I came pretty early and they were apparently out of all kolaches. On a Monday. But not only that there was absolutely not hospitality in that place. The lady who took care of me was apparently the assistant manager. Yall need to clean house and get rid of managers so someone else can revamp that place.

I have been a 5 times over the past few months and every time they are out of kolaches, which is very disappointing and I end up leaving with nothing. Never coming back to this location.

Came in yesterday and I was waiting for 10 minutes before I finally got my order, the workers were all standing around on their phones and talking, but as I was watching,3 of the workers were making the donuts and were not wearing gloves, I have been in the restaurant b business for 40 years and I know you are supposed to wear gloves when handling food.I will not be going back to your place because I don't know where your employees put their hands.

Came around 6:40am this morning, customer service is not friendly at all, donuts were cold. A waste of money in my opinion.

Terrible customer service. Was told to “Hold on” and had to repeat my order three times because the workers were too engrossed in their own conversation and giggling to even glance my way. No words were exchanged after taking my order and practically threw the donuts at me before slamming the window shut.

I ALWAYS have the same problem with this place. Everyday I go, there’s no kolache left. It’s something stupid. How many kolaches do they make per day? 2? If they are not ready to run a business where people want to buy kolaches, they should not open.

Been coming for 10 years I think. Last year or so has steadily gotten so bad. The blue hair girl with a dog collar is always rude AF and everyone else usually is as well. It’s like they hired everyone with the idea of who can serve people the most rude. The donuts are no longer fluffy and warm but cold and old and very similar to Walmart. However I do believe they pulled the worst obese just because I asked her “sorry could you repeat that” after thinking I heard the wrong order back because she talks so quiet and disinterested. This establishment is making all the wrong moves with employees and ruining the loyal customer base they created. With all the big chain donut stores coming to town that’s a dangerous game I would think but apparently not. This is coming from a business owner so I know how easy this problem is to fix.

I decided to try this place out for a second time this weekend and it was a big mistake. The girl with the short blue hair and dog collar was rude from the beginning. She was very impatient and seemed bothered by the customers in the store. I told her multiple times what I wanted and I still received the wrong items. That is the last I will be coming into this place. I can find donuts somewhere else for cheaper where the employees actually have good attitudes.

Unbelievably bad quality kolaches. We ordered 4 and they were all the same, the sausages were only 1/2 the length of the bread. I took 3-4 bites of the kolaches before even getting a single bite of the sausage. I cut open the second one so I could take this picture attached. Yes, this is the unmodified actual product we received and the photo is unedited. How could any sane manager possibly look at this quality of product and say it's good? They are vastly overpriced too, about 3x the price of nearby competitors. The donuts were tough and dry as well with little flavor and a waxy aftertaste. Don't get your breakfast from here.
