Absolutely amazing. Food is phenomenal and service feels like wizardry. It wasn’t too loud nor too quiet, neither too bright nor too dim. Neither too burnt nor too raw. Amazing.

I love sizzler, different kind of dishes and you can eat most of them, soups, make your own salad, chose your main dish with different options , desert and fair prices.

My parents used to bring me for special occasions and I would order the stake, the flavor has been consistently good throughout the years.

Great Service Bathrooms needs some work.

Went for mother's day early. The place was so busy, even at 3pm. Everything was clean, fresh food, and server still made fresh coffee for me. Love it!

Sizzler has been around for years and they are still a family friendly restaurant.

Got the salad bar meal. Great selection of fresh items to choose from. Very clean and tidy salad bar. Staff kept it very clean and well-stocked. Soft drinks are self served, and my Dr Pepper was the best I have tasted. Finished with ice cream sunday for dessert. Amazing meal for the price. Kudos to this Sizzler!

I haven't been to Sizzler in years. I am so happy...I will say blessed (lol), to have decided to eat there. I was not disappointed. It was just as I remembered. I had the salad bar (2 days in a row [don't judge me]) and I am looking forward to going back soon. Shout for the toast that comes with the meal...It's up there with Abel's brother's chicken restaurant.

So few of these left. Clam chowder has absolutely no clams in it. The crowd was kind of rough, but thankfully the staff mitigated that by placing that large party all the way in the back. TY!

Came here after my daughter's culmination. Our server Raul was amazing, very attentive. We always love the clam chowder. It was a bit on the thin side but still tasty. The salad mix was slightly turning brown, but the buffet line was well kept and stocked. Update: came back on the first Saturday in October, and Guy was our server. He was attentive and professional. The salad bar was well kept, and the items were fresh and tasty. Clam chowder was thicker today, still yummy.

This location has really great staff. We go there often. There is someone constantly cleaning and checking on the salad bar. If you need another plate ask the server.

The food was DELISH. My husband had the steak & lobster while I chose the salad bar. Our server, Guy, was fantastic along with everyone else we encountered that day. We will definitely be back.

Nostalgia. That's what keeps me coming here. The salad bar nostalgic atmosphere from when I was a kid. My mom was a waitress for sizzler for 20 years, back in the heyday of 2 hot bars, kids hot bar, and chocolate mousse on the salad bar. Bring back the mousse!

This place never disappoints. Whether it be the salad bar or steak and lobster. The staff here is extremely nice and keeps it clean.

We were there for a complimentary meal after being displaced by the Palisades fire. Everyone was so nice, they let us stay and relax. The food was great and the manager is THE BEST! I couldn't help but break down when I thanked him and he was so kind and understanding. It really helped.

The baked potato and salad bar were delicious. Customer service is a 10 out of 10 easily.

Have not been to a Sizzler in ages, by wanting a salad bar drove us in. Great deal for the variety of salads available, toppings of all kinds, soups, premade salads, build your own, macaroni and tuna salads, seafood salad. Also a decent taco bar and fried chicken. A little light on the deserts, but that was ok. Very kind and prompt service, will definelty go back!

UPDATE We’ve returned to this Sizzler multiple times since our initial visit and are happy to upgrade our review from a 3 to a 5. The salad bar — both hot and cold — has consistently been restocked during our visits, even during busy hours. We also appreciate the manager’s efforts to read and thoughtfully respond to customer feedback. Out of the 6 or 7 locations in the South Bay area, we consistently choose this one. It’s become our go-to Sizzler for dependable service and a well-maintained dining experience. ***** The Sizzler across from the Westfield Culver City Mall has good food, however, they don’t restock the hot salad bar items consistently. When I arrived yesterday, before noon, they only had 4 chicken wings and about 3 meatballs. No one came to restock the hot salad bar the entire time I was there (1 hour and 15 minutes). Additionally the service hasn’t been as stellar as in the past.

The service is always good at all the locations. Which is hard to find this days. David the manager was present & very welcoming. If you talk to any of the waitresses they have been working for Sizzler for over a decade & take pride in their craft. They actually check on you & are friendly. The food is consistent in any locations. Delicious, flavourful steaks cooked to your liking. If you choose the salad bar there is plenty of fresh ingredients to make a couple of salads & soup. One thing that would help if it changed is the carpet. Every location I go the carpet is old, old. I would change it to linoleum that looks like wood. ANYTHING!! would be better than this. It doesn’t take more than a day & it’s tax deductible. & it makes it look like the business is not doing well. Meanwhile EVERY Sizzler I go to is super busy. It’s just not aesthetic or appealing from someone that has been going to Sizzler for the last 27 years. I would like to go into a Sizzler & not see the carpet from 27 years ago.

I purchase the all you can eat salad bar. I was very good. They had a good selection of salads. One item that they did not have was raisins and the bell peppers and onions were cut up in chunks. They should take the time to cut them in slices instead of chunks. Other than that, it was very good!

We like Sizzler and wanted to try the steak and Malibu chicken. I called this restaurant beforehand as we would be passing through the area and asked about need for reservations, due to limited outdoor seating at this time. Unfortunately, Manuel, who answered the phone and I believe was manager, was abrupt and rude. He acted as if I was wasting his time. Didn't like his attitude, but we figured he wasn't the only one there. He took our order when we arrived, same demeanor. I know this is a hard time for restaurants, but honestly, this is a hard time for EVERYONE. Enter Guy, our server. This is a kind, gracious man who is glad to have a job and treated us so very well. Very attentive and professional. Our food was great and we will remember our unusual outdoor dining experience fondly. We would come back again just to be waited on by this outstanding server!

You get plenty of food, specially if you add soup and salad bar. We barely touched our main entree after that.

Food was very good. Advertised as a buffet but the "buffet" portion is only a salad bar, in addition to your meal. You have to order at the register which is a little awkward and time consuming. It wasn't too busy when we went. Our server, Guy, was very friendly!

Unfortunately all of our local Sizzlers have closed down. I remember Sizzler being just a mediocre steakhouse. Not bad, but not amazing either. I was pleasantly surprised here. The food wasn't 5-star outstanding, but it was far from bad. Everything I had was great. The salad bar was fresh. The baked potato was one of the best I've had in awhile. The atmosphere was good and except for the dressing at the salad bar, the restaurant was clean. Service was friendly and polite. Absolutely no complaints. Definitely go there again!

I met my best friend here for dinner and really enjoyed myself. I haven't been in years and truly enjoyed the salad bar and unlimited shrimp. It definitely reminded me of my childhood. I'm glad it's still around.

Guy deserves a raise and a gold star on his paycheck. Food and atmosphere typical for a Sizzler. If you've never been, you should try it at least once and you could pick worse ones than this.

ay... it has been YEARS since I have been to Sizzler, so it was fun to get reacquainted with this restaurant chain. All entrees are eligible to add 'Soup and Salad' bar. This choice actually also includes a dessert bar and another area with spaghetti, fried chicken and taco bar. This costs an additional $5.49. I ordered Fried Shrimp and a baked potato off the 'Small Plate Menu' at a cost of $10.49. Our entire bill for two entrees (my husband ordered a Small Plate 6 ounce Tri-Tip Steak). We both felt the food was pretty good. Our server was named 'Guy' and he provided great service. The restrooms were really in need of service (see photos), but the restaurant was quite crowded, so maybe I happened to go in there right before cleaning. I have never seen such cheap silverware at a restaurant- like something you would purchase at a 99 Cent Store. There was an informational flyer on the Sizzler Real Deal E-Club, which is a nice addition (free entree just for signing up). Despite the condition of the restrooms and cheap silverware, I am still giving Sizzler 4 Stars, because of the overall value. We paid $31.39 plus Tip, which we considered a bargain. I would dine at this location again.

We were looking for some place to sit down and have a nice meal. Sizzler is an old stand-by, but there are fewer of them around. And the Senior meal includes a drink. We had a nice meal, with a trip to the salad bar included. We were glad to find one where we were traveling.

We ordered two adult entrees with salad bars, plus three kids’ salad bars. The entree portions were pretty small (steak & shrimp, ribs & chicken). The salad bar was good as there were three stations: salad (greens, toppings, fruit), hot food (meatballs, spaghetti, taco bar, fried chicken wings), and soups/dessert (ice cream, cones, toppings, custard, jello). Next time we would probably do salad bar only, as it seems to be better value. Bathrooms were not the cleanest but ok. Free parking but the lot wasn’t big. The wait wasn’t long when we arrived around 11:30am on a Saturday morning, b but there was a long line when we left around 1pm.

I did delivery on this one, guys... so I do know about the location or atmosphere. The delivery was good and fast. The food was fairly hot when it arrived. The chicken was great as always, and they gave a lot of ranch. The steak was ok, but they did make it medium like I like it. The shrimp both fried and grilled was really good. The bread was so delicious as always. The veggies were good and steamed to perfection, and the rice was really good.

Sadly I think Sizzler probably will continue it's decline. I have not had a tender steak there in many many years. I stick with the steak and Malibu chicken usually. Yes, I've tried other cuts of steak but it's always the same. My wife seems to enjoy the salad bar but you can't really mess up salad. Last time we were there, the waitress came by probably twice and we had to bus our own dishes. Even the drinks are now self serve. It really is too bad because I have no problem with paying around $45 for a filet mignon at the Yard House that is always perfectly cooked. I guess they have a demographic that they serve but I don't think it will last because that demo is always bad news.

It had been awhile since I'd gone to Sizzler because the locations closest to me had closed. We got endless salad bar only, which is now $15.99. There are more hot bar options than I remembered, but overall the food wasn't great. Damp lettuce, under seasoned prepared salads and dried out hot bar options even at the lunch peak made the price feel a little high for what you get. I'll probably go back, because of lack of salad bar options these days, but I wish I'd been happier with the meal. Service was excellent however. Also, it's a Pepsi restaurant, which is always annoying.

Still a good place for a good salad at a good price. Hot bar was not up to par at this location compared to Mission Viejo area. The special Pineapple Ginger Ice Tea flavor was "off", so go for the Strawberry Lemonade.

Eating here is always nostalgic as we used to eat at various Sizzlers around Los Angeles for over 40 years. This is the second one we’ve been to in the past two months. You know what to expect when you eat here: Salad bar is usually the best option, steaks, burgers and Malibu Chicken are usually good choice options and, of course, all you can eat shrimp is decent. This time I only had the salad bar and it hit the spot. I would have rated the restaurant higher, but or server was slow as I had to approach her for a new dish twice.

The food was good and well-prepared. However, I had to serve my own drink, which was a bit unexpected, though they did bring out the main course. The place was clean, with a pleasant and uncrowded atmosphere and plenty of seating available. Overall, a decent experience with room for service improvement.

Sizzler is the new McDonald's. Save yourself some time and money by heating up a frozen dinner at home. The cheese bread is so diminished in quality that it's no longer anything to look forward to.

In my opinion this place is a bit overpriced for the type of food you're getting. I haven't been here for a while and was confused about how limited the menu is now. What happened to the lunch specials and the side salad add-on? They only offer an unlimited salad bar option which is $9. Sizzler has definitely seen better days. I don't see them competing with any other restaurants in this bracket

I was in the area for work and since it was fathers days I decided to try this place. I ordered the steak and lobster with the loaded potatoes. $24... but I upgraded to a prime rib. Went from $24... to $48.....? The plate came out pretty quickly and everything looked good. The lobster was kinda rubbery and the steak must have been sitting in the freezer before they cooked it because when I cut into it, the meat had this purplish color to it. And half the steak was all fat. Last time I went to a Sizzlers was back in mid 1990s. Now I know why I stayed away. The food is not worth it. The only good thing was the server, (Joe) I think that was his name... he was always making his rounds.

Went there with my niece to celebrate our birthdays together. Medium well steak was tough and soon after eating the food, I had to use the restroom. Got to the toilet to sit down and at the base of the toilet the floor was almost completely wet with urine. In an emergency to relieve myself, I sat down, and the urine on the floor started absorbing into the bottom of my pants legs of my outfit! I'll NEVER go back there again in my life!!

The chicken wings on the salad bar were old and hard. The waitress informed us that the wings currently on the bar had to be eaten before they prepared fresh wings. The salad bar food was subpar and not worth the price. The Sizzler I grew up enjoying in the 80's and 90's is no more. Do us a favor and close your doors please!!!!!! I went in for a steak. Every bite was tough and chewy. Like they left a layer of fat on the steak due to poor butchers work. I asked for medium rare but it was closer to raw. Thus fat didn't render. I would stick to the salad bar and avoid the steak all together. Sizzlers ain't sizzling. Bahahaha

I would have enjoyed my visit to this Sizzler much better if I didn't have to listen to a kid screaming at the top of their lungs. It went on and on, and the family did nothing. This child was an older child. They could have at least tried to console her, love her, or talk to her. They completely ignored her as if it was ok to behave this way in public. They need to take some parenting classes!

The waitress was very nice. Also helpful in that if I needed something. she didn't make me wait long for it. The food was horrible. I asked for my stake to be medium well. I got a steak that was dried out. It was extra well-done. The potato wasn't even warm. I been to many sizzlers and the flavor of the steak are usually very tasty. As far as the salad bar goes. The blue cheese dressing is horrible now. It taste nothing like blue cheese.over all this particular Sizler needs a better cook.

The only positive thing about this restaurant was our amazing server Guy. If not for him, this place would be getting negative stars. The whole place was dirty, the salad bar was unattended, the floor was sticky, and the food was so badly cross contaminated in the salad bar, we could barely eat. My autistic son accidently dropped something and the cashier and her group of friends just pointed, clapped and laughed, even when I told them he was autistic. I have no interest in ever going back.

My first time at this chain. It’s adequate at best. I had the chicken, steak and shrimp trio. Imagine you went to the dollar store and bought your ingredients and then cooked it at home as best you can - this is basically what they served. I didn’t have the salad bar but it looked ok. Service was good and the waiter was very helpful and friendly. Interior is clean. Total cost with tip was $36. Not worth it.

My husband ordered a steak rare and was shown side choices that I was never offered on a little card near where you stand at the counter. He ordered a baked potato. I had no idea they also had garlic mashed and a few others. I did not want to confuse so I let it go. Really bad way to market. We went in and found a booth which needed my napkin to clean it. It had already been their idea of clean. Not mine. A server came by took our receipt and asked if we wanted some garlic bread. It never came. Our food arrived and my burger was medium well. Gross. My baked potato was filled with sour cream. I tasted my burger and though I am not eating this. I sent it back to have it and the potato done right. My husbands steak was medium. He just ate it. He was not thrilled. My food came back and again the burger was overcooked. The baked potato had no softness to it. And where is that bread. Not coming, ever. I tried to eat this way over cooked burger and I was done. I sent it back and said just take it off the bill. No one came to say sorry, our server sort of disappeared off the planet. My husband was bummed because he knew I would not be having dinner at all. Oh well. I was so disappointed. I will never go back and again not one person came to say we messed up, sorry. Nothing. Stay away.

Staff was so rude including the waitresses, not sure why were just trying to eat there but she gave us attitude and took long to approach to our table, she seems unhappy at her job. The food was with small portions, food was okay. Weird atmosphere, we were not locals but for folks out there that travels don’t highly recommend this restaurant.

Salad bar items are absolutely disgusting not worth the money or the stomach ache. The hot food Bar looked appealing but the taste and quality was another thing all together. The wings and tacos were desicated. Buffalo bites were literally chicken skins, fat and batter. Do not waste your money. Bacon burger was meh, my child who is not picky and loves spaghetti took a few bites of spaghetti and said no thanks, soups not stocked. Dessert station was a clumpy cross contaminated mess. We all got stomach aches two adults and one child. Personally not worth it:(. The best actually good item was the cheese bread. The server was prompt and attentive.

When I arrived , the salad bar was low on all the soups, and when I informed the staff, she insisted I eat the clam chowder since it was the most recent one set out. The mango lemonade did not taste like mango at all, and those drinks are nearly $6. The ladies' restroom was absolutely filthy, and I wish I didn't need to use it so badly. It was also very cold inside. It felt better when I stepped outside.

My wife and I ate there last night. The atmosphere appeared dirty and rundown. Carpet was old and worn out. The bathrooms were dirty and had an odor. We had the salad bar. The lettuce was sitting in a pool of water. Had to asked for the dressing to be refilled. While eating my salad, the croutons were stale. Went to the hot food and the wrapped hot dogs were over done, tortilla chips were stale, and the spaghetti was sitting in a pool of water. Will not be returning.

It is definitely the worst steak I’ve ever had in my life. Medium / medium well was way overcooked twice. Doesn’t have a taste. I was charged for onions and mushrooms that I didn’t get. Don’t go there!!

I spent 5293 for two all you can eat salad bars first off all their food is super cold and their salad bar is super small but the server was amazing she had Glasses on, please do better in this time and age. Every penny counts

I grew up going to this location every week as a child, teen young adult, moved back to area ,, a quick meal as a nurse is crucial fast but tasty and quality… the chefs send out garbage, salad bar is almost the quality of calling the state,,, 2/21/26 seas food salad looked like paste.. lettuce pieces withered ask for fresh lettuce got attitude from really tall big women wearing all black employee… this local near mall , airport, and family who value good food,,, you will close down if you don’t upscale to the Sizzler I grew up with,, what a let down, Inglewood location still doing their best send your crew to train and care , and serve eatable food, Servers amazing!!! Chefs fire them terrible food going out, salad bar and chicken horrible..

Here’s the thing, the food is great generally speaking. I can only speak of what I’ve ordered. The service is abysmal, with multiple staff members seeming to be uninterested in ensuring that customers feel welcome and appreciated. The manager is kind and helpful in rectifying situations, but it is important that people be aware of the problems that may be encountered here.

Honestly this locations food was pretty salty and the Salad bar was over charged and made to look big but in reality you only had a couple hot foods which aren’t worth spending the money on.

Waitress & food was amazing. (We are leaving a generous tip. She deserves) Unfortunately some gentleman named Daryl was awful with the service since as soon as we entered to order-pay he was already giving us difficulty... Husband came in for our young sons to have a quick dinner before we continue our 3-hour drive. I specifically told Daryl immediately that it was only going to be two meals. My husband wanted it to enjoy a beer and possibly an appetizer. We weren't not hungry. When one of our son wanted to add a salad to his Ribs combo meal. Daryl raised his voice looked at him and say "you order the salad you eat the salad" and immediately looked at my husband and said "you don't get to eat the salad" When our other son ordered his burger. I clearly told Daryl to make it a plain crispy bacon burger, because I know my son he does not like sauce or anything on it. I admired my husband's composure after I witnessed the way Daryl talked to him fortunately for Daryl my husband is a very patient gentleman. Husband paid, we waited, food arrived and unfortunately the burger did not come plain. When I went over to remind Daryl that the burger have been ordered plain, he refused to own up his mistake and tried to blame the cook by saying "oh they must have blah blah blah" I immediately stopped him by showing him his mistake he then proceeded to say; "okay I'll have them remake it"
