The facilities are clean, although the tables and chairs look "old" and somewhat battered, which doesn't give the restaurant a welcoming feel. The service is good, the staff is friendly, the flavor is good, and the side dishes are equally recommended. I think they've broken the stigma of being a bad franchise.

I think it's the prettiest Domino's in Mexico. Very much in keeping with the "Pueblo Mágico" (Magical Town), with good deals, friendly and attentive staff, and in the same plaza there's a little cafe to unwind.

Everything was fine, although they didn't want to give me their Wi-Fi and the signal wasn't very good, and the girl who served was kind-aggressive.

They're understaffed; waiting in line is bad enough, and then they have to wait for your order to be prepared. I asked if they could deliver it to my home in Coatepec, and it turns out they charge a delivery fee depending on the order. I didn't know we have to pay for their motorcycle gas now, not to mention the exorbitant pizza prices.

The last 7 attempts to order online from this branch (since it is the only one in Coatepec) have been a failure: according to them, they do not deliver to my area (the app and website indicate that they do), nor do they apply the promotions that are ESTABLISHED ONLINE arguing that "they are not like all the other branches", so they charge you the price they want for the pizza even if you have the prices in the app; they do not accept card payments (?) just like that, for no reason, just NO, when any other branch has terminals and they do not respect the 30-minute guarantee (I understand that no Domino's franchise does this anymore although I have not tried this franchise outside the state of Veracruz). The truth is, I'm tired of insisting on buying from them and being treated as if they were doing you a favor, I switched from pizza service to a local one and I will not buy from Domino's again or recommend it.

Terrible quality. We always order a pepperoni crunch pizza, and someone comes to pick it up because the delivery service doesn't come here. When everyone got a slice, I asked if it tasted weird; it seemed to be stale (I don't know if it was the oil or the pepperoni). I called to complain, and they told me it was because the crust was supposedly crunchy (when we'd already eaten it before). They only offered to exchange the pizza, but obviously my family lost their appetite. They wouldn't give me my money back. I filed a complaint directly with Dominos. The whole family ended up with stomachaches. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU PICK UP.
