Siamo stati domenica pomeriggio il questo caffè. All'apparenza retò abbiamo poi constatato che non è solo l'apparenza. Chiediamo la lista, ma non l'hanno,allora un caffè particolare ,pensavamo agli oramai famosi golosini , pistacchini ecc ecc ed invece niente, solo caffè al massimo con panna!!va bene quello!la cosa assurda è che mentre stavo bevendo mi sono stati portati via piattini cucchiaini ecc. Insomma hanno sparecchiati e mi è rimasta in mano la tazzina!!Quando mi sono alzata la ragazza era già pronta con uno strofinaccio per pulire il tavolo, ma noi eravamo ancora lì ad indossare i giacconi!capisco che la domenica pomeriggio sia un momento intenso, ma così proprio no!sconsigliatissimo!!!!

We sit down alone, and the waiter reminds us that the bar will close in half an hour, so hurry up 😵‍💫The website says it's open all day, but we ignore it. I go to the restroom: everything is dirty, old, and poorly maintained. The bathroom door doesn't close. The herbal teas, just one per person, with no choice, are delicious. I don't recommend it; there are definitely better places, especially in terms of hospitality and service.

Ho preso due caffè al tavolo per un totale di 4 euro che evidentemente hanno un prezzo diverso dal banco come evidenziato nello scontrino. Vengono serviti con bicchierino d'acqua e biscotto monoporzione. Purtroppo sui tavolini esterni non era presente il listino prezzi, io sbagliando non lo ho chiesto e non sono entrato nel locale quindi non so se i prezzi sono esposti al pubblico. Ma il problema più grosso è che alle ore 16 non è possibile ordinare un semplice toast, perché la cucina è aperta dalle 18 per gli aperitivi e non prima, con grande delusione di mio figlio e scelta commerciale infelice. È inconcepibile essere in difficoltà sulle preparazioni basilari di un bar.

Sono stato per un aperitivo con mia famiglia e due persone facoltose. Location carina e ottima posizione. Qualità e quantità degli stuzzichini proposti scadenti. Cortesia e professionalità del personale pessima, in particolare la ragazza che serve è molto scortese. Ritirano tutto dal tavolo senza chiedere ( bicchieri compresi) in più portano il conto senza che uno chieda, praticamente appena finisce un giro ti fanno capire che te ne deve andare via. Prezzi da bar caffè con un minimo di pretese mentre il servizio a tavola da paragonare al ristorante sotto tendone dalle sagre di paese.

4,5 euro per una cioccolata con panna e altrettanto per una mini crostatina palesemente non fatta da loro. E hanno anche il coraggio di farti pagare il coperto… Abbiamo speso 25 euro in 4 per 4 cioccolate (delle quali solo 2 con panna), una crostatina e una brioche. Capisco gli aumenti, ma non è neanche corretto gravare così sul cliente, perché si arriverà ad ottenere l’effetto opposto. Peccato

Anche se sono sempre solito distaccare cose positive quando faccio una review, in questo caso mi risulta realmente complicato fare un giudizio positivo. Ho viaggiato per molte regioni del nord e sud d'Italia e questo "caffè" si aggiudicata il trofeo per la cattiva educazione, la mancanza di professionalità del personale e la truffa nei prezzi. Il suo repertorio di cattive abitudini fu infinito: - non dispongono di un menù dei prezzi. Si scusano per questo con la motivazione del covid, e allo stesso tempo, i tavoli sono così vicini che sono stata a punto di abbracciarmi senza volere con un'altra persona del tavolo vicino. - L'unico cartello che hanno dei prezzi si incontra completamente tappato (questione che già anticipava il tentativo di truffa che sarebbe accaduto). - E da come potreste immaginarvi i prezzi che ci diedero non coincidevano con quelli che ci hanno fatto pagare. - Al chiedere alla "responsabile" di questo pagamento non corretto, di molto mal modo (come una completa maleducata) ha risposto che non stavano bene i prezzi e che dovevano cambiarli. Io le ho detto che almeno poteva mantenersi educata e chiedere scusa, cosa che è stata una totale perdita di tempo visto che non si può mantenere ciò che non si ha. Riassumendo, un posto specialmente pensato per truffare turisti e visitanti e a chi voglio pensare che nessun italiano della zona va. Assolutamente dei maleducati e zoticoni. Dei pochi bar d'Italia a che non tornerei neanche se mi offrissero un caffè.

Prezzi ingiustificatamente alti rispetto alla qualità e al gusto dei prodotti dolci (brioches, crostatine e piccola pasticceria) proposti. Servizio impreciso e sbrigativo. Come già rilevato da altri utenti, poca trasparenza nei prezzi tra servizio al banco e servizio al tavolo.

Initially, everything was going well; the croissant and coffee were good, and the atmosphere seemed calm. Things started to get worse when, in an effort to clear the table as quickly as possible, they started staring at us insistently, checking to see if we still had anything in our cups, frantically clearing things away, and we'd been sitting there for about ten minutes. The real problem came when it was time to pay: a very surly lady at the cash register started treating us rudely because we told her we didn't know they didn't keep separate bills. This information should be shared at the beginning, not at the end when I go to pay after consuming. My friends, mostly Turkish, and I were pressured to pay quickly because there were other people there, complete with unprofessional jokes. In a know-it-all tone, the lady even made fun of the fact that the people I was with didn't understand Italian and were having serious difficulty understanding what was going on. I don't think working with the public is the best idea for such a bitter person. It's a shame because the place is very nice, but friendly staff is better than a good croissant.

Terrible, we went in for a quick coffee at the counter, on New Year's Day while out walking with the baby. The waitress, the only polite one, immediately asked us if we wanted to sit down. Hearing that they just wanted a coffee at the counter, she pointed us to the cashier, saying we'd have to pay right away. No problem, we paid (the cashier rudely informed us she didn't have change), and we went to the counter. My wife ordered a macchiato, I ordered a regular one. Simple, right? Not even joking: the barista made a mistake and brought two regular ones, and got annoyed when my wife asked for a macchiato. If the place had been full, I could have understood the reason for such carelessness. It seemed unreal, as if they didn't want us in the bar. The barista called the waitress and said something to her in a low voice. Following her with my gaze, I understood everything: the waitress had posted a sign outside that read: no strollers allowed. Disgusted, we left immediately. Congratulations, really, customers are clearly not the priority here.

Rude staff and owner. This Sunday morning, my husband and I went to this bar for breakfast. The owner sat us on uncomfortable chairs when the place was almost empty and more comfortable seats were available. The service was rushed and insistent.

The waiter who didn’t speak any English said there was no menu. I know some words so we tried to communicate but I don’t REALLY speak Italian, so I didn’t understand why was that. We tried to order either a carafe or a bottle of wine. He didn’t ask me what kind I wanted (I had to scream when he left that I wanted white) and I didn’t know the price. I thought he would open it in front of us so that we can consult that but he just put the open bottle on the table and left. I asked how much was the bottle and he said it varied, maybe €30. We were not happy about the price but couldn’t do much about it at that point. I said we could eat something and he started reading the positions from his paper where he had the dishes written down instead of putting it on our table (it would be easier to understand each other). We said we wanted salads. He didn’t say what they looked like. I thought it would be a small insalata mista but when he brought it was everything. Sausage, tuna, corn, mozzarella, tomato, egg…. And it was sad because I don’t eat meat so I had to send it away:( ps why would u put a boiled sausage in a salad? I don’t know what happened there. One of the worst services I experienced. I understand there was a language barrier but he didn’t make an effort to improve the situation. After all the bottle was 18 euro. I don’t understand why he didn’t say that he didn’t know the price and he would check inside instead of throwing a number in the air. Next time, print menus. We would not have any of these problems if they were there.

A classic downtown place where customer opinions don't matter, so they can afford to be rude and overpriced. Rudeness from the "brilliant" waitresses who "for once is taking my order" (her words) to the owner, who's also so delicious you wouldn't believe it!!! In Crema, there are 100 more places where they at least smile after charging you a hefty price. Now I'll show you what I ate: a lovely, CHARRED mini brioche, and my partner's was no exception... I've attached photos of both... with two hot chocolates and a juice for €22... if you go, let me know what it was like 🤣
