If you're traveling by car from the north to the south of the peninsula, this hotel is an excellent place to stop and rest. It's located just 20 km from the Civitanova Marche highway exit, has onsite parking, and offers 24-hour check-in and checkout at 12:00 PM. The rooms are large, cool, and quiet. The hotel staff deserves 5 stars for their kindness and helpfulness. A good buffet breakfast is also included in the price. Recommended.

Old hotel bit still welcoming. I didn't like the breakfast but i like so much the dinner. The rooms are clean but the moquette is a bit dirty. Anyway the staff is really nice and the hotel offers free WiFi. The costo is certo low. I'd like it.

Very good for meetings and business accommodation. Its a budget friendly Hotel to stay not far away from touristic places. For a family trip probably not the best choice. No public transportation nearby.

Onestamente da un Hotel a 4 stelle mi sarei atteso qualcosa di più. La struttura denota i suoi anni, come pure le stanze. Sul pavimento si trova la moquette che per un allergico non è il ma massimo. Il prezzo è sicuramente interessante.

Hotel a 4 stelle? In passato senza dubbio...ora non penso Camera singola che puzza di fumo, arredamento vecchiotto e con un gran senso di trasandato. Bagno con doccia scrostata e minuscola. I muri della stanza sporchi. Moquette che non brilla di manutenzione (sono purtroppo molto allergico). Letto fortunatamente comodo...almeno quello... Lo staff ASSOLUTAMENTE CORTESE E DISPONIBILE. COLAZIONE SEMPLICE NELLA SCELTA MA RICCA

Mi dispiace ma l'hotel non sembra un 4 stelle. Si potrebbe fare molto di più,prestando maggiore attenzione sia all'esterno che all'interno. Nella mia stanza il frigo bar era pieno di muffa e aveva qualche problema di infiltrazione. Tutto sommato ho dormito bene e la colazione è abbondante. Il personale è gentile.

L'albergo non è assolutamente un 4 stelle. I prezzi sono contenuti ma anche come 3 stelle necessiterebbe una profonda ristrutturazione, almeno delle stanze. Proprietario e personale affabili e gentili. Struttura grande e adatta a comitive.

Per l'hotel do appena tre stelle, mocquet per terra che si usava una volta, antigienica, e ho notato che in alcuni punti è sporca e consumata, come pure i bagni vecchi e poco funzionali , colpa del bidet che si apre e si chiude con delle manopole dell'800 e poi se non stai attento quando apri il flusso è sottile e talmente veloce che ti bagni e l'acqua esce di fuori. In camera il frigo spento e non c'è nemmeno una bottiglietta di acqua. Che dire è un 4 stelle ma non lo dimostra proprio. Il personale merita 5 stelle per tutto educazione e cortesia e gentilezza al top.

Ottimo spazio Congressi e eccellente Hall con ampia Sala da pranzo adatta per i banchetti. Buone le camere ed impeccabile il servizio. Mal curati invece gli esterni e assurde le vie di accesso, raggiungibili con difficoltà anche con il GPS.

Albergo un po' datato al quale servirebbe un piccolo restyling soprattutto nelle camere che sono comunque accoglienti. Ottimo per motivi professionali perché comodo e vicino alle vie di comunicazioni. La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata nell'offerta.

5-star food. There's absolutely no arguing about that. The only flaw is the rooms, which are unfortunately a bit shabby and worn, but otherwise, the hotel and restaurant are really good. There are three rooms where you can hold meetings, the bathrooms are clean, and there's an elevator. It's close to the corridor, so it's well connected to the shopping center.

The building is clearly showing its age, with a few loose plugs and a few cracks in the walls. You have to be careful with the towels provided by the hotel in the bathroom, as well as the pillows; some might not have been washed properly and might have stains. On the other hand, there is a telephone, an elevator, and the buffet is very large and offers a wide selection, as is the food, which is very good. Furthermore, the lobby is well-organized, with a bar, restaurant, TV room, reception, and meeting room, all clearly marked. Finally, the bathroom is quite large, especially in the triple rooms. The staff is very kind, friendly, and helpful.

Per fortuna ci ho dormito una sola notte. Le camere sono molto vintage, almeno la mia non aveva le tende e la tappezzeria ai lati del letto non c era. Volevo prendere un cuscino in più, ma era messo nell armadio senza il sacchetto di plastica e poggiato su una coperta di lana. Anche se nin era molto affollato sentivo parlare e le tv della altre stanze.Colazione discreta. Posizione buona.

The hotel looks dated and hasn't been updated, except for the elevator. Rooms have carpeting that's showing its age and dirty walls. The toilet is 25 cm away from the shower stall, so it's easy to touch with your knees. The heating isn't working, but the front desk isn't available, so I have no idea if that could be a fixable issue. So, I'll just point out the lack of customer service; it should be a 4-star hotel (the reception opening hours weren't shown). The waiters were smiling and friendly (the only real positive note), but the food was of average to poor quality; breakfast wasn't very varied, but it was sufficient.

L hotel è in pessimo stato. Muffa nella doccia sanitari sporchi moquette con macchie di ogni genere. Non c'è il wifi ed il frigorifero non funziona, ho sentito altri colleghi che hanno soggiornato insieme a me e il problema é presente in tutte le camere. Non so con quale criterio abbiano assegnato 4 stelle a quello che io ritengo sia massimo un 2 stelle e di bassa categoria

An old hotel from the 1970s that has never been updated. The room has dirty carpeting and peeling wallpaper. The bathroom has old, poorly functioning faucets, a shower over the tub, and not even a curtain. In August, the room didn't even have a refrigerator. The breakfast was poor, terrible. In short, I don't know who gave it 4 stars; I'd give it 2 stars at most.

This 1960s building has never been renovated, and it shows. The rooms are not clean, the bathroom has rusty and faulty fixtures, and the walls and carpet are stained. This hotel is rated a maximum of 2 stars, not 4. The only positive aspect is the kindness of the reception staff. Not recommended.
