When Paula and I headed into town for a five-day visit to Clear Lake, the first thing I saw was this lovely mural. A bit unsettled, my statement at the police station about a druggie who had been harassing me at four in the morning, and I unfortunately unleashed a problem This morning, I needed some distraction, so it was time to go to Catfish Coffee. The interior is just as quirky as the outside, and the employees were lovely. They let me dance around and be a general goofball. I got the salted caramel latte and Paula, got an iced Vietnamese coffee I left the employees with a wonderful musical tip: Dwight Yoakam’s cover of Princesses’ “Purple Rain.” I shall return with my dancing shoes on. You’re lovely.

My husband and I stopped by on a weekday mid-morning to give Catfish Coffee House a try! We were excited to try a local shop and were pleased with the overall experience. The parking lot is easily accessible and there is plenty of parking (though they also have a drive-thru window) and the building was easily accessed. There was a short line and the service was attentive, though a tad slow. The staff were friendly and accommodated our questions and custom order for breakfast and drinks. We enjoyed our breakfast sandwiches and drinks, along with the chill coffee shop vibe. There was local art work on the wall for sale, along with local message boards and items for purchase. We look forward to going back time and again!

I’ve been going here for a couple of years when I work in Clearlake. I am always pleased with the service and the food or drink I’ve chosen. Today I tried the Pesto Panini sandwich and the blended mocha with oat milk. The sandwich came with a red side sauce that is so good. It’s amazing. I mist find out what it is. It has a marinara flavor but better and more intense and rich. Anyway. I highly recommend Catfish Coffee house if you’re in Clearlake.

This was my first time visiting, but I can honestly say it's an amazing cafe. The staff was welcoming and friendly and offered to put honey in my tea and directed me to where the cream and sugar was. I had a lemon poppy seed muffin and a ham and cheese croissant and both were so good and tasted fresh. The hipster/indie vibe was a nice refresher, reminding me of Davis. As far as visiting Clearlake for the day, this stop is a definite must and I will be coming back.

Absolutely love this place! Went and called to do an order over the phone with a corporate coffee place, just to get told no we don't do it over the phone and then got hung up on, and they were probably out of stuff.

Absolutely amazing experience! My coffee was perfect, the atmosphere is so cute and inviting and the customer service was way beyond expected. One of the baristas went out of her way to help my husband who uses a cane with getting our coffee. Such amazing people here! We will definitely be back! Thank you for brightening our day. 😁

Nice cool place to have coffee, breakfast items like bagel, croissant and other delicious food. Having 911, spicy chai and everything bagel with cream cheese. Do visit. Very nice place ❤️❤️

Food was Excellent! Plain black coffee was ok. Music was too loud to talk to each other and even though I told an employee that there were no paper towels in the restroom, they never got filled while we were there. If you're looking for a table, there is only 1 inside plus some chairs and 3 outside. But again the food was excellent and reasonably priced. I had the chicken pesto sandwich.

Today I was at the drive thru my husband ordered a blended raspberry mocha drink size. Medium. I always order this same kind. The young man that took the order gave me a hot one I said no this is suppose to be blended he refused to remake the drink. He could’ve handled the situation a little bit better and remade my drink.

The 1 star is for the newer worker Mia it’s really unfortunate to have to stop being a customer after being a long term customer for a couple years now, and spending a few hundred a month on coffee cause they are the best around lake but unfortunately, the way I’m treated by this one particular worker and the way it makes me feel every time I’m in outweighs staying a customer unfortunately!! the rest of the staff is extremely rad, and definitely the best coffee around the lake I also feel that no matter what if you like someone or not you should still provide the best customer service and not treat them any differently than other customers. At your work place’ example of how I’m treated extremely nasty looks not willing to grab my call in orders and taking other peoples orders before mine in the drive through line I hate to complain but I’ve talked to management a few times about This and why would I want to stay a customer to some place that’ I’m made to feel uncomfortable at from 1 particularly employee sorry catfish thanks for the amazing coffee throughout the years though
