. Had to wait maybe 15 minutes to get a table because of social distancing, but I'd rather be healthy.

Maybe it was just one of them days. Our first time was phenomenal, which is why we went back. The second time, not so much. The manager brought out our food. There was no steak knife on the table or brought out with it, so I asked for one. Waited about 10 minutes before we asked again. (Not because we wanted to wait but because they were so distracted or focused on so many things, one couldn't get their attention) when he finally remembered he brought it out and apologized, but then blamed it on the server saying he told her to get us one. When the server finally came to check on us, she apologized for the knife but then turned around and blamed it on the manager who "should have brought it out with the meal." It wouldn't have been a big deal until no one decided to take accountability and began blaming it on the other. To top it off, my food was overcooked: steak was tough and dry, corn had that mushy squeaky texture from when it's cooked too long. We asked for biscuits and gravy, they brought us out a basket of biscuits with a small side of gravy... (we were confused with this one) Be mindful if you have more than the generic allergies to food. Their allergy menu only covers the basics. Store is hard to maneuver through to get to the restaurant cause it's overcrowded with retail.

The waitress did come over frequently to see if we needed anything. The she started to take our plates as soon as we were done. That was when we felt rushed to leave. We still had our drinks half full and she still continued to come to our table asking 3 more times if we needed anything else. The restaurant was not packed. That was reflected on her tip.

Server was amazing. However. The main reason I was breakfast there is for the tots. We were shocked to see hasbrowns instead. Why were they discontinued?! I won't eat there again. Sadly.

Service was little slower than usual and food was not hot when it came out. Grits ended up being hard and meat was cold. Not the usual service you get at a Cracker Barrel. But the other food and the atmosphere is worth coming to this location.

Usually we are very pleased with our experience at Cracker Barrel. This time, we were quite disappointed. My food arrived almost cold. It took several minutes to locate/flag down server. She took plate to reheat the food (fried apple French toast). It came back heated enough, and reminded me of a bread pudding as it had vanilla custard and cheesecake in it). Parts were crusty and starting to get the microwave toughness. Other parts were very moist and mushy. Truthfully, I felt afterward like "was it really cooked through? Or was it supposed to be that texture?" The biscuit was good, and the quality which we are accustomed to, but the cornbread was hard/ crunchy on top a bit tough for seniors to chew. Sadly, my husband's chicken fried steak and fried okra left him before we left the restaurant. Mine sat real hard in my stomach and left me sick about 6 or so hours later. Very, very disappointing this time. We went at a non-busy time between 2-3 pm. At the current high cost of dining out on a senior budget...things must be better. We know from experience that it usually is a lot better there.

The service was exceptional from the greeter to bring seated and our server. Very friendly and welcoming... Top notch. The food was sub par for us. I ordered fried steak with mashed and carrots with the white gravy. Not my kind of food I guess. Carrots were mush and the gravy tasted like sawdusty potato soup on mashed potatoes. Steak was greasy. Spouse ordered the ribs, he said no bad but there was a lot of tenderizer on them for sure. All in all, we finally ate there and now know we just need to do the shopping there.

Food was excellent as we were in the mood for a homestyle dinner. However, our server put our entire order (appetizer, salad AND meal) in at the same time due to also having a large party of 13. We received our appetizer, then my salad not 2 minutes later and our entree within 2 minutes of that. Unfortunately, it didn't allow time for us to enjoy what we ordered (I took a couple bites of salad but then didn't want my meal to get cold).

Why is this place so hit or miss!? Came for brunch Thursday, was actually seated immediately. Waitress took our order. We didn’t wait long to receive our food. The French toast was barely edible. It was dry and hard. Basically like they just grilled the bread and let it sit. The chicken wasn’t bad. I asked for strawberries on my French toast, but didn’t receive it like that. Asked for jelly for the biscuits and received 2 packs and had to ask for more. Waitress was very nice though and I love to shop in their little store.

Cracker Barrel not the same the menu sucks I'm sorry. You cannot get a poached egg anymore it's only scrambled or fried. They used to have on their menu eggs in a basket I need you to be able to get them Sunny Side. But I have to say their biscuits are still the same thank God but the menu really not that great.

Went there for Veterans Day dinner. Seated right away but it easier was confused, needed to check regarding their offered special, not very attentive. The food was ok, nothing special but not bad. Best thing about it was the walking around through the country store.

Clean and friendly. Took my mom here for dinner (her choice). Food was ok, some better than others. The grilled chicken was sub-par, the fried chicken was ok. My son enjoyed the chicken dumplings. Mashed potatoes are very thick. (Very limited gluten free options for those that need it).

What happen to this place? The food use to be soooooooooo good and now it's sooooo mid ..the service is always great don't get me wrong but it's like the food isn't what it use to be smh

The mac and cheese my daughter and I ordered was really burned. I brought it to the attention of the lady at the register who called the manager (Matt, I think), who said most people like it like that. Well I replied I do not!! It made the whole dish taste burnt and my 4 yr old picked hers out and refused to eat it. We had waited over 40 minutes for it....I didn't wanna wait for a new order. He did absolutely nothing to offset the bill or offer a gift card to come back. I loved all my cracker barrel experiences until now. Probably lost my business of 17 plus years.

The food usually is good but this day absolutely a no. I’m used to nice size pancakes and one of mine was very small in size. The eggs had to be sent back my daughter likes her eggs scrambled with cheese cooked hard nothing wet. And of course they came out wet. I asked for my eggs over medium with the white cooked. Came back out the securing the same as the first time not over medium so I didn’t eat them at all. My daughter hash brown casserole had a piece of hair in it they remade that. At that point I was over it. Then I got the impossible sausage with my meal and the waiter didn’t tell me that each sausage was an additional dollar. The best things were the free biscuits that we asked die while waiting for our food to come. Cracker Barrel won’t see me for a long while. Hope it gets better. Diner for me.

Food was not very good, service was only fair and waitress did not have a great attitude.

Breakfast: food barely warm, hash brown casserole salty, sausage discs good as ninja stars as thin, hard, taste like pepperoni, sausage gravy taste like flour, unseasoned, cold, no hint of sausage, very disappointing, waitress awesome. Biscuits good… probably from a can. Decor & store nice. I won’t be back.

My partner and I went here during a road trip, and we were with a party of 7. My partner ordered the Nashville chicken sandwich and it was soaked in oil and had very little sauce on it at all. Most of the sauce was soaked into the bread below. They forgot to serve this with both of the sides that was asked for, and they didn't arrive for another 10-15min after everyone else was served. I had ordered the chicken tenders and the size of them ranged drastically. The thicker ones were nice and juicy and properly cooked, but some were very thin and they ended up being severely overcooked and almost impossible to bite through and chew. Overall, everything tasted alright, but they just missed out on the details and the small things and left us feeling like they could have done better.

I have nothing but good memories of Cracker Barrel growing up and convinced my wife to eat dinner there with 4 of our children. It was busy as expected and the wait was 25 minutes which turned into 35. No biggy. When getting seated another waitress was giving the Maitre D a hard time right in front of everyone, but we were excited for some great food and were super hungry. After ordering we waited quite some time for our food and when it got there my wife's open face roast beef was mostly fat, and her mashed potatoes were like glue. She was so put off she went out to the car with our 5 mth old and told us to finish our dinner. My pancakes were great but my eggs left much to be desired. They were rubbery and tasted fake . The memories I had of Cracker Barrel are sadly a thing of the past . Due to this experience I doubt we will be returning at least not to that location.

I cannot believe the size difference in the food from only a couple weeks. Their French toast is HALF THE SIZE it used to be…. The chicken is even smaller than what it was. This my last time I will ever be coming to a Cracker Barrel after coming since I could walk… no wonder they are closing stores and losing business.

If I could give no stars I would. I went here for Thanksgiving one the food was cold ! I sent it back then they came back with the same plate that he told me they put in the oven to warm it up ?? Then he brought the corn muffins out and as you see this is what they looked like. Paul the manager stated the food was from the morning line . He did nothing to compensate us. I felt as if he didn't even care about the service or lack of . I will never go here again. This ruined my whole Thanksgiving day !

Where do I begin....I cannot believe we paid 10.15 for a small cup of beans and a half a cup of greens and no relish, onion or vinegar...for I've TEN dollars! THEN, the chicken fried chicken, no gravy. The fries cold. If we didn't drive a big rig I swear we'd leave the hotel and go back for a refund. Our places are so limited for eating as it is then when we finally get to stop we get screwed over.

I'm here at the restaurant right now with my family, and I gave it 1 start because there's no less than that. We been to many many cracker barrel restaurants but this one is the bad, all others have been Excellent. Food was cold and burned, sausage and bacon bounce of my plate cold hard like it had been re-cooked . Pancakes are burned and hard.

I have not been to a Cracker Barrel in around 5 years or more and I have to say that their food could not have been worse. The menu that has stayed mostly the same for so long apparently changes often now. The country fried steak tasted like it came out of the microwave after being over cooked and frozen. The eggs were cold and that was the fist thing I ate. The Buiscuts and gravy where very bland. The orange juice tasted like concentrate that was not mixed properly and the grits were clumsy and runny at the same time like they were instant grits that the just threw in the microwave after splashing some water in them. All and all I don't ever plan on going to another Cracker Barrel as they have already ruined my memory of going there as a kid. They are doing what every other big chain is getting the cheapest junk they can and trying to pass it off as quality just to make as much money as possible. My server was the only good thing there. She was kind and patient and when she asked how the food was i asked if she wanted my honest opinion and she said yes and was not offended at my answer. My server is a keeper the food is not fit for human consumption.

I ordered to go and first and foremost I was treated like a criminal when I picked up my order, I was required to show my ID even though I gave my name then they said I had to wait so the could confirm I paid which I prepaid and gave a tip. I asked for a burger medium well and it was well done, bun was soggy and no bacon plus they gave me mustard that was old.
