There's a serious lack of supervision... I've bought chicken a few times and it's always come out raw inside.
Generous portion, but bland. There are much tastier roast chicken options; personally, I wouldn't give it another try.
I bought a chicken for 180, it came out raw, and the potatoes and onions were moldy. Reading the reviews, I think others had had similar experiences with raw chicken. I don't recommend it.
On June 14, 2019, at the Matriz restaurant on Guerrero Street, we ordered a well-cooked chicken, mentioning that we had previously been given a raw chicken, even with blood. According to the manager, they chose it and gave us this. I'd like to know what would have happened if we hadn't ordered it cooked. Yuck. This happens at all branches. Next time, I'll check reviews. :-(
