Las bebidas y la comida están bien, no sobre salen La atención es muy buena Solo que tardan mucho en hacer la comida, llego un punto que creímos que se habían olvidado de nosotros (ya que les sirvieron a otros que llegaron despues ) y cuando íbamos a cancelar llego la chapata No se si es algo frecuente, pero me queda con mal sabor de boca por eso.

The place is cute, it really depends on your tastes. I ordered an Irish coffee. It tasted like burnt and sour. I don't know if that's how it should be, but I definitely didn't like it and left it. The coffee ☕ is very sweet, so we won't order it again. This visit was a very bad experience. ☕🤢👎🏼

Comúnmente es un buen lugar para ir a comer. Hoy en específico no sé si fue un mal día o que pasó… llegamos y solo había dos mesas ocupadas. Tomamos una mesa, tomaron nuestra orden (cabe mencionar que desde que llegamos nos dijeron que solo tenían bagel), pedimos uno hawaiano y otro de 3 quesos. Llegaron más personas, igual pidieron y empezaron a servir las otras mesas 50minutos después traen nuestra orden y traen algo que no pedí. Al rededor de 20 minutos después volvieron a traer lo que no pedí. Y 10min después de eso, por fin trajeron lo que pedí. Pedí la cuenta y la terminal, minutos después otra mesa la pidió y a ellos se la llevaron de inmediato, 10 minutos después nos cobraron. Repito, comúnmente es una buena experiencia, esta vez no.

The portions are very small for the price, the coffee is terrible, and the cappuccino is served cold. There used to be more variety in breads and baguettes, but now there isn't, and the baguette is very poor for the price. I think the quality has gone down in the last four months.

It used to be a good coffee shop, but now the service is awful. The waitresses don't know how to take orders; you have to repeat everything. The kitchen takes forever to make a simple ciabatta, and they bring the orders wrong. Their error-solving training is terrible. Oh well, I'll have to find another coffee shop to have a pleasant time.

I'm extremely angry, for three reasons. First, the girls' attitude; it's like you're asking them for a handout, like they're doing you a favor, and their lazy response is infuriating. You can tell they don't even want to be there anymore. Second, when you're eating, they slap the bill on you without even asking, because they seem desperate to leave. Not satisfied with the company's internal complaint form, I'm leaving my review here. About 15 minutes ago (approximately 9 p.m.), I went to HUMA with a friend. We each ordered a matcha latte. We didn't like it; it didn't taste like matcha, and it was incredibly sweet! We wanted to change it to another drink, but the waiters refused, following orders from the manager, who wasn't present. We had to complain to the waiters several times until they finally called the manager. The very nice waitress helped us resolve our complaint. Bad matcha latte and poor customer service from the manager.

The worst coffee I've ever had 🤢 The taste was burnt, extremely sour, and impossible to drink. The temperature was extremely high, extremely hot. They changed our lattes twice, and each new cup was even worse. The service was very good and everyone was very friendly, but it's the worst place.
