Einstein Bros. Bagels delivers fresh bagels, fast friendly service, and consistent quality that makes it an easy five star stop every time.
Came in to get some bagels for the nurses at work at 6AM during a snow storm. Eric and Karen were phenomenal. Had me set up with 6 dozen bagels and fifteen tubs of cream cheese in 20 minutes. So appreciate the great product, convenient packaging and most of all phenomenal, kind, and unwavering service from these two individuals. I know it had to be hard to be doing this at 6 AM but they did it flawlessly and with a smile. Thank you guys!
Staff was courteous and my order was filled quickly. I highly recommend !

This Einstein has always been Fantastic and accommodating to my ridiculous order! Karen runs a wonderful crew that are always smiling and willing to help with any issue or question someone may have. My day will continue going great any morning it starts by going to the Einstein off Lemmon and seeing Karen and all of her energetic, happy employees. It never fails, I don’t think I’ll ever go to another Einstein. So as long as this group of wonderful people continue showing UP I will too!
This is my first time at this location. I travel all over the country. I can say the bagel they provide here is the most softest and tastey bagel out of all the Einstein establishments I have been at, and I have been to over 30 different locations. Also the staff is very professional and friendly.
I ordered the Maplehouse and it was delicious! The bagel was fresh, the flavors were great, and everything came out super fast. The staff was also really friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back soon!
Khalil & Karen were EXTREMELY pleasant on my very first visit to Einstein Bagels. They helped me to understand their menu and Ms.Karen even threw in a Medium brewed coffee. Keep up the good vibes! 😎
Quick, hot, fresh, no guff, all despite it being a busy morning. Professionals. Got 2 dozen bagels and one more really good one with avocado and egg. Parking lot was pretty easy to get in and out of.
What pleasant staff! The energy in this location is top tier. Everyone is very polite and I always leave feeling a little happier. Khalil helped me out today and reminded me I had a birthday sandwich to redeem - made my day!

I love this location. The staff is always welcoming and warm. I arrived a few minutes before closing time one day and the coffee was cold at this point. Karen and Keia were so kind to brew another coffee. That gesture of kindness meant so much for me. They are both amazing and lovely ladies.
Darron provides a welcoming experience each and every time. He goes above and beyond for anyone who walks in the store. He has even helped carry our orders to the car! Will definitely keep coming back.

Today I was greeted by a very kind gentlemen, I did not get his name, but he was very sweet. It not always the case with everybody here but other than that it is a very clean place and food is always fresh and delicious.
This place seems to be slipping in food quality lately. My last few visits have been very sub par. Most recently it was a cool-to-the-touch hash brown that was so pale in color from undercooking that it was unappetizing to even look at. I currently cannot recommend this location, which is not something I would have said even one month ago. Its unfortunate, because the staff are great and hard-working and are quick to correct mistakes, if you catch them before you've driven off. I have included an image of the hash browns as they advertise them compared to what I received.

Dont go here. They constantly get my orders wrong. Today I ordered 2 bagels and I got one bagel and some hashbrown bite things. Dont waste your time this happens constantly. Employees just dont care.

Just as you have hard time getting to work I also struggled to get to you but I did And you send me away and lock the door in my face !! How the hell we supposed to know today specifically you will be opening later !!??? It takes 2 minutes to update Google ! Waste of time driving
