I have been going to Erik’s to pick up lunch or breakfast on days I’m in the office for the last two years. I have recently put in three catering orders and all of them have been amazing. The food is delish and the presentation is spectacular. I keep forgetting to take pictures to share but I did snap some today after people were already being served. Highly recommend - easy to order, great communication and service, exceptional food and presentation. Rachel and team are wonderful!
The soup and sandwiches we got were a delight. The Big Tony was the star of the show for us. We also got the Italian beef, which was very spicy. They warned us about the spice level and it exceeded spice expectations. The staff was friendly and the food came out quickly. We got it to go as we walked over from the train station during a layover. If you found this review helpful, please give a 👍
I eat here occasionally. the Philly Cheesesteak is nice and also the giros. Also they make the food very quick. 👍

New fav tbh! Decent (meaning, very good) deli in downtown. Friendly staff, super affordable, and quick + good options. It was worth skipping the Union Station food court. Short walk too.
Wow - catered lunches were amazing!! Great variety and everything was made fresh!! From taco bar to pasta to veggie kabobs! The desserts were great too - especially the baklava and made from scratch cookies. We recently had @Erik's cater breakfasts and lunches for meeting sessions in the building where thr Deli is located and will do so again.
Stopped by Erik’s Deli & Eatery for lunch, and this spot definitely hits the mark! Ordered the Turkey Avocado Club ($12)—fresh turkey, crispy bacon, and just the right amount of avocado on perfectly toasted bread. Also grabbed a side of macaroni salad ($4), which was creamy and well-seasoned. To drink, I had their homemade lemonade ($3.50)—tangy, refreshing, and not overly sweet. Spent about $20, and for the portion size and quality, it's a solid deal. Service was quick, and the staff was super friendly. Definitely a go-to spot for a fresh, no-nonsense sandwich downtown!
A truly memorable spot by the water! The ambiance was calm and relaxing, with a gentle breeze and stunning views of the waterfront. The menu had a great variety, and every dish we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was friendly and efficient, making the whole experience feel effortless. Perfect place for a romantic dinner or a peaceful evening with friends.

Hey, stopped by Erik’s Deli & Eatery the other day, solid spot! Got their turkey-avocado club and a side of tots, plus a root beer float. Spent around $18 total. The sandwich was super fresh, bread was on point, and the staff was chill and friendly. Only thing missing was more seating. Still, neighborhood gem, I’ll be back for sure.
Beautiful setting and welcoming people. I’ll definitely come back!

The positive - staff was nice. The negative. This is a picture of my turkey club wrap. There’s barely any turkey. If you look closely, you can see it…

The place is very cute and clean and the staff was very friendly, quick and pleasant. Overall positive and the food did taste good; however, the portions are so so so small and not worth the price. $10 Sandwich had the smallest pieces of tomato, toppings, bread, etc. when they handed me the Sandwhich wrapped I legit though it was only half a Sandwhich because of the size- so even though it tasted good I felt you should get more for your money and all the chips on the chip rack were all squished/smashed for some reason. Better off getting something from a corner deli which generally have way better portions- BUT again it did taste good and the staff were nice, etc.
Very friendly staff, clean deli. Veggie sandwich was ok but I would not eat it again. It had canned mushrooms which had a certain smell to them, not sure if it thats normal for canned but it ruined the sandwich. Maybe instead use fresh mushroom.

Not impressed. Best part was the Lay’s BBQ chips. Ordered a gyro beef wrap and got a chicken wrap. Ordered a 1/2 Greek salad with chicken and it had a few cubes of chicken. Not worth $18. There was no AC, it was a nice day outside but a hotbox in there. Wouldn’t recommend.

I tried this pace for the first time today. I ordered the veggie panini, and its nothing to get excited about. I was very disappointed that my panini was stuffed full of canned mushrooms 😒 Canned mushrooms does this sandwich a HUGE disservice in quality and taste, plus it makes it soggy. I was told they had good soup, I’ll give them another try, as for today I am not impressed.

I am beyond disgusted. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap from Erik's Deli, after taking a few bites I noticed I bit something really hard. I opened it up and I see plastic holder. The sight of seeing this immediately made me sick. I posted pictures. There is no excuse something like this should have ever happened.

The chicken wrap was so dry it literally got caught in my throat! The worst sandwich I've ever eaten in my entire life, if I hadn't walked all the way back to work I would have turned right back around and gotten my money back. Absolutely horrible worst $11 I've ever spent.
Cooks too slow and don’t know their own menu 👎
The lady staff at the desk is so rude that she talks to you like you are not the customer but someone came for begging. The order time showed 15 mins on Ritual but when I went there early she asked me to wait. So I waited for 15 or so mins and Ritual also showed that the order is ready to pickup but when I asked the lady she said wait till all the people (10-15) in the line clears up. It doesn’t make sense that why do I have to wait till the line clears up as the only benefit of placing order online is that you get the order on time without standing in the line. So, finally she asked me to cancel the order and told me very rudely that I won’t get the order soon. So, please think before placing orders to restaurants which hire people like this lady.
Had the worst “chorizo” tacos today. Microwaved old eggs with bacon and chipotle sauce which tasted just like spoiled pork. Never coming back especially with all the flies in the food station.
Price on the menu board lower than price they wanted to charge me. I pointed that out and they said the sign's the old price. I didn't buy anything - the price posted on the sign I can see is the price. If you programmed a different price into your cash register and don't change the sign, that's dishonest. I had eaten there a few times but won't go back. Also, smells like a panini grille - your clothes smell like that when you leave.
Turkey wrap with bacon was basically shredded lettuce on a stale tortilla. They forgot the bacon entirely, two thin slices of tomato, thinner slices of turkey. Almost $12 wasted. I was told by my colleagues not to go there but didn't listen. Not worth the convenience.
