Desideravo da tempo venire per la prima volta a Como, specie per provare la cucina de "Le Golose Imperfezioni" che ammiravo tramite i social e le recensioni delle persone. Inutile dire che le aspettative erano alte e sono state ripagate in pieno. A partire dall'accoglienza e la gentilezza dei proprietari, ti fanno sentire come a casa e ti spiegano dettagliatamente come sono realizzate le loro preparazioni. Pane freschissimo e squisito così come il tarallo e il grissino, tutto rigorosamente integrale mediante l'impiego di farine di grani antichi. Utilizzarli in purezza e con il lievito madre non c'è paragone in termini di gusto e qualità del prodotto finale. Per iniziare ho preso due panzerottini e due croissant salati, ripieni di moutabal ( crema di legumi speziata ) davvero apprezzati, in quanto per me sono stati sapori nuovi e poi uno al pomodoro siccagno, ne avrei messo di piu' perchè si sentiva poco e quindi asciutto. L'impasto sia dei panzerottini che dei croissant è eccezionale, non ci sono parole per descriverlo. Dopodichè ho preso una lasagnetta di saraceno alle verdure di stagione con besciamella di mandorle ed erbe aromatiche. Anch'essa mi ha piacevolmente colpito sia per la sua cremosità dovuta alla besciamella così come per i suoi sapori speziati interessanti! Per concludere impossibile non prendere il dolce, leggendoli ti vien voglia di provarli tutti. In questo caso ho optato per La Rustica: ovvero un dolce che ricorda il marzapane realizzata con farina di mandorla, cioccolato bianco di riso, latte di mandorla e zucchero integrale di canna. Servito caldo, mi ha rievocato dei ricordi splendidi... per quanto prediligo mangiare prevalentemente i dolci in chiave crudista, posso dire tranquillamente che è stato uno dei dolci piu' buoni che abbia mai mangiato in vita mia a 25 anni. Sono stati degli attimi di vero piacere. C'è solo da complimentarsi, ogni qualvolta potrò venire a Como sarà una tappa fissa venire qui. E mi spiace davvero che sia andato a monte il progetto di Graniburger qui a Milano, dove non sono neanche riuscito a provare... magari ci fosse un locale del genere <3 Perchè il cibo non deve essere solo piacere ma nutrimento per l'organismo e qui è quello che fanno. <3
Cibo delizioso, 100% vegetale e di produzione propria. La lasagna era squisita e la torta “La Ricca” super morbida e cioccolatosa. Solo complimenti! In più la gentilezza dei due gestori è solo che da lodare. Prezzo medio-alto, ma per la qualità degli ingredienti più che onesto. Tornerò sicuramente!
Localino delizioso. Piatti vegani buonissimi e di gusto. Sono rimasta piacevolmente stupita dalla gustositá dei piatti. Mi hanno spiegato che le farine sono di loro produzione e questo è sicuramente un punto in più. Non hanno i soliti hamburger di legumi ma un menù vario e ricercato con anche una gran varietà di dolci. Servizio gentile e veloce.
Consigliatissimo!!! Cibo salutare ma è tutto BUONISSIMO, si vede che c’è una grande ricerca dietro ogni ricetta, non mi ricordo quando ho mangiato così bene anche senza glutine e vegano. I proprietari sono incredibili , sembra di stare in famiglia. Torneremo presto❤️
Siamo capitati in questo stupendo locale per caso, senza sapere offrisse cucina vegana. Non avremmo potuto trovare di meglio. Bell’atmosfera, accogliente e tranquilla. Personale disponibile, pronto a consigliare e spiegare i piatti. Servizio veloce. Piatti buonissimi, ben presentati, saporiti, ben bilanciati. Dolci particolari, difficili da trovare. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti e torneremo sicuramente.
Il locale è veramente accogliente, sembra quasi di essere a casa propria. La cucina, in bella vista, mostra le delizie in fase di preparazione. Definirlo un bar è proprio riduttivo è un angolo di mondo dove si sta volentieri consumando cibo biologico e meraviglie della cucina anche vegana. Assolutamente da provare
Spettacolare Questo piccolo panificio e bistrot vegano è una piccola chicca all'interno del centro storico di Como con tavolini all'aperto e laboratorio a vista. Piatti interamente vegani preparati con materie prime di altissima qualità con diverse tipologie di spezie e farine integrali di loro produzione, dietro a queste preparazioni straordinarie si può vedere che c'è del lavoro con grandi progetti e tanti sacrifici. I titolari, Marco e Alessandra sono gentilissimi e disponibilissimi, dove ti spiegano in maniera approfondita i piatti con le loro idee.
Ho pranzato ieri, con amiche, in questo delizioso locale in pieno centro storico. Malgrado fosse tardi, Alessandra e Marco ci hanno accolte con calore e simpatia, ci hanno dato consigli, ci hanno raccontato i loro piatti, ci hanno persino proposto una sequenza d'assaggio. Passione, studi approfonditi, competenza, esperienze vicine e lontane, tanto amore per il loro lavoro. Risultato: piatti gustosi, sani ed eticamente corretti, in un ambiente che definire piacevole è riduttivo. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci. 💚

Come onnivora, considero questo ristorante uno dei migliori di Como. È adatto a tutti: celiaci, vegetariani, vegani e onnivori. Gli ingredienti sono di eccellente qualità e il servizio è impeccabile. Inoltre, a fine pasto non mi sento mai appesantita. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza culinaria straordinaria.
Eccellente anche per non vegani! Ho pranzato in coppia in questo bel localino, nessuno di noi due è vegano ed è stata una bellissima esperienza. I piatti sono saporiti e sazianti, ma al contempo a fine pasto ci si sente incredibilmente leggeri. Il personale è estremamente cortese e soprattutto si percepisce che ogni piatto viene pensato e realizzato con amore. Ingredienti 100% genuini. Consigliatissimo!
Oggi sono stata in questo meraviglioso posto, io e mio marito abbiamo degustato cibo a dir poco prelibato, ricercato, un'atmosfera d'altri tempi con i ristoratori che si preoccupano della riuscita del loro lavoro specificando in modo particolareggiato gli ingredienti e la preparazione. Dove ti senti accolta ,al centro del loro interesse... Dove c'è ancora qualcuno che crede profondamente in quello che fa con tutte le avversita' burocratiche che questo tipo di lavoro comporta. Vi auguro di provare questa esperienza e chiedo ai proprietari di tener duro e crederci!!!!
SPETTACOLARE... abbiamo scoperto solo oggi, purtroppo, pur essendo di Como, questa deliziosa chicca in centro città.. Abbiamo mangiato vegano e gluten free con una qualità eccellente, con sapori ottimi e con una location veramente splendida perché i tavoli sono all'interno del panificio che è a vista... La proprietaria è stata assolutamente carina , disponibile, ci ha spiegato molto bene i piatti, il servizio in sala è stato perfetto...insomma torneremo sicuramente, e al piu presto... Ps. Eravamo talmente entusiasti che ci siamo totalmente dimenticati di fare le foto!!!
Io e il mio compagno abbiamo pranzato in questo grazioso locale e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti, sia per il buon cibo sia per la gentilezza del personale. Abbiamo preso un antipasto (il duetto), la torta salata monococco, i falafel, bevande (acqua birra) e due dolci. Abbiamo speso in tutto 62 €, i prezzi forse possono sembrare un po' più alti della media, ma la qualità e la ricercatezza sono notevoli. È stata una bella esperienza, sicuramente è un locale che consiglierei.
Accoglienza eccezionale, piatti ottimi e salutari. La qualità degli ingredienti è molto superiore alla media ed è interessante provare le loro ricette di piatti classici rivisitate in chiave vegana con farine particolari. Il titolare è veramente simpatico e rende l'esperienza memorabile:) Unico punto debole, personalmente ho trovato le porzioni piccoline. Alla prossima!
Posto tranquillo, nel centro storico, ma fuori dal circuito turistico, gestito in modo informale e cordiale. Menu vegano, quindi a base di cereali e verdure, che varia a seconda della freschezza del materiale, tutto selezionato dai gestori, e cucinato in modo creativo e genuino. I grani sono coltivati in modo naturale, biologico, in una tenuta di proprietà dei gestori, lontana da autostrade e contaminazioni (al Mugello). Ottima e oculata scelta di dolci, anch'essi vegani, fatti in casa. Ambiente intimo con forno a vista e prezzi adeguati alla qualità, ma non eccessivi. Sosta consigliata!
Super consigliato! Alessandra e Marco sono un punto di riferimento a Como per chi cerca cibo di alta qualità preparato con intelligenza e amore, accoglienza e calore. Il sevizio è impeccabile, il locale accogliente e curato, il cibo inclusivo per tutte e tutti: vegetale, con opzioni senza glutine, senza lattosio (essendo vegetale), con grande ricerca sulle materie prime e sulle preparazioni. Apprezzo in particolare la grande ricerca sui fermentati e sui grani antichi: il laboratorio di Alessandra e Marco propone una varietà di pane - prodotto da loro- fatto con grani antichi e particolari, laboratorio a vista! Insomma, non finiscono mai di stupirmi. Pranzare o cenare qui è sempre un’esperienza di assoluto relax e benessere. Se cercate cibo vero, sano, accoglienza, questo è il posto. Nota tecnica per chi è sensibile a cibi pensanti e fa difficoltà a mangiare fuori: le proposte di Alessandra e Marco non lasciano mai appesantiti!
Mi è piaciuto tutto, locale, cibo, proprietari. C’è tanta passione e qualità. Il prezzo ovviamente non è economico e non può esserlo, ma se volete provare dei veri piatti vegani andate qui. Scelta di dolci vastissima.

Vegan restaurant that uses many special ingredients, such as flour ground from home-grown grain. The menu features classic dishes with a unique twist. Each guest is given an explanation of the concept behind the restaurant and its adjoining bakery. My partner and I really enjoyed the food, but the best thing for me was the extremely friendly and authentic owner.
We absolutely loved this little vegan restaurant – the amatriciana, lasagna, bread, and chocolate cakes were simply delicious, with every bite full of flavour. Everything is homemade, with a wide range of dishes that are both healthy and well-balanced. The atmosphere makes you feel instantly at ease, and the owners are wonderfully kind, taking the time to explain everything. A true gem where you leave happy and satisfied.
Truly rustic experience of passionately prepared vegan food, all home grown, organic ingredients, lovingly prepared. The vegan herb cheese was a highlight, and the owner spent time explaining each of the dishes with such care and kindness. Thank you for a lovely experience in your special place!
We had a fantastic experience at this vegan restaurant! The food was not only incredibly delicious but also very creative and unique – every dish felt like a surprise in the best way. You can really tell how much thought and love goes into the menu. The owner was so warm and welcoming, It’s one of those places where you immediately feel at home even thought it’s in the middle of the touristic City Como. One little tip: the cakes are very rich and filling – super tasty, but definitely something I’d share next time. All in all, highly recommended for anyone !

We came across this restaurant by chance and so glad we did 🙂 None of us had really considered trying a vegan restaurant before but the menu was different and we were keen to give it a try. The host was lovely, very informative, helpful and welcoming, explaining the ethos behind the menu. We really appreciated his efforts in doing this in English too as we are not fluent in Italian. All of our dishes were very tasty and full of flavour. We liked that the dishes were original and not trying to substitute meat. I was mostly surprised by the cashew cheese as it had a lovely flavour. And the cakes were beautiful! If you want to experience something a little different and enjoy good food, we would definitely recommend trying here if you are visiting Como! Thanks again!
Really an awesome and unique vegan place to eat, run by pure dedication. Service was extremly comforting, helpful and engaged to serve us the best food and made sure it's what we would love - making basically a bespoke version of what they offer on the menu. It was really tasy. Tthe interior is cozy and unique and you can spend the time waiting for your food just looking around finding interesting things to focus on.
Dining prepared with the love, care and skill rarely seen in modern restaurants. This wonderful couple passionately make seasonal dishes using ancient grains, sour dough and fermented vegetables. The food is truly amazing, and should not be missed while visiting Como!
All vegan, home made. Owner and chef waited on us, they were super nice and helpful - explained ingredients and how it is made. They use ancient grains in bread! Food was fresh and yummy. Seating inside and outside (a few small tables out front on the small street) available.
As non-vegans, we were pleasantly surprised by this amazing vegan restaurant. The food here is not only delicious but the experience is unforgettable. The owners were super friendly and explained how everything is made and produced. They have their own farm in Tuscany and everything is made without any chemicals, preserving all the natural fibers and nutrients. After eating, I felt my stomach bubbling, which for me is a sign of healthy, fiber-rich food. I had the pancakes, and even though the portion looked small, it was very filling and tasted amazing. My friend tried the savory croissants, which were also very filling and tasty. A special feature of this place is the outdoor seating in a beautiful Italian street, adding to the authentic experience. If you’re looking for healthy and delicious food, you have to visit this spot.
This is the perfect destination for vegans in Como. We had the best meal of our trip here, it was so delicious and the staff were very welcoming and passionate about their food.
One of my favourite restaurants, every time I am in Como I come in. Not only is the service outstanding and welcoming, but the food is truly unique. They pride themselves on providing the most sustainable and highest quality food. The experience is beyond exceptional every time. I cannot recommend enough this place.
Cozy place with delicious food!! It’s a vegan place with seasonal vegetables and great bread variety. The dessert- l’aranzeta (something like that)- was also amazing, very light and not too sweet! The owners are really sweet and happy to explain the dishes to us.I am not vegan but always appreciate local dishes with fresh ingredients.
What can I say about this place other then absolutely amazing experience! As if being in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy was not enough think again! We were so welcomed by the lovely staff and given an insight onto how they made their lasagna which I had and I can honestly say it was the nicest lasagna I ever tasted! Service was fantastic and I would highly recommend if anyone is in Como itself to stop by! All the staff speak a good level of English so ordering is not a problem they even thought I was from Scotland even though I am Irish! Grazie once again! 😀
What a nice place to eat and spend some time. The service is extraordinary in English and Italian, the place is cozy, they have room for a table of 8 or 10 people, also they have other products to support other communities and fair-trade. The toilets are neat and nice. I just loved this place, thank you very much for existing and for your extraordinary work. ❤
