I love to eat their 10.00 steak it comes with two eggs two toss. Excellent cooking. Never need to join line. Ever only a few customers. Most people are just gamblers

Great food and excellent prices. Good portions and great service. My fave is the steak and eggs for $10. The steak is a good size and cooked to perfection. Comes with toast jelly and hash browns.

Your typical diner breakfast in a casino. Good food that you just have to go downstairs for. They gave us a free chocolate coin at the end too which I thought was cute.

I stood there by the front for about 5 minutes while 2 women were busy talking instead of asking me do I need to be seated… really? Finally a very friendly male waiter came from the back and assisted me. I ordered the taco plate. The tacos were ok, but my beans and rice were partially cold. The cheese in the beans weren’t melted and the veggies in the rice were hard. The cafe was clean and for that I give 2 stars total. I don’t think I’ll be going back to this cafe. Upon leaving people begin coming inside seating theirselves as the women continued to talk instead of assist customers. Terrible customer service. Please do better.

Had a chile relleno plate. Obviously prepackaged, rice and beans were almost inedible. Maybe the breakfast is better. Service was good and it was clean.

Literally could not get a hold of no one for the restaurant or hotel cleark/ I wanted to ask for types of food and prices 😒

I am so disappointed in the customer service provided in this place by Michell. The moment I entered the place, I saw two ladies chitchatting and not once did any of them approached me to assist me, please keep in mind that this was my FIRT time visiting this place. I had heard so many good stories about the food and I was so disappointed that Michel the person who attended us after 10 mins of seeing her chitchatting never checked in to ask if we needed drinks, or refills on our water after she took our order. To top it off, we had asked for dessert and she inform us that the restaurant didn’t have dessert! I was so confused by her response later to find out that the restaurant does sell desert and she refuse to give us options! Her approach was super unprofessional and I am very disappointed that none of two ladies came to the rescue! They were too busy chitchatting. I see the way they treat their employees from different departments and it’s very disappointing to see that this person MICHELL is allowed to work in a setting in which customer service needs to be handled properly! SHE lacks empathy and respect. I will NEVER visit this place again! Keep in mind that I was raised in East La and have visited the Casino for many events and have never been treated so poorly but coming to Mr. Banks was a terrible choice. I will let my family members and friends know that this place is terrible. It deserves a ZERO star for bad customer service!

I walk in this morning. Service is bad and food is the worst. My order was wrong. I did let them know and was offered to get another meal. I agreed and another omelette was served but this one was salty and my bread that was removed in my first plate was not included . Seems like this was done on purpose. I got upset after the facts I left won’t recommend this place to anyone. So sad that was my first visit and last.
