I have been trying out different locations n found this place was good. Service n the amount of food. However I am very disappointed today. I ordered my usual but there gave me so little amount of food n I am still hungry. Sad. I had to ask for more n the gals kept rolling their eyes at each other. I love the onions n peppers. I literally got 2 pieces of red peppers. After that I just stopped asking. Not sure what happened to the good service n good size portions. It will be a while before I go back.

Usually I order chicken quesadilla grilled with bell peppers. Today I was disappointed. The bell pepper was too spicy and chicken was burnt

I found a bug in my bowl & threw away the rest. What a waste of $.

AVOID THIS LOCATION. Employee tried to intimidate my wife and yelled at her because he did not want to serve her 15 minutes before closing. She was going to order basic items that were already prepared and probably would’ve been thrown away after they closed. Filed a complaint with corporate and requested a call back. Still waiting for their call. This location is terrible. It’s close to my home and this is not the only bad experience I’ve had here.

First off my burrito fell apart and second the rice today had about 3x the normal garlic flavor. CHIPOTLE HAS FALLEN OFF!!

Beware of the cheap container they put your food in. I ordered a bowl tonight, drove 13 minutes back to my hotel. Lift the bag up and walked up the stairs. My entire bowl soaked through the bag and the container. Everything landed on the hotel ground. Which was a mess to clean up. Tried contacting the store to see what they could do. Unfortunately goes to customer service who wouldn't do anything without a receipt. I tried asking if they can looking the account up with the barcode I scanned in stores. Kept saying all the information I provided was not found in the system. Yet wanted me to stick my hand in a public garbage can to retrieve it. Yeah that'll be a no. Lost a customer for life. Make better packaging.

Be AWARE, you may be asked to respond to 2 different emails once your review has been posted. I BELIEVE it’s a WASTE OF YOUR TIME because no one has the audacity to be apologetic, sympathetic and/or provide something to you for your disappointing experience!! I’m unsure WHY when these employees are having a bad day, they take it out on the customer. I’m extremely polite and hoping I’m able to just place a smile on their face but that’s a WASTE OF MY TIME!! The tables are always filthy and as prices increase the portion size decrease.

It’s chipotle you know what you’re going to get it’s just that the burrito was made so sloppily it was like dripping out and they had to use a second tortilla and it didn’t even look folded correctly, so I just donated it back to them. Very unfortunate. They offered to remake it but it’s just they shouldn’t even happen in the first place so I felt bad and I just left.

I had one of the worst experiences here. I waited over 30 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready, and during that time I watched at least 20 other customers get served while I was completely ignored. When I asked about my order, the staff brushed me off, and one girl gave me attitude while the cooks laughed at me. That is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I usually let things go, but this crossed the line. I will not be coming back and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who expects decent customer service. I came after work around 5

If I could I would give this place a 0 star. Ordered a burrito and a bowl plus chips and small drink paid about 45$ the burrito I got was wrapped completely wrong, all the ingredients were spilling out, shout out to the staff for re-making it but it was made in a rush and portions were much smaller than the original so it was a fail. Don’t go to chipotle not just this this location but all of them.

I don’t want to leave a really bad review, but this place doesn’t even deserve one star. I’m not sure if they need more staff or if the work distribution is just poorly managed. One time, no one took my order, so I just left. Today, once again, everyone seemed too busy to help, and I had to stand and wait for a long time. None of the tables were cleaned, and the floor and trash bins were full of garbage. There were no napkins, and the most shocking part was that there were no forks. When I asked for a fork, they said they didn’t have any. When I asked how I was supposed to eat, they said they didn’t know—maybe with a spoon. I was completely stunned. Who is managing this place? Looking at recent reviews, there have been similar complaints for months, yet nothing has been improved. It’s honestly unbelievable.

I came in today for the first time, I usually always order online and I had seen a TikTok with a burrito bowl I wanted to try out so that was my plan, however the person working the serving part made me feel so stupid simply cause I wasn’t too sure how everything worked since it was my first time, anytime I told her something her body language kept getting worse and worse and she kept doing these exaggerated eye rolls that she’d do with her body, she’d be looking over to her coworker and then looking back at me every time I was adding something, I got charged double for a meat I did not get double of, and the worst part was that this was to break my fast for Ramadan, it is 11pm and I still haven’t felt good enough to eat after my experience, the final part that just made everything worse was that I forgot to mention a tortilla on the side and she did the biggest eye and body shrug just for asking for a tortilla , seriously it wasn’t busy before I ordered and wasn’t busy after but what did I do wrong just trying to ask for a simple meal and being treated like that
