The manager Mayra provided excellent service, as did the waiter. We've been coming to this restaurant for many years, and it's one of the few that offers good service and quality food. However, this time, due to a change in staff, I suppose the cocktails weren't as good as they usually are. And the empanadas tasted like pork, when they're supposed to be beef.

The food seems to be microwaved, as the plate was hot and the tortilla was hard. It took them hours to bring a tiny aguachile. Hours to bring a beer. The presentation of the dishes isn't the best. And then the waitress had the nerve to ask if everything was okay with the service. We told her these things, and she said, "Oh yeah, it's a little slow." 😭😭😭 A very bad experience, and it doesn't cost two pesos.

Our experience was very disappointing. The service was extremely slow, and to make matters worse, they brought us the same dishes twice, which was confusing and annoying. We ordered ravioli, flan, and carajillos; the latter are listed on the drinks menu, even with different flavor options. However, the waiters had to go and ask and returned saying they didn't have them. We asked to speak to the manager, and when he arrived, he informed us that they did have carajillos, which demonstrated a lack of communication and knowledge on the part of the staff. I think the concept of the place is good, but for the price, the experience isn't worth it. Unfortunately, we had a bad time and left with a very negative feeling. I hope they can improve their staff training and service, because the place has potential.

The food was 2/10. My kebab had blood in it; maybe it was my fault for not asking for it cooked that way beforehand. The food took a long time to arrive, and it was very greasy. I'd been here before, but I'm totally disappointed and wouldn't be coming back. The presentation was terrible.

The waiter service was terrible, the service was incredibly slow. The coordination between the waiters was awful; I would place my order with one waiter and he would bring whatever he wanted. From the start, the drinks were served with a different type of alcohol. I usually enjoy going on weekends, but this time each dish took at least 40 minutes to arrive. I don't know if they were training the waiters because on several occasions they didn't know how to take the order and someone else would arrive. I had to repeat the dishes I needed to several waiters, and no one on staff was paying attention to whether the tables were missing anything. Some of the dishes arrived cold, and the meat was overcooked.

DISGUSTINGLY SLOW KITCHEN SERVICE. It took over an hour to serve one of my daughters. If they don't have the capacity to serve the buffet for less than 20 people, which is what there were in the entire restaurant, DON'T SELL IT. I asked to speak to the manager, but he wasn't there to address my complaint. When I asked why he wasn't coming out, they told me he was checking on some things. Honestly, if you have the opportunity to skip the meal, DON'T COME because the price seems fair to me for faster service. The waiter's service is good, but the wait time between dishes is excessive. For the price, they should be faster with each order. Additionally, they don't deliver complete dishes. The sauce, which was very bland for the price, was also terrible.

Do not come here! If you don’t eat everything off your plate they charge you 150 pesos! No I am not kidding. It says it in small writing on the bottom of the menu, but the waiter never tells you. Food was mediocre anyways.
