I like to stop by Applebee's for many reasons but the most important besides the food are the drinks. $1 margaritas? They are pretty good! Seasonal Coctels and special Coctels for all the celebrations? The food is good and the prices are average. I like that they have more healthy options compared with other sports restaurants. Also, they have the lunch options for an incredibly low price.

The dollaritas were excellent when I visited this place last Friday afternoon! I found this Applebee's layout to be really impressive. It was good that the restaurant has TVs throughout and is rather wide. Due to a shift change, I had two waitresses, and they were both wonderfully kind and accommodating.

Let me just say 10/10! Considering the winter snowstorm, I’m so happy that this place was OPEN AT 11 pm! I traveled to three different restaurants, and everyone of them were closed early. I want to give a special shout out to our waitress “Scarlet and the management. They were the best! excellent service excellent and fresh food! I would rate more than five stars I could! Will definitely bring me and my family back again.

I was here with my oldest son and my wife for dinner and conversation. The food was good, the drinks were as well. We all were satisfied with our dining experience here. To be honest, I said I would never visit this location again because the previous time, I was very disappointed with the service and our server. The atmosphere at that time felt more like a club than a family restaurant. This time around was very much the opposite. It was a great time for my family and I. They've regained a customer!!

I want to start by saying the bathroom was very clean. The food was so delicious and they have so many deals that’s it wont break the bank. If you eat meat try the ribs/riblets. They were so delicious and tender I was sad when they were done. Only minus was the broccoli tasted as if it was going bad.

Burger came out raw the first time, had to send it back. This is the first time I've had a bad experience with Applebee's and would have liked to have management to come and talk to me about the issue; and possibly offer discount. Although the waitress did take off a drink I left dissatisfied and disappointed.

I ordered the southwest chicken bowl the guacamole was not fresh at all but the bowl itself was good I also ordered a half order of ribs they were dry very over cooked. My daughter ordered chicken Alfredo it was dry she also ordered a steak with mash potatoes the steak was super dry and it was cold mash potatoes were old looking and brownish the water was good and our waitress was amazing.

Maybe it was an off day for this place today, and that does happen. However, it felt like we were being ignored while the only four other tables appeared to receive more of our server's attention than we could get. We attempted to do the all you can eat during a slow time so as not to overwhelm them, but the amount of time we waited between our dishes extended our time at the restaurant longer than we intended. Just f.y.i. the pieces are small when ordering the tenders, so either eat slowly or order the next as quickly as you can. On the positive side, the strawberry daq-a-rita was rather delicious.

I have tried Applebees about 3times in my life and each time I’ve tried different options. Sad to say that I have never enjoyed the food. My pasta was gross--no flavor. Uncomfortable booth, possible spring situation. There were only two other parties there, one at the bar. This place is done. Our waiter, I wish I remembered his name, was fantastic. I hope he finds a better place to work, because he deserves lots of tips.

It's been awhile since I've eaten at Applebee's and since I'm traveling I thought I would treat myself. Wow what a mistake. I got an old favorite the spicy honey chicken and pasta. The sauce was from a jar, no bacon no seasoning not even parsley. The two and a half small chicken tenders looked and tasted like they came from a frozen bag like Tyson, dry no sauce no spice no honey. I even got the shrimp added, gross, small and rubbery I threw them out. Shameful Applebee's that meal cost me 30.00 bucks. Never again.

I pulled up the curbside waited a while nobody came so I went inside same as the guy next to me. Then I had to wait another 15 minutes cuz the order wasn't ready by the time the app said. They give you my hamburger but they didn't give me my appetizers that I ordered so then they had to make that and I waited. I ordered ranch and they gave me marinara sauce. They were not busy... I would say the hamburgers a bit of a price when you can go to Chili's and get a bigger Burger for cheaper. I had just joined the rewards program and this is my first visit not a good impression.

Took the hostess 15 mins to seat my party of 4 when there was maybe 15 customers in the entire restaurant. Then we get seated in that back booth and waited another 6-8 minutes to place our drink order which never happened. So my party of 4 left. I will never eat at this establishment again.

We came here yesterday night and they seated us, everything was fine till we had a waiter with a bad attitude honestly he never seemed patient . My first and last time at this location! Service was horrible and food was cold and overcooked. Bartender “Kency” only know her name bc the receipt! When I said we are ready to order she snapped at me with “I’m in the middle of helping someone is it ok if I finish with them first” nasty response then proceeded to under her breath make a comment to another guest about “didn’t she see me talking to someone else” a guest brought a dog inside and the dog was placed on a chair at the bar tables, bartender abandoned the bar and went to play with the dog, customers came in to pick up to gos and were forced to wait while she played with the dog! Served another customer wine without washing hands after playin with the dog. Still waiting for food she never offered another drink, food came out on HOT plates but cold food and the nachos clearly were sitting under a heat lamp for extended amount of time, quesadillas looked like thrown together slop and didn’t even finish the food, the $2 tip she got was too much, will never return to this location

SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! When we sat down I immediately noticed the table was dirty and sticky and the overall atmosphere just seemed unsanitary. Our waitress was polite but we waited 30 minutes from ordering to receive our appetizers. The appetizers were edible but the main courses were not. I stopped eating mine hoping I can avoid possible food poisoning. I do not recommend this location or possibly Applebees overall at this point.

After a few visits this has been the absolute worst service I've had from this place. Extremely Slow. No one has a sense of urgency at all. The food was under cooked and instead of cooking it to completion, they discarded the whole order and never informed me... Throw the whole staff away. O yeah and this water down Mac and cheese needs to be taken off the menu.

I was out tonight eating at this particular restaurant when I ordered a margarita rocks that was brought to me with a bug floating in it. So 1st I should honestly be mad at myself for thinking I shouldn't have to look up this nice and well known restaurant.. my broccoli was over cooked and beyond salty I was getting a headache while eating it my plate was running with juice so much I was scared to eat it due to not wanting to get my clothing dirty with food stains asked my server for ranch olive and jalapenos after waiting on those 30 minutes later I just got frustrated and was ready to run out the door

The food was very lackluster. The salmon was dry and plain. The breadstick with my shrimp Alfredo was hard. There wasn't enough Alfredo sauce for me to really taste it. The food was over all bland. I couldn't complain there wasn't enough people working to complain to. Applebee's I need to be reimbursed.

Horrible service....walked in and had to wait for someone to come and finally seat us. They acted like it was an inconvenience for them too. We got our food finally and my husbands steak was bloody and way under cooked. We asked that it be cooked more and got his streak back flat and black like it had been put under a meat press. My chicken and shrimp came to me on a skillet plate with a pile of grease under it. We came here for mothers day and honestly we should have left and went somewhere better.

Honestly? Not sure what just happened with our server. We put in our order and the appetizer didn’t come out. Our food was served by who I believe is the GM and I mentioned that our pretzels didn’t come out nor did my friend’s drink. Our server never asked if we wanted additional alcoholic drinks and I asked a few times for more water that never came. It took a long time to grab our server for the check and when we finally did I asked if we could get a discount for the appetizer not being brought out. She said the manager had to do it. As we were paying our check the server started cursing us out and complaining to the other servers on the floor about being cut early over the appetizer. She also claimed it wasn’t ordered “until later” which is not true. It was ordered with our food. Food was great but that service….i hope that server isn’t brought back.

First thing I noticed is that your feet make a sticking sound when you walk to your table, then the cushions on the seat are gone, we waited for at least ten minutes with zero service, not even water,,, nothing. We saw our server helping tables beside us but she completely ignored us. Haven’t been to Applebees in a long time and will try a different location next time, I think our waitress did it on purpose.

Honestly I feel like 1 star is pretty generous if Im being honest. Despite the restaurant being practically empty, the wait was ridiculous. The 2 for 25 only had three options plus the additional ones you had to pay extra for. The food tasted unseasoned and the fires tasted pretty old, AND the bun was soggy. Just spare yourself the disappointment. I saw the location already had some negative reviews but I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt which proved to be a bad idea. Once again, spate yourself the time.

I wish I could rate the food but after arriving at 1:00AM on the dot and being ignored by every staff member that made eye contact we finally left at 1:12AM. The security guard informed us upon entering that they did last call for alcohol and would likely not take our order due to it being last call for alcohol. She wasn’t very pleasant in her demeanor and just stared at us while we continued waiting for someone to acknowledge/seat us or provide us with any information. We finally got the hint and left. We intentionally drove to this location after getting off work as the Google hours reflect 2AM which seems to be incorrect. At the very least 1 of the 3 employees working could have came and talked to us. Hopefully upper management sees this as I’m sure it plays a large part into lack of sales on these later nights if their refusing service and shutting down the kitchen.

Update: went back and got the same order again. Knew going into it it would lost likely be a mistake. And.... Trust your gut. Chicken tender was either raw or half-cocked, couldn't bite through it nor did I want to try after realizing what was happening. Last rating was a 3, now a 1. Very unsatisfactory mac and cheese. Tasted more bland than a box of Kroger mac and cheese. The chicken tenders weren't bad, but the whole dish cost 18 bucks? I knew I wouldn't be amazed, but man, what a disappointment.

But there’s a couple next to me she is laughing and making jokes with yet when she spoke to me, her whole attitude changed and I felt very uncomfortable and like I wasn’t cared for as well as other customers at the bar. So I cashed out and left. I did tip. This was Sunday night at 6pm.

We order our food at 12:43am The lady did not put our food in until 1:17am they stopped taking orders at 1:15am The waitress came and told us that they didn’t wanna make our food because she put it in late they end up making our food but we didn’t get our food until 2:00 am 0/10 highly do not recommend

Came here with my friends from out of town for her birthday and when we walked up one of the employees waved at the window to not come in which is ridiculous considering we got there at 1:08Am and they close at 2am. Like why a whole hour early closed?? Now I have to change my plans and find somewhere else last minute. Wish I could give an honest review but I wasn’t even let in. What a shame.

They take along time to bring your order, the wait staff is slow. 0 out of 10 I don’t recommend

Im not going to write a full paragraph. This place is dirty. I ordered food and every dish they brought out was dirty. I didn't even eat anything. It was so nasty places cups bowls goodness. Rinse it off before you put in the dish washer. My friends food was cold when they brought it out. My soup looked lile water.i didn't eat it.

i came to eat with my family. it was slow me and an other table. service was super slow! it took about 30 min for the appetizer to come out and some of it was cold, the food took even longer. I was really excited to come enjoy my lunch but was very disappointed. idk if the waitress just started or she didn't give. crap. my food was a disappointment. i doubt i will come back here again just based off today! dont waste your hard earn money at this location. should have listened to the reviews!

The bartender Diana is horrible. We sat down at the bar at 1:00 am and she said she was done serving food, mind you they don’t close until 2:00 am. She stated that last call for alcohol was at 1:15 . She made us our shots and disappeared until 1:15 and acted like all the customers were wrong for demanding drinks because she was gone so long. She said she didn’t have the ingredients for a drink they clearly have on the menu. DO NOT COME HERE She eventually brought the shot mix from the bar in the mixer that she makes them in, then proceeded to pour our two shots in the same glasses we already had at the table. I hope people like her that provide horrible customer service don’t expect a tip.

Won’t be coming here again. I ordered curbside, got here when it was supposedly ready, called the number and they hung up on me 3 times. Walked in and the food wasn’t even ready. I don’t recommend that “service”.

The service here was horrible. We walked in (party on 5) the workers were so caught up laughing and entertaining each other that we stood there for 3 minutes before we had to get their attention because they were not paying attention. A customer which is a regular there greeted us before an employee did. The food was horrible. I ordered the BBQ ribs and they were super tough. Not falling off the bones like usual. The customer service at this location is horrible.

This review is specifically for the General Manager, Al Sampsell. A friend and I chose to visit this Applebee’s location based on the Happy Hour information provided on the Applebee’s website, which listed the hours as 3–6 PM. I drove from Fort Worth after work with that expectation in mind. My food was ordered before my arrival, but when the receipt was presented, I noticed that the appetizers were charged at full price. Upon inquiry, we were informed that the in-store Happy Hour runs from 2–5 PM, which seems unusual since many people don’t get off work until 5. Our server and bartender, Luis M., provided excellent service and brought the General Manager, Al Sampsell, over to assist us. We calmly showed him the website details that led us to visit Applebees. However, instead of addressing the discrepancy, he simply stated that the website information did not apply to his location. When we asked which location it referred to and how we could view the correct Happy Hour details for his location, he responded, “I don’t know.” To clarify, we asked him to show us the correct Happy Hour hours and options on his location’s website, as he had advised. Surprisingly, he was unable to do so. Instead, he provided excuses, used irrelevant analogies, and suggested that we should have called ahead. Despite being the General Manager, he insisted there was nothing he could do to resolve the situation. I have had great experiences at other Applebee’s locations, but this was by far the worst due to the lack of accountability and poor customer service from management. If this is how customer concerns are handled, I can only imagine how the staff must feel working under such leadership. I would like to extend my appreciation to Luis and Journey, who provided outstanding service and truly embodied the Applebee’s brand.
