Business lunch: we waited over half an hour despite only ordering sandwiches and burgers. Quantities were meager, and the quality of the ingredients was subpar (the bread and meat were actually tough). One of the dishes was even wrong, but they didn't even fix it or apologize for the mistake. Prices were high for a business lunch at a bar.

Dervi Caffè restarts under new management. Interesting proposals for business lunches, accompanied by quality and courtesy. Ample parking facilities and the possibility, season permitting, of outdoor tables. Advised.

A wine bar offering lunch and dinner. The wine selection isn't extensive but is excellent, as are the spirits. I've never had lunch, and the three stars are due to the fact that the aperitifs are served with somewhat limited food. They host events such as wine and spirits tastings, which are well-executed and very informative.

I hope this review is constructive for the guys who worked at the restaurant on Friday night (April 4, 2025). There were two of us and we wanted something to eat. We were told the oven was broken, so we could only choose from part of the menu. No problem, it happens. We ordered two piadinas, one a revisited version because they didn't have the required ingredients; no problem with that either. We waited over 30 minutes; the guy with glasses and long hair went out a couple of times for a smoke, came back, and didn't wash his hands before resuming service. The other guy with glasses blew his nose and also didn't wash his hands. We went to the register to pay; €22 for a medium beer, a Coke, and two piadinas, all without a receipt. I had good memories of the place, but I don't think I'll be back.

Lunch break August 8th No air conditioning, 32°C 4 customers ordered 2 piadinas, waited 25 minutes... I don't think they'll see me for any more lunch breaks.

A little more attention could be paid (for example, table service: they bring you coffee and the sugar is missing, perhaps from other tables, so you have to get it or ask for it. I've had a dirty table with marks from previous guests). Sometimes long wait times at the counter, too. In short, it needs improvement.

Perhaps suitable for breakfast, judging by other reviews, but personally, I found it completely unsuitable for an aperitif, which is little more than a taste. Eight stalks of vegetables in two grappa glasses and three small bowls of dips for six people... The cocktails are decent, but calling it an aperitif is, unfortunately, a joke. It would be more accurate to say it's not an aperitif, but simply a drink.

We entered with the intention of sitting down and having a water and a coke but the lady told us that we couldn't sit down because we had to use more than a coke and a water.

Congratulations!!! A non-alcoholic aperitif and a tonic, and nothing to nibble on. At the next table, two aperitifs were served, and they brought a whole world of nibbles. Favorites? Dislikes? I don't know, but very, very bad.
