We ordered a pickup of two sandwitches and a cookie. When we got home we realized the cookie is missing. The employee on the phone denied missing and said she put in two cookies. Very rude and dishonest, also hang up. Can we have some basic training on the employees?

Pickup order was not ready after I arrived at the store half an hour after the app said it was done. The employees laughed about me in Spanish. They did not bother to tell me what happened to it. The sandwich was sloppily made with the sauce all over the wrapping. The contents of the sandwich did not stay in the sandwich when it is eaten. One of the worst Subway shops that I have ever been to.

Bring a marker or a pen with you so that you can mark the sandwiches to know what they contain. The seller made a mistake and different sandwiches were given to people who did not order them. In the showcase, they have put a cover on the food containers and the customer cannot see the health status of the food. The quality is very low.

By far the worst subway I have eaten in 20 years. Staff Maria and one more person were extremely rude. For my online order they made me pay extra for cheese and sauce..When does subway charges extra for cheese and sauce?? When resisted they did not give me my food and asked to cancel the order..!! On top of this they said “Never come back”. Is this kind of customer service should one of expect at heart of Silicon Valley? Now when I am seeing this on google reviews, looks like I am not the first one to give this review and it does not seem matter to the owner or subway management.

This used be a good Subway. This Labor Day staff was not nice. Too little lettuce even after multiple requests. On the other side, they put Jalapeño 😄 in bulk. Please Go back to the original service and sandwich quality.

Never seen worse service in my life! The server refused to give me the order I wanted when she was the one who made a mistake. When I asked nicely for her to fix the order, she not only refused and spoke unkindly about me (in front of me) to her coworker, but yelled at me for asking for the switch. I would not recommend going to this Subway. There is another one about 5 minutes away, it's worth the extra mile.

Really bad experience I had at this location. Since I was coughing , I ordered curbside pickup they were advertising. Went and parked in curbside pick up spot and called the number. No one picked up for 5 min. Waited and then called again. Finally a lady answered and told me to pick up the order inside. Told her I was coughing so please do curbside pickup in the trunk as per my order. She was very rude and refused to bring my order outside. Called her again , she again said order is ready and come inside and pick up and hang up the phone. Won’t order from this place again. Would rather drive a bit further. I had to finally go inside to pick up order. They should remove the ‘curbside pickup’ sign and stop advertising it immediately.

Terrible service! I entered the joint at 835 pm and the server was preparing subs for two gentlemen at the time with another gentleman ahead of us. We patiently waited while server took more than 10 minutes to prepare two subs and then tells us that she won't be serving us because she had to close the shop at 9 pm. I pointed that the sign still shows that the joint closes at 10 pm but she insisted that these are the new times. In times like this when everyone's trying to support local businesses this is the last thing you expect from a business.

I ordered a turkey guacamole bacon sandwich on the app and when I got home there was no guacamole on it. So the next day I ordered the same thing on the app and wrote a note not to forget the guacamole then when I arrive they told me that I can’t have guacamole and I can only have bacon for this 12$ sandwich since I am using a promotion. After saying how that’s not fair that my receipt from my online order states I get the full sandwich and they change it I arrive. Terrible experience for me and I have been eating there for 10 years at least 12 times a month. Lost my business for good!!
