We had a fairly large order since I had a car full of hungry teenagers. The person taking our order was patient and helpful, great customer service. I also couldn’t believe how fast the order came out once we finally got through ordering. I honestly think it took us longer to order than for them to make our food. When I mentioned how fast the food came out, the young man who brought our order (which was accurate as well!) said that their goal is to vet orders out in 4 minutes or less. Well they definitely accomplished that goal. I don’t have anymore Sonics open near me but if I am in Columbus again, I will definitely stop there again. Good job guys! Also, I highly recommend the peanut butter milkshake with oreos mixed in!

Happy Hour from 2-5 gets you discounted prices. We love the cherry slushies. Have a corn dog! Yummy hamburgers, too! There's usually a wait for the drive through orders. Park in designated spots and order for the car hops to bring your order out. There is no indoor dining.

Had the sonic double cheeseburger and fries. the sandwich was hot fresh loaded with toppings. The fries were hot and crispy, but for some reason we're greasy. Definitely will try this again. Great value for the amount of food.

Although I did enjoy the girl at the window she was very nice and welcoming. She also was busting her tail to make sure ice creams were made fresh and not just sitting she made it while I was at the window which I liked. But when I got my dill tots the box was mainly crumbs only a couple solid tots. Rest crumbs . Lack of caring in the kitchen when preparing order from kitchen.

The food we ordered was great, prices are okay, but no real value menu of any kind. The drink options are amazing, but the icecream we recieved was disappointing. It was grainy and off. We ended up throwing it away. Didn't want to wait another 10 minutes for the same results so we left. I e-mail their customer service a few days ago, still waiting to hear back. If you look closely at the pictures, the icecream had a sandy texture to it. Was very disappointing, especially since Sonic is known for their ice cream and drinks.

My first-time trying Sonic. The drive through order was quick. I ordered a Double Sonic Cheeseburger. The order was filled accurately and friendly. Description: Two big burger patties, two slices of cheese with tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, ketchup on a big bun. Flavor: fairly dry at first. Luckily I added two Ketchup packets to the burger. The bun was fresh but slightly overpowered the meat. The overall flavor was veggies and condiments. I tried tasting the patties by themselves and it was under seasoned, the color seemed a little greyer so I'm guessing the meat wasn't the freshest. Value: Double Cheeseburger and a medium diet Coke came to $8.30. Value: the Double Cheeseburger was a SIZEABLE sandwich so it definitely filled me up even though it didn't have the best hamburger flavor.

I ordered a meal with a strawberry cheesecake shake, get home, which is around 7 minutes away, pick up my shake out of the carrier and boom, the whole bottom falls out all over my carpet! I can’t make this up! I didn’t even get one sip! I called the restaurant several times to get no answer. I hope I am either refunded or given another shake with a more secured cup.

Soooooo Sonic is Sonic, the food is good for the price, the beverage options are great. Let's talk about this location. Our experience during different visits "we are out of ice", " we are only accepting cash", speaker is not working. During each one of these visits, which were on 3 different occasions, the staff was still pleasant.

The service is fine, friendly. The food came out really, really fast, I'm talking nearly as soon as I finished paying with my card. The cheese sticks are undercooked, the totes cold, grilled cheese hardly toasted and idk how but gristle was in the cheese? Idk how it could get into the inside which sucks for a being vegetarian. I haven't had Sonic in a long time so this really disappointed and I'm likely going to wait a long time again now.

Not sure what has been going on with them lately, This location used to be worth 5 stars. Not so now.. The food is good other than they always seem to short you on toppings. And they have actually handed me the end of the bag so that everything slid to the bottom and got smashed.

I've come to sonic for years, and one of my favorite items is the chicken strip sandwich. For dozens of visits, this always consisted of two chicken strips on each sandwich. Apparently the name change to "crispy tender sandwich" means they give you one sad tender, torn in half, and call it good. A trip back through the drive-thru resulted in one complementary sandwich, albeit with bitter attitudes. I sincerely hope this was just a fluke, and that these sad excuses of sandwiches aren't the new norm.

So, went here for the first time in Columbus. Pulled in to the car booth, pressed the button to order and there were only doing drive thru. Got it! Ordered and watched the guy swipe my card 4 times, telling me that my card was not working. Just used it 2 minutes ago. Got it! Used another one. Got the double cheeseburger and fries. Burger was good but the fries? Pretty much gave me the crumbs out of the frozen fries bag. You know when you buy frozen fries from the grocery store and have the crumbs at the bottom of the bag. The ENTIRE THING WERE CRUMBS!!!! I am not sure how anyone in their right mind would think this was ok. Wow! No wonder why I love McDonalds!!!! Because they would NOT SERVE THIS!

Ordered a cherry limeade slushy. It tasted horrible! Don't know if there was too much syrup put in or what, but it tasted soo artificial, I couldn't drink it. I would've taken it back, but we were traveling and already back on the highway.

I had a terrible experience with a mobile order at this location. I ordered via the app and was told it would be ready in 5-7 minutes. When I arrived, the app wouldn't accept my stall number. I pressed the button for assistance, only to be told they were 'drive-thru only' and forced to get in a long line. I waited 15 minutes behind four other cars for drinks that were likely already sitting there. When I finally reached the window, they asked me to pay again, and I had to remind them it was a mobile order. They eventually found it and handed it over. I would never have ordered here if I had known I’d be trapped in the drive-thru for a 'quick' mobile pickup. The process is completely broken.

Took forever to go through the drive through. Been here a couple times. Ordered a grape nerds slushie. 3 out of 3 times,no nerds in the slushie. They could of told me they were out or something but 3/3 is a strike out. Specially if I wait 30 min to get it. The store didn't appear busy either. And that’s all you have to say “sorry that you disappointed me?” Im gonna need a check for the emotional damages as well as the inevitable sickness I’m going to have. I work in food service and this is NOT okay DO BETTER. Original post: I’m truly horrified I ate RAW CHICKEN here today without realizing it and when I noticed I almost cried I feel so gross and disgusting.

My hot dogs were so messy that I could not eat them. This location, I would not recommend. The bun was stale. It was hard like it was old. I also would like to know why everything you order that is prepared in a fryer taste like funnel cake. The fries, tots, & corn dog.

I ordered my food at 2:38pm it was finally brought to my car at 2:52pm. I immediately felt the box because it didn’t feel like the food was hot. Once I got home and opened the box it seem as if everything was cooked at some point in time and dipped in grease again. I asked for honey mustard and got ranch and bbq sauce . I hate I couldn’t bring the food back. I wasted part of my lunch break waiting for food that I could not eat . It’s fine to make me wait but at least make sure the food is not double cooked and it’s hot……

If I could give negative 50 stars I would! This specific location sucks! Don't check in online because it doesn't do any good at all. I sat there for more than 30 mins then demanded fresh food be made because it was cold! She comes back out 15 mins later with supposed fresh food. I get home to cold food & shredded cheese that was completely melted & stuck to the packaging and the coney buns were as soggy as could be! She had to use a translator on her phone to even understand that I was asking for a manager and supposedly there wasn't one there. Whatever! Believe me when I tell you to get out of your car & go get your food! Her exact words "we don't know when people are waiting outside". Then why the heck does it tell you to check in on the app??!!! NEVER AGAIN at this location!!!!!!

I ordered $14 worth of food at this location an hour before google and the sonic app told be they were supposed to close. The app let me place the order. The drive through was closed so I parked in a stall and the app wouldn’t let me put in a number. My boyfriend tried to talk to the employees but all they said is that they were closed and wouldn’t talk to us. Never got my order. If they closed early and that was the case, the app orders should’ve been shut down first. Absolutely ridiculous.

I've never had an good experience with any sonic but this trip today was absolutely horrendous. I genuinely can't comprehend how any Sonic's are still in business. Today not only did we not receive half of the order that we paid for but the part that we did receive was made incorrectly.

I've been to this Sonic twice and both visits were terrible. The staff was incredibly rude, and the food was disappointing. On my last visit, I spent $11 on an ice cream 'Blizzard' that was mostly plain ice cream with a small amount of toppings just on top. I was even charged for a cup of water. I'll never go back

Today was the worse day ever to come here. Deive thru person rude. Person taking my order couldn't get it right for nothing. Wanted to do an order at kiosk so that way I would know if it was correct of course they only doing drive thru. Why they have the one u can park at I have no idea. Wanted to do order online of course number 13 wasn't on the app. So had to go to drive thru. Where of course order was taken wrong. Then driver thru girl actually had the audacity to had me my drinks with soda all over it leaking. Then got upset cause I asked for paper towels. I'm sorry I dont want soda all over my cup holders or dripping all over my car. She may want a dirty car. I dont. Then said here's these n shut the window. Did not twll me if that everything or what. Better common sense and customer service is needed. N if they hate having us give our orders and can't take it right. Then make sure the app has everything.

I’m an Uber driver. Instructions on the app to go to the stall and press the button and they will bring it out to you. I press the button and she told me to go to the drive-through. I explained to her that the app instructions says park of the stall. She said “well too bad you have to”. I was shocked that she talk to me like that. Because I was just explaining to her what was going on. I pushed the button again and she would not answer after that. Reason this is a problem. This location did this last time. At other locations, if you go to the drive-through and Wait in line they’ll tell you to go to the store even though you just waited 10 minutes in the drive-through. This is the only Location that won’t walk out to you. I got to the drive-through window, Katieolyn, Katie Lynn, Katie something first lied to me and said she wasn’t the one I talk to at the stall, but she knew exactly what I was talking about and it was her voice. I tried to explain how it’s a waste our time and prolongs delivery time for the customer. If they don’t follow, the instructions that corporate has placed on the Uber app for them. She proceeded to get an attitude with me and was doing that thing where you roll your eyes while laughing at someone. I did record this entire interaction, including at the stall. I don’t know why people are allowed to treat others like and keep their jobs.

They messed up the order and were rude. Never going back to this particular restaurant. I have had good food from sonic and I even worked at one grand opening in Florida. I know that they have good food 😋 but they really dropped the ball at this location.

They have good food but they need help here. The wait time is super ridiculous. No way if I do a mobile order everyone in the drive thru should get serviced before I get my order. Hire more people or fire the slackers and get good workers.

Will never come back to this location again! Waited in line for 35 minutes.. watched the employees run around the parking lot goofing off while i was waiting.. after getting my food the tater tots were old, there was hair in my coney dog and also why am I paying $1 a cup for queso for this amount and also to be freezing cold like it is kept in the fridge.. terrible customer service and of course being ran by children

We were in line for over an hour. It was not a long line. There were probably 5-6 employees there. I tried calling, going to a stall (twice), drive thru... The service was just not happening. I ordered online to make it "faster", but that just meant my food was cold. Employees were rude, rolled their eyes at me, and refused to help. Our order was incorrect and missing several items. I'm not a Karen. I was incredibly polite. The employees just did not care.

Extremely disappointed in the entire experience SONIC has to offer. I can get over the poor customer Service. It seems like all fast-food restaurants have adopted the same business model and unfortunately SONIC is leading the charge on how to be the worst at it, at this particular location. The business model I'm referring to is have teenagers run your business into the ground. After all it's just fast food. It's not the world's most accessible food type where people continue to come back. Anyway I'm getting off beat here. The jumbo popcorn chicken tastes like it eas freeze dried and then deep friend. The fries were overcooked. The SONIC burger we ordered had cheese even with he receipt stating it should have it. The slushie was missing a flavor and was everything but a slushie. It was basically juice. I mean I see why this place is failing. People come for the food and the food is the problem. I hope they get it together because this ain't it.
