Hi y'all! I love a great pancake hot off a griddle, but don't always feel up to a messy kitchen and clean up. How do I solve this dilemma? Whataburger. Note I didn't say good pancake, I said great. That means on the level I make at home in my well seasoned cast iron skillet. Whataburger whips up a pretty great batter, and manages to out do most spots that only do pancakes. Light, fluffy, airey, yummy 😋 cakes. What I love is the consistency at this location. You can expect the food to always be delicious, order correct. The sausage is also pretty tasty. How tasty you ask? So tasty they now sell it by the roll in Wal-Mart grocery section. Yep. You can buy it and cook it your dang self. Me, I order on the App to get free grub. Free shakes, free breakfast sammies, free hot cinnamon rolls. Every 5th trip you build points for free stuff. Use the famiky method to build up. Get a shared account you all use. Everyone that makes a trip opens the App to order. That way all your orders are counted in that home towards freebies. Service is pleasant even though they work them pretty hard. So be super nice to them when they come out with your order. I know you're always nice, but here, be extra nice, because they are good people here. It's a Texas tradition. Take care of yourselves, your friends, strangers if you can. You can. Update: Skip trying the Honey butter chicken biscuit. See attached picture. $3.49 for a tiny tender. Chick fil a gives you a breast filet, three times the size, for $3.65. 16 cents more, for 3x the portion. Do better Whataburger.

This was my first time eating breakfast at whataburger, crazy thing is I've lived in Texas all my life. Let me just say the service was amazing, very friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions about the menu. I ordered the breakfast on a bun with hashbrowns and a drink. The sandwich I got with sausage and with a fresh cracked eff and it was so good. The hashbrowns was a little old but taste good. I will definitely be back!

The order came out quick, the drive thru want long. Looks like I beat the rush. Everything in my order was correct. Picked up for work lunch and even tho it was separate orders they put everything in one bag without request. Which helped me lug everything inside.

Should you go around lunch time, you know that there will be a line. That just tells you that it is a popular place to eat. I had the #1 with Texas Toast and extra Pickles. Large fries of course. Try the lemonade to quench your thirst.

Food was good but employees engaged with customer. Very loud for 20 minutes while I was eating about bones broken and blood. Vet discouraged to eat while that kind of talking was going on. Also employee was digging his nose while serving food

Service here is always quick and friendly. We happened to do an app order yesterday and the pick up was phenomenal! I love that they still allow access to the bathroom. We had an emergency restroom situation that we were able to handle while the food was delivered to the vehicle. Awesome job y'all!

Every time I come to this location I’m never disappointed! From the amount of sauce you get, to the salted crispy fries. The fresh burgers and chicken sandwiches always hit the spot. This location is the best, everyone is super friendly and you can tell they work together as a team. I will go out of my way just to go to this location!

The best customer service I have ever received at a whataburger. I almost felt like I was at Chick-fil-A. The service was pretty fast for what i ordered and everything was correct. The chicken strips were fresh. They are well organized here. The guy handing out the food and charging at the drive thru was the sweetest. Great Job!!

The night drive work, Patricia, is absolutely amazing!!! She not only repeats your orders but if you have special request she accommodates AND does not make you feel like a burden. Great tone of voice. Sounds happy to help. I will be going back at 2 AM so i get the friendly service that she gives and is truly hard to find these days!!

I have to admit, the employees really got my attention this afternoon with their kind and upbeat attitude. From the young gentleman who held the door for me as I walked towards the restaurant, to the young woman who took my order with a genuine smile and positive attitude and fantastic active listening skills, to the woman who brought my order to me (who I think was the manager, wished I had asked), whose treatment of me made me feel like a truly appreciated customer. Then I sat and watched the employees and how they collectively interacted with each other and it took me by surprise. They were ALL in such a great, positive attitude and showed respect for not only one another, but to the customers as well. It was a true reflection of how well the manager, or managers, have done that made such an impact on me. Now of course the food was Whataburger, so it rocked. But this group of employees were the icing on the cake that really put me in a good mood. And it was much appreciated. Thank you.

Great service. She explained the breakfast menu and how to get what i wanted. I appreciated the extra service and the very pleasant morning attitude. 2/20/17 again, a wonderful experience. Fast, congenial service in the B lane. Got onion rings and they were hot and really delicious. The woman fulfilling the order was very pleasant and informative. I really appreciate this Whataburger.

Darrell and I have eaten at Whataburger for years and years. We’ve eaten at the Whataburger on roof snow mini years. We ate here on pipeline Road for the first time yesterday I have to say this was the best experience that I’ve had at Whataburger ever I had the Monterey melt, which was so hot. It burned my tongue a first at Whataburger for the food was actually hot the french fries which I’m not a french fry eater because they are never hot and they never stay hot. The fries were awesome needed more salt but they were also very hot and stayed that way! Darrell had a Whataburger with cheese and almost all of it! The veggies looked crisp and fresh! The service was good and quick!

My wife and I stopped here for lunch recently. It was pretty busy, but the service was excellent, the food hot, the ketchup tangy, and the restaurant very clean. I had a grilled chicken sandwich, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The chicken was tender and moist, unlike other grilled sandwiches I've had that were dried out and tough. We will definitely return.

Food was great, but the service I received from the MOD was even better. I worked in restaurants for about a decade years ago when all the manager had to worry about was putting out tasty food in a timely manner, not technology. I had a problem with my app communicating with an email offer, well, it was a mess. The manager walked through it with me and even after it flamboozled her she still went out of her way to make sure I left with a good experience and a good taste in my mouth. Mission accomplished! Thank you

Everything was good but the parking at this location is difficult at best. Getting in and out is hazardous while also watching out for people. Just too small for the amount of business this location has. My only food complaint is they did not give us our ketchup. Burgers were juicy. Fries were hot. Drinks were cold.

This place is almost always open even when there was ice. The staff and management at this location is particularly great. The kiddos an the cooks are great. It's older but it's usually pretty clean. You know what Whataburger you can always customize everything. The price is affordable. Cheaper than a lot of the other places around. Good tea. The parking can be a little small but the drive-thru good so long I still advise going inside.

This is what whataburger is about. Go here, if you have guests that want to know something about whataburger. This management cares about their corporate image and works hard to maintain it. You will not be disappointed. Other local locations are not as promising. I do appreciate management's attention to detail and their "blue facing" appearance. Edit: Looking at the other reviews I see a consistent theme that would explain the difference between my impression and the howlers. They all went through the drive-through. I get off my arse and walk into the restaurant. Many of the reviews like mine seem to share that characteristic. I think we should consider that the traffic/hassle factor in that area around NE Mall is HORRID!!!. So, forgive me if I don't blame WB for not defying reality and creating a little bubble of traffic normalcy in the middle of that chaos.

This Whataburger is always pretty busy, however, the employees seem to go as fast as possible and are courteous. The food is good but the last few times we've been the chicken in the chicken strip baskets have been very small and they haven't put much gravy in the cups. I also got stuck in my parking space because I was blocked in by the drive thru line! I sat for about 5 minutes before I was able to exit.

Went through the drive thru. Really pleasant order taker who helped us with a complicated order. Our 2 special needs boys were taken care of in a really nice way. Both the boys Mom and Grandpa appreciated it. Not much atmosphere in the driveway.

Delicious, hot, impress! I ordered the bacon burger with cheese, onion rings, fries and strawberry milkshake. The burger was good and filling. The fries were delicious and I ordered onion rings and they were okay. The milkshake was amazingly delicious. For a little over nine bucks it was a hearty meal.

The best hamburgers in Texas. This restaurant is newer than most in my area; clean and neat in appearance. Sadly, the service at this location is slower than the other locations. I don't think the cashiers are trained well here. It took them longer than necessary to take orders and then our order and two other people had to take burgers back because they weren't made correctly, plus our order had missing items. However, the food was delicious and the fries were hot and freshly made. The reason I only gave 4 ⭐ is because our order was incorrect/hamburgers made wrong, missing items, and the service was slow. We were confused at how long it took to prepare the food because the store was not busy and the drive through had one car.

Whataburger is a place you go to for nostalgia or necessity. 50% of the time my order is wrong but hey, it's Whataburger, expectations aren't very high. It's a lot of food for a great price, it doesn't make you feel the healthiest afterward, but MAN it's great when it's great. It's a Texas staple, anyone you know from out of state is probably immediately being taken to Whataburger. It's a classic, it's not going anywhere, it's a good ole' American fast food burger and fries. Side note: the Dr. Pepper shake is phenomenal!

I have stopped in for breakfast over the course of about five years. Not everyday, but about two times a month. During this time, the service has slowed the efficiency of getting out good consistent food. Service for each order is taking four to five times longer than it used to and the meal prep is not held to a high standard like it once used to. Hope to see management reel it back in and get the place back to its roots with great breakfast and great customer service.

I sent a complaint after waiting more than 10 mins for food and it wasn't even fresh and HOT!! I asked for fresh food when placing my order and the person on the kiosk said we always make fresh to order in the kindest way only to get Fries some cold and warm soggy and were way to salted so if you have issues with salt ask for no salt or light salt. The manger did apologize and give fresh food it just took more time of course so not so fast food fresh made to order.

It was a little busy in the drive-thru and there are young people working there. I ordered a double burger, an ice tea and NO fries. What I ended up with, a burger with a bunch of other ingredients that were crunchy - tasted okay, an ice tea, and an order of fries. I wasn't about to turn around and wait in line again, so I hope whoever received my "no fries" order wasn't too upset.

Sadly this was not the best visit today. The orders were very slow to come out. I put an app order in 5 minutes after my nephew ordered at the store, and mine was ready 10 minutes before his. That was just wrong. Usually this location is fast and really good. Perhaps just a bad day. Will come back

I'm a uber eat driver picking up an order three people who were not there before I was took their order then I was thinking maybe they're not taking Uber pickups so I went to the cashier and as soon as I went to the cashier they started asking other Uber eats drivers what they needed drivers that have been there 15 minutes after I was there. Now I'm thinking my food was probably ready 15 minutes ago I also have food in my car from my other orders that we're getting cold workers there need to know who came in first I guess that's hard when all the workers are facing the other way

Whataburger prides itself on customizing orders "just like you like it," or so they say in the commercials. But often that is a hill too high to climb for their employees to accomplish, especially when a customer arrives at home only to find that their order wasn't made to order, after all. Let's just say that Whataburger aspires to achieve this goal, which is what they should advertise, i.e., that their motto is an aspiration instead of a promise. There's nothing wrong with stating it's an aspiration because at least that's more realistic. Or...do something about your quality control because that's exactly where the issue should be addressed.

It's okay. My last two visits haven't been all that great. Tonight my chicken strips were cold and hard about like my fries. Whataburger is supposed to be known for making things fresh. I guess they stopped. The visit before this one, the gravy for my strips were almost translucent It looked like cloudy water(see my pics of the water gravy. It just wet the strip instead of adding flavor to it). My drive thru experience hasn't been great. Maybe it's better if you go on the inside.

Me and my boyfriend just got food from here and the food was amazing customer service not so much we paid for 2 large drinks and got one a small. We paid for honey butter and they claimed we didn’t and we then showed the receipt, and the lady at the register said we need to scan the app after we pay after we repetitively said we have to do it before and after we paid she said we should’ve done it before even tho she told us we couldn’t.

The reason for any stars at all is because the gentleman who brought the food to my car was very friendly and polite. Food was not fresh, and my husband had to drive all the way back to get his food that they forgot to add. He called ahead of time to let them know and when he got there they made him speak to the manger, prove he had ordered, and then had to wait for his food…. If you’ve ever been to this location you know the wait for food is incredibly long. I would not recommend going to the drive through here because they take forever.. but if you do check the bag before leaving because they always seem to mess something up

I have to change my review of this Whataburger after defending it for a long time. I'm not sure what's happened since the recent buyout, and over the past couple years. But they consistently mess up orders. Whataburger's Motto is "just like you like it" and they can't Make simple order modification like adding jalapenos happen 90% of the time. What has happened?

Been going to the same Whataburger for the last 15 years. The service has never been good but it has been timetable. Today I ordered a kids meal for my granddaughter and was told they had no small french fry containers so I needed to order and pay for a medium or large fry. I explained that I did not care what size packaging they used to provide a small fry. Before I could finish my statement, a very rude female (later identified as Hailey) came over the speaker and advised that using a medium container to serve a small fry would mess up their food cost. If I didn't want to do that then I could change the side to something else. The last two times I have been to the Hurst Whataburger, I was asked to pull around and wait. I did and in both instances I waited more than 10 minutes and when my food arrived I was told, "I'm sorry, I thought someone else already brought you your food". When I was asked to pull forward this time, I declined. The rudeness went to another level. I understand that supply chains are contributing to businesses and their ability to maintain adequate inventory levels. That should not mean that employees no longer need to provide good customer service.

It’s pretty sad, when you go through the drive through wait 15 mins to get your food all to realize ONCE AGAIN, my order isn’t correct. Can someone tell me why you would order a breakfast meal and never receive the side. In this case hash browns yet they give you the ketchup to dip them in…. If you call to let them know and for them to correct the order the manger wants you to bring the food so she can look at it…. Wait a second you want me to bring back the food I waited 15 minutes to get and didn’t receive. Ordering a MEAL means I would like the drink, the sandwich and the side.

So, for my meal ordered their new prickly raspberry lemonade 20oz with no ice and I got about 2/3 of a cup. See pics below. I asked why it wasn't full and she said b'coz I asked for no ice that's the amount. Which I know it wasn't true because I always order no ice for all my drinks (I prefer no ice) and it's always full. Don't know if it was the of time? which was after my 12hr graveyard shift I was quite disappointed OR if it was that particular worker and she just come up with that?.. But I wasn't going to insist she fill and she would add other substances in it. So I took it and taking my orders elsewhere.

Standing in line for what seems like forever as one employee rings up another for employee discount and then continues to chit chat. While standing there I notice the burger line is very dirty and none of the burgers are placed on paper as they go along. When placing my order I talked with manager and she told me some employees are trained differently. There guacamole on Texas toast next to burgers, Texas toast makes a butter slick. I would call this a health code violation. Tried to take survey on line and whataburger doesn't do surveys anymore. Not impressed whataburger.

I went to the drive thru @ 4:53 a and ordered two honey chicken biscuit sandwiches only and ordered a # 21. The Chicken on both biscuits was so hard I could have broken a tooth. And the hash browns were not fresh. THIS IS UNEXCEPTIONABLE ....

First of all the drive thru wait is ridiculous. Didn’t give out straws, told us to pull forward and wait even longer for TWO meals. We get home, the burgers have the wrong stickers, and patty melt has a hole thats gushing out ketchup.

Calling as I was waiting in drive thru line to make sure breakfast would still be served. Don’t know if it was because I asked for a receipt or just bad service. Got told it was taking time (20minutes)as it was being made fresh. Clerk said I put an apple pie for the inconvenience. B.O.B was cold, taco cold and does that look like extra bacon or scrambled eggs!

Waiting in drive thru for food to be cold I don't understand that an get so little frys it looked like someone ate half got rushed out of line so quick couldn't even check very disappointed

Horrible service. Drive 15 minutes to pick up an online order, wait another 15 watching customers come and go! How does a business survive with BS service like that???

I ordered a pattymelt with no onions, they gave me a pattymelt “with” onions, I had them remake my burger and I got a pattymelt with a beard hair in it, I had them remake it again, don’t get mad at me because yall can’t follow directions, look out for the manager at night, shes also the chef and i know for sure she put that hair in my sandwich on purpose, u gonna end up ticking off the wrong person

Check your entire order before leaving or better yet, go somewhere else for your meal. This place used to be so great but it seems the past few years their quality of excellence has deteriorated with regards to food and service. I doubt I'll ever return.

As a frequent whataburger flyer this has been by far the worst experience I have ever had. We ordered at 7:52 and it was after 8:15 when before we got our food we had to go up there and ask about it. To make matters worse an employee received their food within of ordering after ordering almost 10 minutes after us. When asking about our food people kept walking by like they didn’t even see me didn’t even ask if I needed anything and finally I stop the person taking orders to cars and ask how much longer my order will be and the manager with his back towards me goes we are just waiting on fries didn’t even turn to acknowledge me. I also don’t understand how we could have been waiting on fries when part of the fries were burnt some were soggy. Later when we finally got our food went and asked for ketchup and expressed how frustrated we were they asked if we were in drive thru or inside it shouldn’t make a difference regardless waiting almost 30 minutes for food at a place like this is ridiculous. As someone who work in customer service this is unacceptable and hope you will do better.

I'm very hurt this morning. Due to the outbreak at McDonald's I decided to give Whataburger a try for breakfast. I ordered pancakes, eggs, bacon, coffee and a chocolate chip cookie. When the lady at the window repeated my order I heard her say hash browns. They charged my credit card at the window, then asked to charge my card again for the chocolate chip cookie. Once I received my order I didn't get my eggs, hash brown or chocolate chip cookie. When people are preparing my food I treat them with the utmost respect always. I told the lady at the window that I appreciate their hard work but my order was incorrect. She immediately became offensive. I gave her my receipt. She said that I was lying about my order. And asked me for my credit card to charge me for the eggs, has browns, and cookies. I make $100,000 and it's not the point of the price of the food. It's the fact that this lady said that I was lying about my order. She definitely has a problem with authority and shouldn't be in the position that she is in. She said that she put my cookie in the bag but didn't have time to review the footage from the drive through camera. I never asked her to review anything. But if she does review the footage it would be clearly apparent that she didn't give me my cookie, eggs, or hash browns. I feel like she became offensive because I'm black. I look young but I'm 51 years old, mature, in manage at my job and know how to treat people. I can't believe I'm starting off my day being falsely accused and additionally charged on my credit card. This place is terrible. Wouldn't recommend Whataburger to anyone.

1 star. Food was cold, they filled up all medium drinks with no ice. Gravy was so grainy and not even the right consistency. This is my first bad whataburger experience

I ordered through the drive-thru on a 30 min lunch break I ordered a # 10 and they gave me the spicy I asked for lett onion and mayo only which was incorrect when I got my order after sitting in line for 20 min I had no time to come back in .....Do Better.......I just wasted my money!!

Horrible service from management. When I relocated here 4 yrs ago, I use to enjoy this location. Over the years it's change and it's horrible. Do NOT patronize this location. They've given anybody a title and they aren't fully capable of doing the job. I highly recommend the location in Euless. They could really close this one down. The GM needs to reevaluate her staff. Also, the worker that is handling food had the same gloves on as he entered and exited the restroom, disgusting.

Took over an hour to get my curbside pick up order out to the car. This is the norm and my order is wrong about half the time. I have gone to get my order before because I sat there for so long. They genuinely forgot about me. My order was sitting on the counter and cold

So I've been going to this Whataburger for a while now and if y'all have read any of my other reviews you'll see rarely and I mean rarely have I given a bad review, for good reason, I only give bad reviews when it is deserving of one. Well this Whataburger just can't seem to get their honey butter chicken biscuits right , EVER, the chicken is ALWAYS hard like beef jerky and small with more crunchy batter than chicken. Smaller than the biscuit. I don't reccomend going here either as they don't rightly care how you feel about their food or service. Find a different Whataburger . Sorry but it's true .

I ordered an online curbside for girlfriend and I. We waited for over 20 minutes and found out our food was inside and sat at walkin pickup. No one bothered to answer for it or even offer an apology. This restaurant sucks at every level from management to the bottom. Eat at another whataburger and you will have a much better day.

I ordered a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger & asked if the bacon could be cooked longer (or microwaved) for it to be well done/crispy. I've ordered it that way MANY times at other locations & it was perfect. NOT here. My order receipt even says WELL DONE twice but this looked almost raw & barely cooked. If I could upload the pics I would but it won't let me for some reason. I will NOT return to this location ever again!!!

I order through the app but saw no feedback. Called the store to make sure I would be getting delivery. The man that answered said they do not do delivery. Thank him and ordered through another service. Later both orders arrived and both charges appeared on my card. Asked for help from the app and then called the store. The app replied that they would do nothing and this was confirmed by the manager Lela and another person stating they were the operating partner. Make sure you don’t have questions when you order here. It will all be your fault and charged accordingly. I will not be back.

I went to this Whataburger I had a stomach ache for the rest of the day. If you want fresh food don’t go to Whataburger. They don’t even wash their hands. They don’t even clean that well due to seeing crumbs all over the floor. And their food is never fresh. Id rather go to burger king at this point. This manager named Luna got so bothered about a girls pants. I was a witness. I heard every single bit of it. She only told this woman something for asking if burger king can borrow their scooper for their fries. Luna said no off the bat and when she went back from telling burger king that they couldnt use it Luna then proceeded to tell her off about her pants and sent her home to go get some new ones. This women needs to catch the bus and her needing to go get some while waiting for her bus after work is ridiculous. Do better Whataburger and hire GOOD managers that aren’t selfish.

The staff is in desperate need of community awareness and basic human decency training. I wm a nurse and witnessed an elderly gentleman taking a horrible fall outside of the establishment. It was 97 degrees outside and the gentleman had literally fallen in the street. The establishment was the closest source to render basic first aide. Getting a glass of ice water took an act of congress and my debit card. Apparently the Styrofoam cups are too expensive to waste and they are only allowed to give out disposable cheap cone cups. I didn't realize that Whataburger staff could be so insensitive and cheap.

I’m very sad to have to write this review. The customer service I received Wednesday morning was really great and the store is really clean. The reason I’m giving a 1 star review was simply that the oil in your fryer was old and nasty. I came in right after the am manager came on shift so it was clearly the overnight manager’s fault. I was sick for 2 days because I have a weak gallbladder. This means there are stricter dietary restrictions and when employees don’t change the oil it’s equivalent to cross contaminating gluten in terms of possibly sending someone to the hospital. I have been a food manager in the past and I know this behavior is completely unacceptable.

Just literally tried to bite into this (heavy on the TRIED as you can see), and my permanent retainer almost came out. I’m not one to complain unless it’s bad, but this could’ve genuinely been expensive, and it did hurt. Screw that, go to the one off of airport freeway. Genuinely you guys couldn’t tell this wasn’t edible?? Even without a retainer? It’s a biscuit, there’s no way in hell that should be possible. It is ROCK SOLID. Had to throw it away.

Taking a bite into my food with hair in it is disgusting!!!! I reached out to management and the corporate office and only got this response attached in the photo. When speaking with the corporate office, they promised to follow up to provide a better solution and never responded. It was extremely inconvenient to not only have this horrible experience but required to come back to get a refund with no additional offerings. I will never eat at this location again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

Got the new burger that shows coleslaw and says they use a special sauce. I got the smallest amount of coleslaw possible and no sauce on my burger. Not to mention a random chunk of a patty was just thrown into my burger. Worst whataburger experience I have ever had.
