I tried their Tajín Mango deep-fried pie and it missed the mark so badly, I had to toss it after one bite. Their breakfast box, though, is solid. I especially like the chorizo breakfast burritos. Consistently filling and flavorful.

Got a chicken fajita bowl ( which is my favorite ). But the chicken was burnt. Was not a pleasant taste. The time before that my Quesadilla was burnt on top. You can see the burn on top. But they still give it to you.

There were no guests and still took 5 minutes for staff to greet me and take my order. The building must have plumbing issues as the smell from the restrooms was noticeable in the dinning area. The chicken was not fully cooked and I was not even able to finish eating it because of the rubbery texture. I do not recommend and will not be returning.

Just ordered Taco Cabana from uber eats they didnt cut the meat or chicken they just toss in there and we ordered 16 oz steak and 16 oz chicken and ordered flour tortillas, they gave us corn tortillas and we also ordered, a large order of rice they gave us tiny little cup. The meat not even cooked still bleeding. No money back. I highly recommend not ordering from this store. Just sent all the pictures to uber. Very fustrated wasting $50.00 for a very unprofessional way of conducting business.

This is a dirty place. All the ladies are rude. Not friendly at all. We ordered onlime and arrive 30 mintues later and the order wasnt ready! The salsa bar was a mess!!!!!!

Every time I come in here, they tell me they cannot do the enchilada meal with flour tortillas even after I disclosed to them that I am allergic to corn tortillas. Therefore, I have to sit in the lobby and roll and make my own tortillas as if I work here. Huge inconvenience and this establishing it needs to be more inclusive of those with allergies

I placed an online order on 7/30 for a 6:30 am pickup on 7/31 and when I arrived at the store for my order I was informed by an employee that no one showed up to open the store this morning. I had to leave without my food. This was highly unacceptable!

This is by far one of the worst taco cabanas I have been too the store it's self looks horrible in side made me and my family feel disgusted to eat here . Something should be done about this location my enchiladas looked like a plate of cheese the chicken in the quesadilla was still cold.... When I asked the manager for my money back she asked me why and tried to give me a hard time about giving me my money back.

Attention Corporation for taco cabana west Dallas, this place needs lots of improvement, your employees are not trying they not welcome customers ,they look like they're not happy working here. I been coming to this location since they open and is not getting any better Sadly!! ⭐Food could be better ⭐Service was not pleasant ⭐ Atmosphere 😔 We love taco cabana, but we go somewhere else to get it, because this location is not what we expected. We deserve better in our neighborhood. Update: June 26 2023 We ask for some fresh chips, but they serve us a harder ones. We asked for jalapeños and the lady went to the restroom without an answer and another lady was given us a fresh jalapeño they we ask for specific pickle jalapeños and she was so rude we don't have any I ordered a margarita it took them so long for them to serve Check your cameras it wasn't busy at all Employees aren't happy working here, service is awful....I attached my bill look the time the hour Other Taco cabanas have a great service but not this location. SADLY!!!

As you can see, The chicken is over cooked or dried out. I clearly had to throw out the salad. Stay away from this location, go somewhere else for fresh ingredients.
