In Ciudad Guzmán, this restaurant has a very well-balanced menu. I liked the calorie labels on each dish. A perfect option for vegans. The chilaquiles poblanos are delicious. The only downside is the service, but you have to be patient, as the waitresses are very busy. The delivery time is reasonable, since they prepare everything fresh. They offer free refills on the café de olla (Mexican-style coffee). Highly recommended.

The food is very good, the menu is very varied, and the prices are very affordable. The only drawback is that the last time we went (May 12, 2024) it was full, and it took over 50 minutes to get our food. I wish we had been warned about this situation, since we had very limited time.

Good morning. There's little to say about SABORINI, as my expectations for the place quickly fell apart. There's certainly a good intention to promote the business, but there are small details that ruin everything that's good about it. To start, the café de olla doesn't taste like the classic drink. The Americano coffee is average to subpar. Likewise, the preparation of the dishes needs a finishing touch to make them very good. They serve very small portions of bread with food. I wish them success once they improve those small details, which aren't a big deal to fix, but are a "great thing" for diners.
