Great food! It just opened, so first impression has been good. Let's see how the next 6 mo. go. I hope that the staff stays at this level and shows the other surrounding fast food restaurants how it's done.
I was worried that since they just opened the service/quality still needed work but my bowl tasted good! Really glad they have a chipotlane. I did have a wait for a while in line because my order wasn’t ready at the promised time, but it was okay.
Recently did a Chipotlane pickup and it was great! I met Andie at the window, she provided excellent customer service, and my burrito was generously stuffed. I’ll definitely be returning to this location!
I was just in and watched a customer be ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE to one of the workers. The worker handled it so well. Even after the exchange, the worker still gave the customer what they wanted and he still wasn’t happy. He then continued to berate the staff as he was leaving. I appreciate the level of professionalism it took for the worker to not engage, or rebuttal. No employee deserves to be bullied into doing something & I honestly wouldn’t allow that client back into my business ever again after the way he treated the workers here. Utter disrespect.
Chipotle is TOP TIER in terms of freshness and flavor! Love it! It would be 5 stars at other location I’ve been to. This specific location loses 2 stars because the service is incredibly slow. The whole staff just looks at you as you are waiting even if you’re the only one in line. Then, when you do get helped, it doesn’t matter how much you say please, thank you, smile… none of them are friendly back. I’ve been to this location 4 times since it’s been open because it is closest to my house and Chipotle is a staple for my family. This has been my experience every time. The employees aren’t rude, they are just extremely slow, don’t look at you, don’t speak to you kindly… it’s just an awkward transaction. They seem like they are just there to collect a paycheck but don’t really want to be there. We will still keep going to this location because again, the food is good and I can be patient with their slow pace.. but just thought I’d leave this honest review of this specific location.
Staff is very rude and look like they hate their job! They serve you a little food and you have to tell him to put a little more. I don’t care if they charge more but for the price we should be getting more food. That’s why I switched to Qdoba.
I know why the parking lot is empty. I'm the only one there and y'all still get it wrong. Says "Burrito" on that bowl's sticker. Words are hard. It's what I get for not checking. And double meat is a joke. Chintzy Chipotle. Two stars because the chips weren't stale this time. Do better.
We normally enjoy Chipotle, but my recent visit to this location was very disappointing. The cashier, Courtney, was extremely unprofessional. She made faces while customers were speaking to her, and when we asked simple questions, her responses came across as dismissive and rude. This type of attitude makes guests feel unwelcome and reflects poorly on the brand. In addition, the chips we were served were stale and did not taste fresh, which further affected the experience. My husband went back and ask for fresh chips which they gave us another ones stale as the first... I truly believe this location needs to focus on retraining staff in customer service and ensuring food quality meets the standards that Chipotle is known for. If staff like Courtney continue to represent the front line, it damages the restaurant’s reputation. Very disappointing that such a great company has bad reviews because of staff like her.
Went here for a bowl during my lunch. Everything was normal according to chipotle standards, but one employee with a neck tattoo cussed at my friend who I got lunch with. He asked for double rice and she said “I’ll put whatever shit I want on this”. Don’t know why she was so aggressive but everyone else there was great. I hope this gets taken care of before my next visit.
I ordered a Carne Asada bowl but was given chicken instead—without tomato salsa, fajitas, or lettuce. On top of that, the service was frustrating. I stood at the door while the lady packed six orders before even acknowledging me. I was excited for the food, but by the time I got it, I was just disappointed. The attitude came off rude, and the order was completely wrong.
As a regular at this Chipotle, I am absolutely stunned by how poorly my visit went today. To start, when I pulled into the parking lot there was a group of kids riding a dirt bike right in front of the restaurant. That was only the beginning. We walk in and the young woman behind the register was practically shouting across the restaurant to one of the kids in that same group. It was obvious she knew them, it felt like I had walked into a social gathering, not a place of business. I’ve worked in customer service, so I know how important it is to maintain professionalism, and this was not it. Then came the food. The beans and queso were so dried out, it was disgusting, I’ve never seen anything like that at any other Chipotle location. Also, there were no fajita veggies available at 8 PM, even though the restaurant stays open until 11. The only person who seemed to have any sense was a young man wearing glasses. He told the cook to stop burning the beans, and then he grabbed some normal edible ones from the to go station area. But the real tipping point was when we left. The same group of kids, riding the bike, HIT MY CAR. I had to call the cops due to the damage caused. This is beyond frustrating. I should never have to deal with this kind of nonsense just to get a meal. This experience was completely unacceptable. Where is management in all of this? Employees should not be allowing their friends to cause chaos right outside the restaurant. It's not only disruptive, but disrespectful to paying customers! I will NEVER return to this location, and I would highly recommend anyone reading this to avoid it.
This location just opened up 7 mins from me. I was so happy but they need to hire people that want to work. Went about two weeks ago let’s say they are understaffed at the food line. The first little girl that served us moves extremely slow and there was only about five people in there waiting and they were getting impatient because we had bee standing there for a while. They didn’t have chips pre bagged and a menu item that was supposed to be up front was only at the pick up window. So then I went yesterday before I could even step foot in the door there was another young lady screaming what can I get you while I was at the door? I was even at the counter yet. I proceeded walking up and said a bowl extra white rice she completely ignored me then I itsaid light pinto she again deflected my response double chicken wasn’t double I said double corn she gave me one scoop. Extra sour cream she literally slapped one scoop on one side of the bowl and then I said extra lettuce she proceeds… to scoop up a handful the lettuce and drops it everywhere on the counter and missed my bowl. Slid my food with a nasty attitude rolled her eyes and kept going. When I say they are so RUDE luckily I kept my composure and proceeded to check out oh fyi both times I went no vinaigrette and they did not have utensils. I always say if you don’t like your job you don’t have to work there there is a thing called free will. Chipotle please train your workers to have good customer service and good attitudes. This so far is a disappointing experience.
We purchase chipotle weekly and this was our first time using this location as it’s close to our home. Horrible experience, everything was cold, the portions were very small and half the order was wrong, one bowl looked like they only put sour cream.
This location is consistently getting worse and worse. The quality of the food is poor, inconsistent cut sizes, random bits of items you didn’t order thrown into your meal, stale chips was. I ordered carne asada tacos and the steak looked like small bits of beef jerky it was so dry and tough. On top of that, it made me sick and throw up all night. For as expensive as this has become, there is a clear lack of quality control. As someone who used to eat at Chipotle quite frequently, this location has turned me off from it all together.
Go to another location, skip this one. Went at 9pm, but they stopped cooking at that point. They were extremely low on protein options, particularly out of chicken. How is that justifiable if they close at 11pm? Furthermore, on other occasions the portions have been off and the customer service is lacking. I truly believe they need better management.
No wonder Chipotle is struggling as a chain. This is my third visit to this location, and each time it gets worse. The food looks old, and the quality is poor. I even felt sick to my stomach a couple of times after eating here. The hygiene of the store is unacceptable, and the staff’s attitude makes the experience even worse. The girl at the register was extremely loud and rude she was shouting, asking what I wanted to drink before I could even finish my order. When I asked if they had Coca-Cola bottles, she said they were out, but a few minutes later I saw her restocking them while I was eating. The fridge was right next to her that level of laziness is unbelievable. I won’t be coming back to this location. The price doesn’t match the quality or the service at all.
I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel this experience needs to be addressed. I came in on Friday, November 7th around 2:15 PM and the manager on duty was extremely rude and dismissive. She did not listen to what I was asking for, and the service was very slow overall. I’ve never had an issue when ordering pickup, but dining in today was a completely different experience. It also became clear that this is not a kid-friendly environment, which made the visit even more uncomfortable for my family. The lack of respect and basic customer service was unacceptable. Because of this, I will not be returning. If the owner is reading this, I strongly recommend reevaluating who is representing your business as a manager. I would give zero stars if that were an option.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered lunch via app to be picked up in the chipotlane and waited for 10 minutes at the window. There were 3-4 staff members inside prepping more online orders and even walking by the window without acknowledging that I'm even sitting there waiting for my order. Mind you, my order was already ready to be picked up so I don't know why the staff acted like they couldn't see me waiting and couldn't just give me my order that's already ready and paid for! It shouldn't take me waving my arms out the window and honking my horn to finally get someone's attention to give me my food. On top of that, I get home and the portions were small, and the food was extremely cold. Do yourself a favor and save your time and money and go somewhere that appreciates your support.
Pull up at 415 on sunday. Cars blocking front row. Not sure if anything is going on but there is staff inside. But one lady was outside talking to friends. Looked at me and just shook her head no. So I left. Guess ill never come here again. I'll go to the farther location. Sad a new location has such poor reviews.
What a horrible experience. When they first opened, the service, food and cleanliness were great. Now, not so much. I waited at the counter for 10 mins before someone came out from the back. I would have left, but I had already ordered and paid online. I will not be back and I predict they’ll be closed in less than 6 months. The place is a mess and the staff are incompetent and clearly do NOT take pride in their workplace. The owner needs to clean house, literally and figuratively.
