Built like they were engineered by breakfast scientists who said, “What if happiness was edible?” 🍳 2. It’s Dinner and a Show You’re not just eating — you’re watching short-order magic happen at lightning speed. Plates flying. Hashbrowns scattered, smothered, covered, chunked, diced, peppered, capped, topped… It’s basically breakfast theater. 🌙 3. It’s Always Open 3 a.m.? Open. Holiday? Open. Tornado warning? Probably still open. If society collapses, we’re meeting at Waffle House. 🥓 4. No Judgment Zone Work boots? Pajamas? Prom dress at midnight? Construction dust still in your hair? (Like myself) Nobody cares. Sit down. Eat. ☕ 5. Coffee That Solves Problems Is it gourmet? No. Will it wake the dead and fix your life choices? Possibly. ❤️ 6. It Feels Like America It’s loud. It’s simple. It’s honest. It’s the place where truckers, grandmas, night-shift workers, and slightly unhinged 2 a.m. philosophers all share counter space. You don’t go to Waffle House for fine dining. You go because it’s 2 a.m., your life choices are questionable, and you need hashbrowns that understand you.

Probably the nicest Waffle House I’ve ever been in. No roaches in the bathroom, so you don’t get the authentic Waffle House experience though - slight bummer; but some would appreciate
I stop by Saturday 1/17/26 around 8 am it was busy me my husband had sat at the bar. Krenna was our waitress she was great very attend. Friendly out go. The place was very clean. í
I would be some much better if the building it's self Head more architectural appeal to it. All in all wonderful food always fresh no microwavable food. Also a great place for couples. After lunch
Before we headed out to meet family out of Corsicana,for neice's bat mitzvah, we decided to stop at the Waffle House for breakfast. As all Waffle House, they are quite small, but this particular Waffle House was, neat in appearance, clean, well maintained and organized. The atmosphere is very quiet easy to talk and staff busily cooking up orders like a well oiled machine. We seated our selves, and Ms. Kreena, was our waitress. She was very polite, kind smile, welcoming and very efficient. She served us water and took our orders. I ordered the two eggs breakfast, with grits, toast and 2 chicken sausage patties. The are cooked to order, the grits came out hot creamy and delicious the toast was done to my liking and buttery and the sausage were very tasty. My brother had the Delmonico breakfast with, grits, two eggs, sunny side up, and toast and really tasty, his wife had the two eggs breakfast with two over medium eggs, waffle and diet Coke. All food was tasty. I don't know when or if I will be back again cause I live out of town. Come and visit these kind folks.

Great breakfast and it was on special for $12! Excellent and super fast service. Food was delicious. I had the pecan waffles, ham, scrambled eggs, and raisin toast. Food was out in under 5 minutes! Highly recommend!
The place was extremely clean, the food was excellent, the service was terrific. Drove an hour just for this Waffle House and I do not regret it. 10/10 will be doing it again. Charrli was amazing!!

Great food and even greater service. The space is welcoming and the servers are friendly. There is a certain atmosphere to the place where you can tell the servers do enjoy talking with each other. Our server, Trey, was awesome and I was surprised that our food was hot and ready within maybe 5 minutes of ordering. I would love to visit again.
Had a date here just the other night. I was able to have a great time with our waitresses, and the atmosphere was wonderful, thank yall !! Had another date here tonight since we had a great time the 1st time, was even able to dance in the parking lot! If only there had been slow dancing music!!!! Thank you !
Always love us some Waffle House! Packed house and served so quickly we were shocked. Food was perfectly cooked! Great staff at this Waffle House, we always stop here on the way from Dallas to Houston.
Everyone working that day were great! We went at lunch, had the steak patty melt, from awesome! Food was good, a little greasy, but that's expected for that home cooked meal! Wish the place was bigger, but definitely going back!
Just checked out the waffle house in Corsican, the service was great and the food was good. The waitress Janie, was super nice and quick with greeting us and asking what we wanted to drink. I ordered my food..(Allstar) breakfast and it only took about 4 to 5 minutes to get my food. When the coffee was getting low in my cup. Janie was right there to fill it up. Definitely would recommend this particular waffle house in Corsicana TX. The cooks were on point and didn't take long for our fresh and hot meal to be served. Oh, and the pecan waffle was loaded with pecans. They didnt hold back on adding a lot of pecans.God bless

Food was really good when we went safe was kind and patient with us ive never really eaten waffle house so i didnt know what to get
Food was pretty good except I ordered my bacon crispy and got burnt probably because the cook had her phone in one hand. Service was not so good, only one server was Not cranky and we didn't get her. Never got my drink refilled, I asked twice. Atmosphere was tense, employees acted like they didn't want to be there. BUT Again the food was good. Oh AND this was the cleanest one I've ever been in, even the vents!!!!
Food was good, service is crappy! Got the American and food was good except my bacon; tasted like stale grease, apple juice was bad, tried telling the waitress and she ignored me and still charged me for a drink I never drank or could, guest didn’t want to share syrup and waitresses took forever getting me another syrup I could use. Not enough places to sit either
Susan is a great server but the cooks not so much. Do not ask for anything well done unless you like burnt.
Service was good. Food was trash especially the eggs. Who messes up a fried eye. Floor was so dirty. I drive 1 hr to to here and was disappointed
The waitress needs some customer service training. Never came back for coffee refills, I asked another waitress, who was very helpful. Was overcharged for takeout, when we ate in.
Have to say this was my first ever visit the famous Waffle House. I mean this place was packed and it was happening. It had a non stop flow of customers. The reason for my 2 star was the over all personal experience. It didn't have any personality to the place. Nothing special to it just straight forward industrialized dinner feel to me. The menu and food match the environment nothing fancy. The service was fine the food was cooked. With tip we got out $28.27. It was ok for a full belly Father's Day breakfast.
I think the lady name was Ashlee, she was rude and disrespectful. Definitely won’t be returning
Juke box was extremely loud. Blasting all over the diner. Very jarring. You couldn't even hear yourself think... Never experienced that before. Couldn't turn it down because the office was locked and the manager had left. Nothing about it made sense
