Love this Sandwich Shop and the fact that it's Baskin Robbins too! Family owned and staffed with friendly people. Always happy here. Maybe just fix the soda machine. They gave me a bottle of Coke instead and a cup for ice. Perfect solution! Thank you!

I've wanted to try the Asian Salad, but I always go for a Full Santa Fe Chicken salad, I love the pepita dressing that comes with it and I always ask NO SALSA, with cucumbers, sometimes I get ½ a salad and the broccoli Cheddar soup!

Fresh ingredients, definitely better than the other sandwich chains. Their wraps and salads are always fresh. Really wish they hadn't discontinued their Italian dressing.

Pastrami with pepper jack was great. The #16 italian sub is nasty was disappointed. There cold sandwhiches are disgusting. Tried The Club one it was gross. Prices are to high for size of sandwhich. I will be sticking to my usual spots for good submarine sandwhiches.

I decided to order the new caprese chicken sandwich in a wrap. I was corrected that it was pronounced ca-PRESE and not ca-PREY-zhee, which IS the correct pronunciation. Not a good start. There seemed to be confusion when I wanted it in a wrap instead of bread, which is a normal everyday option. The wrap arrived and lo and behold, there was no mozzarella and the tiniest amount of tomatoes. The chicken was fine, the pesto was tasty, but there was a LOT of spring mix. This was NOT a caprese, it was a chicken pesto wrap. The management should learn what a caprese is... sliced tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil. Just a really bad experience all around. Doubt that we'll go back again. Too many other really good sandwich shops around here that deserve the business. Why tolerate rudeness and mediocrity?

Stopped in 10/1 for a #24. I had previously purchased this item with no issues. Well, don't know what it was but this time was pretty bad. The bread was soggy and the onions had a sour taste to them like they should have been thriwn out yesterday. For me, it takes one bad experience and then I never go back. Plus, I wanted to get some ice cream but they just took too long to get someone to assist. Yes, no more #24's.

When I called to ask them for a refund, they refused and said I had to call corporate or look online for the number, but there were no corporate numbers, only numbers to their stores. They refused to cancel the order or give me my money back. Very poor customer service and would not recommend.

My wife specifically asked for No Mustard... Of course, there was mustard! She's tall, and could not see over the counter. Why design it so the customer can't see the preparation? Smh... What? No toaster? Who doesn't have a toaster in 2025? Never going back...

When I told her that it was the wrong price, she confirmed that I was ordering a WRAP and then proceeded to tell me that the sandwich and the wrap are the same price. When I pointed to the menu to show her that they most definitely ARE NOT the same, she didn’t even look at the menu. Her and her colleagues just sat there hovering over the computer and doing nothing to correct the situation. Long story short, I wasted my entire lunch break, just to leave without any lunch. How these people stay in business is beyond me!

Very bad service. After having wrappers from the salami in a sandwich, I decided to try again after a few months. I ordered an egg salad sandwich (was not told they don't have that anymore) Got home to eat my sandwich and I have no clue what she gave me, but it's not what I asked for. It was still on the menu in store. Upon trying to call, I can't get through to the store. Very unprofessional. I won't be eating there ever again.
