I didn't realize there was a Subway there til recently...handily close to my house and plenty of parking. Went there right before closing and the two young ladies were fabulous and accommodating of my last minute 3 footling sub order. The sandwiches were made perfectly no mistakes AND when it turned out my coupon was expired they helped me find another non expired one. A+ customer service. Thank you Subway and thank you to the two employees working that evening!

We decided to stop at this Subway for our regular sandwiches, and while the staff seems to be still learning the fine details of making Subway sandwiches, they did get them done pretty much correctly even though ours (both footlongs) were not cut in half (this is why I deducted a star); Subways elsewhere usually do that. But they are VERY courteous, friendly, and hardworking; they are trying to please their customers, and I believe with some practice they'll get things exactly right. The location itself was very clean and modern, would not hesitate to eat at this location. Would definitely get sandwiches from this location again!

They'd have earned a 5th star if they hadn't been out of white bread. Staff was awesome tho. Food was great. Service fast. What more can ya ask for than that really?

I always thought Subway was the same all the time not true. We picked up Subway elsewhere to go to the game and I think they used old food because we both got sick!! This Subway is clean with helpful employees and the food is always delicious.

Don’t use curbside pickup here, they’ve failed to bring out my food twice now and I had to go inside to pick it up. If you’re ordering ahead, do in-store pickup or your warm food will go cold while you wait. Sandwiches are good though!

The soda machine hasn't been fixed in over 4 months... They run out of everything from steak to sauces. It's so bad they didn't even have change for a guy who wanted to pay with a 20 dollar bill. Then instead of going to a bank they just sat there like they didn't want to fix the simple problem. I couldn't even imagine how lazy the owner of the store is good god.....

Service here is meh, the half a dozen times I've been here they were out of something, i.e. bread, chips, black olives, how??? Today, the provolone cheese that I had wanted to order was dried out and hard as was the swiss. And the QR code reader doesn't work with no plans for repair so you can't use the Subway app to pay or get points. The second star is because the place appears clean. I wrote a review this time to remind me not to ever go here again. Save yourself from being annoyed. If you are in Cotati and want a Subway sandwich, go to the one on E. Cotati by Starbucks and Oliver's. Edit 4/13/2022 The Subway by Oliver's is no longer there :(

Store was out of meats, lettuce was withered and looked unappealing. Did not have baked chips and half the soda was out of order. Used diet coke and the dispenser would not shut off right away so you would either overfill cup or get soda down the side of it pulling it out. Would not go back to this location since there is better subway on commerce only a few minutes away.

Very slow. I was first in line, ordered my sandwich, then the guy starts the next 2 sandwiches while mine is toasting. Gets mine out and goes back to finish the other 2. There were Spanish language issues, so my lunch sat there for 12 minutes until he got finished. THEN the cashier takes my money while mine is still sitting unwrapped. So another 5 minutes goes by when he wraps it terribly, stuffs it in a bag, with no napkins and pushed to me. No, thank sorry for the relay...Nothing. Terrible service, but good if no longer warm sandwich

I ordered two sandwiches one b.m.t and one spicy Italian online. After getting home I realize they gave me two meatball subs with the lettuce, pickle, ect. I asked for. I don’t know how someone messes up this badly, but do not go here!!!

For some reason, we were given 2 sandwiches which were toasted without us asking it to be, and the only thing on it was the cheese and only one type of meat... we got normal sandwiches with multiple types of meat and veggies. Not sure how you mess up an order like that. It was an online order so we didn't see him making it.

Horrible location. I've gone in twice in the past week during my break to try and get a sandwich made. Both times the employee is hiding in the back blasting music and will not respond to customers who walk in. If you don't want to work then why do you have a job kiddo?

Something seems to be off with this location. We placed an order nearly an hour prior and the person working there hadn’t started working on the order. When we asked them why the order wasn’t ready they ignored us and went on about what they were doing. I tried to cancel the order, which required calling the business. The number of on the subway website is out of service. Something seems to be off about the business.

Ordered online for pickup. Though it said it was ready, they had t even started to make it. Many of the items in the sandwich were missing. Skip this subway

Not only did they put tomatoes on my daughters sandwich they forgot the sliced avocado $$$ and jalapeños on my salad. I ordered on the app and didn't know until we got home. Never ordering from there again.

I went in 4 nights ago for a sandwich, same as I always get whenever I go to any Subway. The kid behind counter spoke absolutely NO English, didn't know how to make the sandwich (a spicy Italian) and I had to correct him on number of slices of each meat. Instead of honey mustard, I discovered when I got home, it was a Chipotle sauce. I have tried going back in and calling both the number online and the number on receipt to no avail. I've never been so disappointed.

I have been here twice, and that is more than enough. On both occasions, I struggled to communicate with the single person working due to a language barrier. Multiple items were not available (spinach, tomatoes, avocado, oregano) and due to the communication challenges and with the exception of spinach and tomato, I am not sure if the issue was that they did not have the item or if we just could not communicate well enough to properly select it. The bread was almost certainly not made today and they did not cut the sandwich on either visit. It seemed like the the employees had not been trained as they were not able to recognize the ingredients being asked for and did not do the normal subway procedures (like cutting the sandwich). Further, the card reader would not accept my gift card and the price between visits (during the same week) was different by $1 for the same sandwich. It is Subway- for better or worse, you know what you are getting. That said, this one doesn't seem like the owner cares and that makes me worried about other issues like food safety. I won't be going back, and with two other Subways nearby, I recommend you just go to those instead.

One side of the front doors had a table in front of it, blocking use, and looking in, there were no lights over the dining area, just over the prep counter. I thought they were closed. Probably should have gone with my gut feeling and left. The customers ahead of me came in to pick up an online order, and were chewed out by the workers because the workers didn’t notice the order come in. The worker making my sandwich wore gloves -kudos! Of course, he kept those gloves on while scrolling on his phone before finally asking me again what kind of bread I wanted. (Because he took so long on his phone after asking me the first time….) Wondering if he touched his phone the last time he was in the bathroom, but I really don’t want to think about that. So those gloves were on his phone, in his pocket, on my bread…. They were out of many basic ingredients - cheese, dressing, vegetables - and the ones the did have were of dubious quality. (Interesting variety, those white tomatoes…) At checkout, my gift card was run as a credit card so many times they told me it must be empty and that I just needed to pay with an alternate form of payment, instead of the cashier using the correct button on the register. Not saying the customer is always right, but, do better, Subway. This isn’t the first problem visit to this location, but it will be the last.

Service was absolutely horrible. Girl didn’t even cut the sandwich in half. Didn’t get the order right as I told her exactly what to put and she didn’t listen to me and put what she wanted to. My meatball sub is like a soup. My girlfriends sandwich has so much mustard there’s more mustard than anything else. If I could give a zero star I would. Don’t go here!!!

This subway is missing way to many ingredients for there sandwiches and what was there was old, I understand supply chain issues but go buy a case of tomato’s and other veggies at least! They are still available at every grocery store in town . I ended up walking out
