I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying Chicken or Wings or anything, Rancid Flavor in Chicken and Wings 🤢, the guys at the counter 0 Customer Service, 0 Hygiene, 0 Quality, the place is dirty and the guys serve you reluctantly, I will not buy there again and I do not recommend it either 🤢👎

The mashed potatoes are the most disgusting thing I've ever eaten. I ate there, and they didn't even offer to heat it up. They washed some spoons for me that looked like the same ones the employees use. I don't know if they're from their homes. The salsa macha was horrible, it wasn't even spicy. The chicken was flavorless, and it was supposed to be ranch-style. The only thing that was worth it was the water, and that's because I bought ciel. If you want to eat chicken, definitely don't go there. The ones at the supermarket taste much better. Just because you sell something and have an established brand doesn't mean you know how to do things...

Terrible service. I just ordered delivery and they never contacted me to let me know they were at my address. I called to check and no one answered. When they finally did, they said they had arrived, but they never gave any indication that they were actually at my address.

Terrible phone service! I requested delivery and they argued about whether or not they could provide the service. They initially said yes, then called me back half an hour later saying they couldn't. They need to train their staff to answer phone calls properly; they couldn't even do that correctly.

Pretty bad. They keep selling smaller, undercooked chickens, and then they don't even deliver them whole. Not recommended at all.
