Given its location in Como, this branch offers some of the most scenic views out of any McDonald's I have ever been to. There is some indoor seating, as well as lots of seats outside. Many tables were dirty and I didn't see them being cleaned during my visit, which was disappointing. I went very early in the morning, and even then it was quite busy. All of the ordering kiosks were out of order, which meant that service was very slow, as everyone had to order from the single employee who was serving. However, the service was friendly, and I received my order fairly soon after I had paid. Overall, it's a decent branch of McDonald's and the stunning views more than made up for the lack of cleanliness and slow service.

good spot, and in an excellent location to grab some cheap comfort-food (french fries here could use some more salt). the tablets inside make it very easy to order when you cannot speak Italian, and orders are typically called out in Italian and English. the washrooms in this location could use some work with cleanliness, but other than that, great spot for outdoor seating, and close to the best attractions in Como!

Locale situato nel centro di Como a due passi dal lago, dal centro storico e dai negozi.....i menù sono buoni e con delle buone offerte, il personsle è gentile...( ho messo 3 stelle in generale perché essendo su due livelli il locale non c'è un ascensore per i disabili....e non c'è il servizio ai tavoli )....

Nel centro della città quindi comodissimo da raggiungere soprattutto se si è in giro a fare shopping o a visitare il centro storico. Forse l’unico posto in zona dove ormai si può mangiare a prezzi bassi e accessibili, motivo per cui è spesso mal frequentato. Tuttavia al piano di sopra ho trovato pulizia e personale gentile

Ogni tanto ci capito per sopravvivere al caro vita e bassa qualità comasco. Il personale è cordiale ed i menù sono preparati con il giusto riguardo. I bagni spesso sono al limite della decenza come la capienza tavoli di solito è inadeguata.

Staff perfetto, così come cibo e pulizia. Il problema é che un singolo McDonald's, neanche troppo grande, per tutto Como é ovviamente troppo poco.

Un MC come tutti gli altri, inferiore di molto però per i pochi posti a sedere. Sconsiglio caldamente di prendere il cibo giù e salire nella speranza di trovare posto su, perché potreste aspettare anche un quarto d'ora col vassoio in mano prima di potervi sedere.

I went here during my new year vacation, the place is dirty, even the staff made mistakes when he gave me return of money, i think it was because there are a lot of customers and it’s understandable. They really have to improve about the cleanliness of this place. The location is perfect, city center, very easy to find!

The staff here need training in customer service. Not a smile among them. Self serve machines were not working so I went to the main desk to place an order - a staff member at the Mccafe bit ignored me then shouted at another customer who went to get a bottle of water out the fridge, he probably assumed it was self service due to lack of service. The lady then served someone who walked in straight to the Mccafe bit after I'd been waiting a while. I can't be bothered to type any more about the experience, but the food was nice enough in the end.

Grabbed a portion of panzerottis. Was surprisingly tasty, although smaller than what I was expecting. Cheesy and tomatoey. Decent little snack.

Ordinato da asporto sull’app. 1. Come al solito (nonostante l’avessi specificato sull’app) mi danno il vassoio invece che il sacchetto. Lo faccio notare, un po scettici, mi mettono le cose nel sacchetto. 2. Noto la sprite piccola invece che grande (menu large), lo faccio notare e me la cambiano. 3. Una volta arrivata a casa noto che una patatina è piccola invece che grande e manca un panino. Capisco sia sabato sera e abbastanza pieno, ma sbagliare tutte queste cose è troppo

Really bad Mac. We arrived at about 9 am, when they actually start serving something besides the MacCafee’s things. We managed to make the order, and we waited for about 15 minutes lol for 3 Big Mac burgers. They didnt put the coffee, oil and fork for the salad. We ordered take-out food, but got it served for inside. Also I think they serve burgers and stuff before 9, but you can barely get any info in English.

Atteggiamento scortese In data 05/07/2025 alle ore 20.30 ho deciso di ordinare un caffè nel ristorante (non d’asporto). La barista aveva deciso di servirmelo in un bicchiere di carta, invece che in una tazzina. Le ho chiesto in modo gentile e amichevole di rifarlo, ma in una tazzina. La signorina si era innervosita e in modo molto dimostrativo ha buttato il caffè facendomi capire che la mia richiesta è inappropriata, ma l’ha rifatto… Il caffè è ottimo, ma l’atteggiamento poco professionale, non è bello pagare per gli errori degli altri con il proprio umore.

Rispetto ad altri McDonald’s ho trovato alcune cose da migliorare: il servizio ai tavoli non è funzionante, scomoda la scalinata senza un ascensore per i disabili (almeno io non l’ho vista) e i bagni sono veramente sporchi. Sconsigliato negli orari di grossa affluenza

Condivido le recensione delle altre persone. Bagni sporchi,ambienti sporchi ma grandi, cibo buono ma il vero difetto è IL PERSONALE scortesi e zero voglia di assistere i clienti. Eravamo un oratorio abbastanza grande e hanno detto che stavamo facendo casino e ci hanno cacciati,ma se per loro parlare è casino allora... La pulizia è PESSIMA dai bagni al locale Sicuramente non vale la pena mangiarci Trovate un altro posto.

Sono rimasto deluso dal servizio. Ho chiesto a Liene, la responsabile, di ricaricarmi il thermos con acqua, ma mi ha fatto pagare un tè e non ha ricaricato tutto l’acqua. Mi aspettavo più attenzione alle richieste dei clienti e una maggiore correttezza. Non lo consiglio.

esperienza PESSIMA! il rinnovo del locale è stato solo PEGGIORATIVO. prima il piano terra era molto ampio, dopo il restauro è diventato minuscolo e con tutta la gente presente è praticamente impossibile muoversi. Il bagno per gli uomini è SOLO UNO! e potete vedere in miniatura la replica del Lago di Como (di urina, detto finemente).

un vero disastro. Il personale è così antipatico che sembra voglia scappare via, le patatine arrivano gelate e senza neanche un briciolo di sapore, il formaggio è più attaccato alla box che dentro al panino, carne dentro al panino sembra la carne avanzata del giorno prima. Un servizio da dimenticare e un conto da buttare. Non sprecate tempo né soldi, cercate qualcosa di decente altrove.

Peggior Mc Donald's in cui sia mai stato: in una città presa d'assalto dall'overtourism non si può avere un locale così piccolo e soprattutto con così poco personale. Ho dovuto attendere 35 minuti per avere il mio ordine e per giunta mi hanno servito dopo rispetto a molte altre persone che avevano ordinato dopo di me.

Patatine senza sale, visto cibo toccato con le mani dalla sicurezza,per riaggiustarlo sul vassoio. Luogo poco pulito. Troppi maranza e egiziani, e gente che staziona senza mangiare.

Tutti lavorano senza guanti e si grattano anche il naso e toccano le patatine con le mani uno si tocca il naso e dopo i panini se vedete fare queste cose perfavore avvisate le altre persone o commentate grazie . Che disgustoso !!!

Esperienza pessima, punto vendita mc peggiore mai provato. Su 5 ordini patatine insipide, fredde e molle, non è stato possibile scegliere se fare asporto o meno e nemmeno un tovagliolo. MA SOPRATTUTTO un ordine era aveva un panino gluten free, il quale è arrivato congelato, è stato riportato indietro con la richiesta di scaldarlo, è tornato di nuovo freddo, alla terza volta è arrivato rovente e scomposto.

A noisey, dirty hell hole that disturbs everything around it. Other customers crowding the streets and entrances. Staff don't care. People shouting and making a mess until 2am. No idea why there is even a MaDonalds in Como. Or why people go.

Manager not willing to hear out our inconvenience! It’s just money in their heads! We ordered food for 3, we pay but no receipt came out of the ordering booth! Card was not charged, so we considered the order has not been processed! We order from app, took the food and eat! Once we finished, we observed that money were payed from account for first order too! We went to staff to explain, but they say they can not do anything, because they already waste the food to garbage! We left with 28 euro spent on Mc Donald’s process failures, and no competent people to speak to! Disappointed about the treatment from the stuff from this branch! Food was the same delicios Mc!

I was in many macdonalds and I love them,but this one was horrible. Never in my life we saw people who prepare the food so slowly. We were waiting very long and it was not many people ordering. Dry meat, they didn’t prepare it properly. In other macdonalds it’s super much better. This one doesn’t pass the vibe check at all, we were so excited to eat our dream meal but it just wasn’t it. I wanted to cry😭😭😭

Terrible level of service. Waiting time of more than 20 minutes with a half empty room. The staff is more interested in gossip than in customer service. Corporate rules are also not enforced. The fryes that I received stood for at least half an hour on the shelf, after which they were moved to another box and given to me cold. Also only one bathroom for men, that requires a code that no one gives you.

The service is the worst of any McDonald's. I asked for a muffin and the lady disappeared for 10 minutes to look for it in the back. Then she told me they were out of muffins and with a very annoyed tone she told me I could get something else after I asked. A customer asked for the bathroom code and she muttered it without ever turning around, making it impossible to understand. The place is nice but the workers look dead inside.

cold burgers, looks undone and very dirty since i came in and no one came to clean the tables. weird tasting fries and just horrible. would not recommend and only good thing is the cafe which looks good. Also no parking nearby. Families food was okay, but mine looked uncooked. however the mcflurrys were amazing, if you bother coming here i recommend the pistachio, snickers or oreo mcflurrys
