Good and tasty Chinese food. I’ve been here a few times. I normally get half-and-half noodles and the noodles always seem to be undercooked, hard and chewy. The food overall is fresh. I will say the beef Beijing is it the best chewy, not well cooked. The chicken options are always excellent choice, fresh and delicious. Customer service is OK, they get auto online order so you have to take a backseat and wait until they fill those orders. The restaurant is modern and clean, which is important. Overall, a satisfaction experience.

It's convenient and better to eat there before going to Costco when I'm with my daughter. I like their fried rice, chow mein, beef and broccoli, occasionally, their angus steak. Staff is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean.

Typical Chinese American food, floor is clean, the staff constantly sweeps it. I had to wait for 5 minutes for the veggies to be prepared. Generous portions of the orange chicken and teriyaki chicken, great "low carb" option without rice and noodles.

Woman on counter was rushing us the entire time and we did not feel welcome. Sadly staff needs to be trained on customer service.

I love panda express. But this time the food was off. Everything tasted different. Like the cook just created his own recipe how he liked it. Did not taste like true panda express. Recipes should not be changed by the cook

No sample with my order . Maybe people take advantage of this location. The sample mattered to me for an elderly persons palette I wanted to sense the batter thickness and I skipped the second order. This place is very clean. First visit. Professional staff.

Updated again 10/28/25: Why do I continue to put myself through this agony? Cuz I live 1.4 miles from this location. Just drive the extra 10 min to Lincoln or Beach bl... Do not come to Winners Circle! Online Order expected to be ready at 1215pm. I arrived at 1217pm and waited on line for 5 min when I noticed completed orders piling up: 7 on the shelf and 4 on the ledge behind the line. Not one of the employees including the manager were helping the other 14 customers in the online order pickup line. When I asked Alan, the manager, if any of the orders on the shelf were mine, he just said he'll get to it. All he had to do was call out the names of the 11 orders that were just sitting there. I ended up just going to the cashier and asking her to give me my order, but I felt uncomfortable bypassing the line of at least 14 other customers. I wanted to just go back there and call out the names myself! Unfortunately, this is the normal practice at this location.. They help the first person in the online pickup line and fulfill that order only ...even if it's not ready. The other customers that come in when their order is expected have to wait behind all others in line while they help 1 person even if there are complete orders just sitting on the shelf. Updated 12/31/24: Tried to stop by 30 minutes before closing time again and this time they just locked the door. I called and the manager tried to explain the the line was too long so they closed early. Don't bother coming here if it's within 40 minutes or closing time. Do not go here 30 minutes before closing. They will not make anymore chow mein, veggies, or anything other entree even if there are 5 customers behind you. Horrible customer service. I asked for another batch of chow mein and their response was "we don't like to waste food." I should have asked the customers behind me if they wanted some too,v but I just wanted to get out of there.

It was clear that she lacked any patience when addressing both customers and staff, which created a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere. Rather than offering any helpful service, she seemed more focused on rushing through interactions and was dismissive when I tried to express concerns.

Worst customer service ever Breeana and Kiana who sre in charge must not care much because it shows allowing employees to clean the restroom and use the same gloves is absurd and waiting 20 minutes after a online order is a waste of my time. This location does not represent Panda Express the leadership here is nowhere to be found and when I asked what the issue was after being so patient the girls just chatter amongst themselves like it's highschool all over again. They handle the complaints so nothing will get done here I've had better service at a mall location no matter how busy it is they just fall short here definitely.
