It's a great place and the staff are so attentive! The food is delicious and reasonably priced. 3 gorditas, 3 bocoles, and 2 coffees cost around 70-130 pesos. The atmosphere is really pleasant, I loved the chairs, and the restrooms are very nice.

The food and atmosphere are very good; it's family-friendly. Service: I think the poor service will end up hitting them hard (there should be a balance)... It's too bad that after 15 minutes of taking everyone's order, the waitress comes back to ask everyone how they want their food? 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Smooth tables, plates slip when eating with cutlery, pre-cooked food, no internet, just a screen for entertainment, prices as if it were Troje Hidalgo, a lot of heat coming out of the kitchen.

I was served a steak with rice that was very spicy. They need more screens to entertain people, or at least Wi-Fi. They also need more staff to attend to customers; the cashier should just focus on ringing up customers and not do anything else. I had to wait to be served because she was distracted. The waitresses weren't attentive to the diners. My brother was served a breaded cutlet with undercooked spaghetti, and the lemonade was too sour; it needed more sugar.
