Wanted a fun night out with friends and went to Shell Shack for a quick eat. The waiter Tae was so courteous and hospitable. Make sure you try the unlimited hush puppies basket 😋

I had a great experience at Shell Shack! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly...everything came out hot and well seasoned. You can really tell care goes into the preparation. I also want to give a special shoutout to my waitress, Leslie J. Her customer service was excellent, she was attentive, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed without being overbearing. She truly enhanced the overall dining experience. I’ll definitely be back. Great food and great service!
First off... the service was great. Right when I walked in it smelled amazing. I wanted everything on the menu, but alyssa directed us to some favorites on the menu since I've never been there. 1. Alligator tenndies 2. VIP 3. Cajun pasta We left with a full belly of great food and on top on that alyssa and the staff made us feel right at home. Ultimately we will be coming back!
Joshua was amazing, he was polite, very attentive, and funny! We actually came to the restaurant Saturday and had to leave due to a family emergency, so when we came back today (Monday) he remembered us and brought some complimentary hush puppies and tater tots. That was very thoughtful of him and the manager. We will definitely be back 💜
Absolutely love eating here! I ask for the same server every time, Ms. Morgan. She's an absolute sweet heart. She's so patient with my family and I. Makes sure I get the freshest seafood too! I always try to come on a Mondays or Thursdays. The drinks are always a 10. I 100% recommend and I'd advise to ask for the server Morgan if she's available.
I have been coming to this place for years. It’s the only place I’ve been for seafood. I’ve tried one other place but this one is home. The service is always great, and friendly staff. On busy nights there’s a wait but it’s the type of place where it doesn’t matter. It’s comfortable and you know the food is going to be on point! Tonight was Super Bowl night and I thought it would be more packed but they had plenty of Togo orders and still managed to serve a great experience to me!
Perfect Seafood Night with Exceptional Service We had such a great experience at Shell Shack on a quiet Monday night. Nicky greeted and seated us right away, and Katie took amazing care of us the entire evening- friendly, attentive, and genuinely on top of everything. We started with the Buffalo shrimp basket, which was crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor- the perfect way to kick things off. For our main course, we ordered a king crab boil with potatoes, sausage, and corn, and it was cooked to absolute perfection. Everything was tender, flavorful, and seasoned just right. Even the Bloody Marys were on point- bold, spicy, and exactly how they should be 🌶️ The restaurant was slow since it was a Monday, but the service was exceptional and made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal. Between the food, drinks, and hospitality, it was one of those meals that just hits every note. We’ll definitely be back!
My family and I went here tonight for the first time and I had to leave a review because it has 5 star service. Our server, Elyssa, absolutely killed it. She was so nice and incredibly helpful. I’m incredibly indecisive and Elyssa helped me figure out exactly what I should order because it ended up being so great! Definitely will be back!!
Kiara was on top of it from the moment we sat down — she came right over to greet us. Our orders came out quickly, and she stayed on top of everything throughout the meal. Drinks never ran empty and came without us even having to ask. Excellent service all around. Will definitely be coming back!
Lexi was my server here and she really made the experience. She was efficient and attentive. Always checking in on us and making sure we were ok. Of course the food was great, as it always is when we come here, but the service is why we keep coming back.
Kiara My server gave GOOD service seriously top tier! She was hype, happy, and kept checking on me to make sure I was straight and didn’t need anything. You can tell she really cares about her customers. Amazing energy and amazing service. I’ll definitely be back!
Went in to have a couple of drink this afternoon and our bartender Katie was by far the best we've ever had at this location. She was super sweet, friendly and even offered drink suggestion when I wasn't sure what to get. As long as Katie is a bartender here I will keep returning.
The birthday dinner was great. Caitlyn did an excellent job guiding us through the menu, and we truly enjoyed the food. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely return.
Popped into Shell Shack this afternoon just for a few drinks, but Katie totally stole the show! She’s hands-down the best bartender—her shots were easily some of the best I’ve ever had. We ended up staying for the boils, and they were incredible too. Such a vibe!

Delicious boils at a great price. Went in on a Thursday and got the ace boil for only $20 which is a steal and a $3 crown shot too. Overall would definitely recommend. Also shout out to our server Tae, he was awesome and always makes coming here a great experience.

Last night I stepped in on a unusual night.. it was my father's birthday who passed away, so I decided to go have a few drinks and to eat his top favorite foods. He loved him self seafood & some fresh oysters were always at the top of his list of favorite snacks..I had a pleasant & nice experience with the lovely Katie.. as I ordered a nice cold beer & some oysters and contemplating my fathers memory for his big heavenly birthday i had such a nice time.. the seafood boils are some of my favorite from the menu.. I also recommend the shrimp by themselves or the muscles man o man my father would of had a feast with me.. very clean and fast service. Will continue to be one of my favorite spots.. with living near the area I love that it's so convenient for me & my family. Definitely going back for more random moments like last evening, thanks to the nice & sweet Katie for her kind words when I told her a little about my nostalgia..
My husband and I came in for a quick drink Monday night and were met with the sweetest bartender. Katie made us Lemon Drops which were to die for. We had fun visiting with her and ended up ordering some calamari. Great place and awesome bartender!👍👍🙌
We had great crab spiced with “The Kitchen Sink” mix which I highly recommend but the best part was the excellent service we received from Anthony. Anthony took great care of us and checked on us throughout our visit. We’ll definitely be back!

Tae is an awesome server! It was my first boil and he made me feel at home, will definitely be back (maybe even tomorrow for the drink prices cause they were delicious and cheap 😂 ) 10/10 would recommend, get the kitchen sink boil if you get one it was delicious.

WOW! My partner and I had the BEST time at The Shell Shack! From the moment we walked in, everything was perfect. Our server, Mathew, was absolutely amazing, so sweet, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. And the food… WOW!! Came here for lunch with a friend and the Buffalo shrimp and fries were great. The calamari was good but it wasn’t hot so the food temperature could have been improved with that. The waitress we had was good but revisited the table quite often - almost too often. We were one of the only tables in the restaurant so it makes sense why she circled back with us so often. Either way, the food here was good and I’d come back and hopefully have a 5-star experience for my next visit.

When you order delivery instead of ordering in person, you get two totally different styles of food. I ordered crawfish off of DoorDash because it was too late for me to leave the house and received crawfish that were black on the inside and tough as if they were frozen. Some of us who eat crawfish consistently know what they’re supposed to look like and taste like and this wasn’t it. This is not how Shell shack usually serves them so I don’t know what the problem was. And for them to be bad on Mardi Gras really hurt my heart!
My experience wasn't what I thought it would be food is mid honestly seasonings for the boils not to good needs a little help on that, waiter was full of himself, smart mouth and definitely not professional.
