On a Sunday drive with my husband desperately looking for somewhere to eat lunch and apparently Commerce doesn't have many options, but we saw Maria's kitchen tucked away in a strip of buildings and thought we would give it a shot. OMG! The food is AMAZING! Homemade and authentic! The guacamole, queso, and green salsa is incredible! I had pork tamales, hubby had chicken quesadillas. They did NOT disappoint! Will definitely make the 50 mile trip from our house to come back here again.

Lovely little restaurant. Really good food. I had the beef guiso, which is beef in a salsa style stew. The beans and rice are really good, i hate restaurant beans and rice but their's was nice. The family who owns it are very sweet.

Really enjoy this small, homey café style restaurant. My waitress, Irene, is a real sweetheart. Not in the mood for Mexican? Their hamburgers are yummy. I truly believe the caramel churros should be illegal!

This place is so delicious!! Honestly the best place in Commerce hands down!!! What makes it an even better experience is that the people were very nice and welcoming. We will definitely be coming here a lot more from now on lol.

Just watched the Camelo fight and they were awesome... Great service and really friendly atmosphere... We stayed past closing and they did not rush us out the door and we're curious will definitely be there again.

Very good food and the service was good. We were there about 1pm and had chicken fajitas and burrito bowel. The place is clean and we'll be back.

Absolutely love this place! My favorite is the street tacos and hubby's favorite is the chicken fajitas. We stopped going to the other Mexican restaurants after discovering Maria's!

Full menu with a lot of choices and nothing to doubt. Everything will leave you full and satisfied. Also there is couple things not on the menu I highly recommend 1) El Grand Loco Burrito / Fajita beef or chicken. 2) Fish tacos... absolutely the best ever. They carry top shelf drinks and domestic as well as imported beer. This is a family owned and operated business with great values and exceptional service. I feel like they guarantee you to be satisfied. The Pic below is a drink that I can't explain but 10 out of 10. Ask Eddie or Bryan and they will whip one up for you.

The BEST street tacos in town! Had a margarita as well, delicious but a little bit too sweet for me; I still drank half of it. I never have an issue with timely service, everyone I've encounter here has been helpful, good with kids, and kind. I love this place! THEY DELIVER!

I just moved from Arlington to Campbell did a little shopping saw this place and order something hoping the food would be good. It was the flavors in the sauces delish everything thing is delicious need a little more heat. I highly recommend this place.

It was our first time here and we had a great experience. Food and drinks were really good and the atmosphere is fun and lively. Definitely love this place and will come back again! Came in looking for authentic Mexican food and was not disappointed. Ordered the tacos de birria and not only was it delicious and cooked perfectly, but it came out fast and hot! Definitely a place that you should check out.

The rice and beans were very good also. The gravy had a different taste, but I liked it. Great place to eat. I highly recommend it.

The Stuffed Avocado was Excellent! 5stars for that. 1star for the chips and salsa . The chips had an old grease taste And the salsa tasted like V8 juice /can tomato juice.

It's a college bar. Food was very good. One of the servers was wearing what appeared to be a horse blanket but HEY decor is decor! Our server was a delightful young man. Our meal came quickly, exactly what we wanted and plenty of it! The margaritas were huge!

Quite disappointed. All my coworkers have raved about it. Went right after lunch. Only one other customer. The queso was good. I ordered the quesidilla (idk how to spell it) the tortilla was hard, like it wouldn't tare. There was celery and huge pieces of cilantro in the guacamole. And my server left to go to the gas station before I was done, I was there about 25 min. I had to wait for him to get back so I could pay and leave.

1 star is a very honest review, service was very awkward and missed a lot of steps on their process of giving us food. I had to go out of my way several times to get silverware, napkins, straws, and chips and salsa especially. I had 4 different servers and the owner was the only one capable of handling our service (when he had the chance to come around). I don't think it's worth earing here, it feels like you're eating in someone's house and it's not worth it, try another Mexican restaurant other than this one for a better time.

I absolutely love Mexican food. By far this experience was the worst. I would not eat there nor recommend it to anyone. Would rather go to Greenville. I had the enchilada dinner and so did the wife. Food was horrible and I had to wait over 45 minutes.

Such a worst experience it was with marias kitchen....i actually ordered 2 chicken tacos and. 2 shrimp taco very clearly....they have clearly listened my order and also told me the prices neatly..... But after the food was delivered to my home....wat it was....all the 4 chicken tacos...not a single shrimp taco...🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ ok then i myself adjusted and started eating....it was so soo disgusting with the taste seriously they just took the wrap and simply kept chicken dats it... no suace no veggies...noting and chicken was too salty...this how u people serve food and coming to suaces which they give...it was totally iced...iced..iced...u people say how can we eat that iced sauce....??worst experience... ..this is only...only..my experience.

The absolute worse food ever!!!! I ordered a chimichanga with red sauce- I got a half cooked burrito (raw) with chili beans! Hell no not again and disputing my bank charge after spending 98 dollars last night!
