Probably the most consistent fast food place from location to location. Frosties are either on point or they are cleaning the machine. Fries are always good. Sometimes their chicken be dry.

This Wendy's has delicious food and great service. The prices are affordable and the food is good quality.

The guy who took my order was great the entire visit. After I received my order I asked to use the restroom and he led me bathroom to unlock the door before I followed him I sat my order near the counter by the registers so I could goto the restroom without my food and when I came back that same employee had moved my order to where they keep the food near them for me without me asking, and as I was walking back had them ready for me. It was a simple but much appreciated act. I wish I knew his name.

Fast and friendly service. We ordered 3 $5.00 Combos the chicken nuggets and fries were warm. The hamburger was fresh off the grill yummy. The strawberry drink was delicious and not to sweet.

The newest Wendy's in town does not disappoint. Great service, tasty food, and cleaned up simple interior. Plenty of parking out front and I like the Coke Freestyle Machine. Options for booth, table, counter, or lounge type seating was kind of nice. Big TV for local news/sports as well if you're dining solo and need to zone out for a bit. Good addition to the neighborhood.

For about a year now I have been visiting this location, back in the days when we took dining in for granted. Two things that have not changed through these tough times stand out most, service and quality of food here. I'm always greeted with friendly people such as Zahdy. Everyone here seems happy despite times we are going tough. Thank you so much for your commitment to us! You guys are the best! Thank you Lanae.

Atif (in drive through) was so nice. Soda machine was not working and he nicely explained he couldn’t simply swap our sodas for shakes when I asked. Although I do believe Management should’ve set him up for success to honor the request of the customer (since it was their machine that wasn’t working), I believe that this caring, intelligent young man handled this with poise and grace. Just wanted to share that. Thank you, young sir.

I like Wendy's burgers and this Wendy's adds to my list of burgers done well and consecutively . I had a double no cheese or extras I wanted beef taste today and got beef yay! Manager runs a good place and employees are great clean soda fountain and ketchup counter tables also clean

The staff at this location have always been nice to us. We last went on New Years Day and the lady at the window was quite sweet. Couldn't have been easy having to work that day instead of staying home like so many others.

I want to give Lauren 5 stars.Because she has this sore throat and her voice sounds bad, but she's still working.And being positive

This is one of the Best and fastest Wendy's I have ever been to. No Wendy's in Georgia compares to this one. The food is hot and fresh, the vegetables on the burgers are the freshest I ever tasted. It's clean inside and all the employees are top notch, they are all so nice and friendly. Can't wait to get a craving for Wendy's again. The employees are very courteous and nice. The A rating should be A+++, it's very clean and the workers get out your orders the fastest I have ever seen. Keep all the workers because they make a great team.

I started driving to this location after having repeated issues at the "other" Wendy's (the one that's closer to my house). The app had a coupon for a free small Frosty with any purchase. I gotta admit, I'm addicted to their chocolate Frosties! I also got a large chili with onions and crackers. I stopped ordering cheese on my chili after I noticed it wasn't melting, no matter how hot the chili was. So, I don't know what Wendy's is putting in that cheese, but I don't want it, whatever it is, if it doesn't melt. The employee at the speaker was patient and kind. I was having trouble understanding him. When I asked him to repeat what he'd said, I noticed he spoke more slowly, and enunciated more. I really appreciated that. Sometimes, staff members become a little impatient if I can't understand them, or they can't understand me. But it happens! So, good job there! I can't find my receipt or I'd mention this guy's name to give him kudos. Chili was fine, typical Wendy's chili. My cat really liked the way it smelled, and wanted some. Chocolate Frosty was great! Why does it seem to taste better when it's free? I'll keep driving the extra distance to this location as long as they keep treating me well!

Busy location. Placed a mobile order and they were still working on it when we got to the pick-up window. Several people in line ahead of us so not sure if they might have been overwhelmed by other customers.

The food is great but even at night when there are hardly any cars it seems to take quite a while to get my order. Which sucks for me because I only get a 30 min lunch. But other than that food is good and service is good.

Baked potato is huge & filing. They accommodate their burgers and take out the meat. This is basically the only fast food drive thru place I can get food quickly for the whole family... a rarity for plant based eaters.

Wendy's on Sepulveda. Staff are capable and functional, if not charming. Seemed clean enough. Food was ok but not IN&O. Not even close except for the onion straws. Which were excellent.

The food was delicious as always but it took about twenty minutes to go through the drive thru. The three ladies I saw there were working hard, they just need more staff.

I go for the chili, but this time I got a small chicken sandwich off the value menu and let me tell you that sandwich was BLAND! I even tried to spruce it up with a little tomato and secret sauce at home but to no avail.

The service here is spotty. There has been one woman on drive thru at night who is rarely patient, and all I want to do is eat some good food after my hospital shift. Most everyone else is pleasant. The food is good, and speed of service is as expected.

Lunch time, drive thru was packed with cars. I was attended quick. Food was juicy and sinfully delicious. Wendy fed me, priced it right and got me to work on time. Even though i was 4 hrs late. I dig redheads and freckled chicks because of her service. Burgers from pigtailed redheads rock!!!!

Food was good and staff friendly. I got a root beer soda and it was terrible! It did not Taste like root beer. I will try the baconator again but I'm not sure if I will ever get a soda. Especially root beer from this location.

I drive pass this location almost everyday and I see this place is very busy and today was the day I wanted to try it. Food is amazing, people very friendly feels awesome, only draw back is that it was very warm in the dining room area. Thank you Wendy's for being part of this city and hope to see you soon. Super friendly, especially the order taker, and auper fast. You would receive five stars except you forgot to give me a spoon for my chocolate Frosty, and I didn't realize it until I was two miles away. So I had to wait for it to melt to be able to eat it.

As far as wendys goes, this is my go to one out of the 3 in the area. The employees here hustle and are friendly (although they put up with a lot). I regularly treat my kids to the kids meals here and use the app, never had an issue. Thank you and keep it up

The taco salad was good in exception for the fact that it had too much lettuce. Other than that everything else was great and we were provided extra condiments when requested which is awesome! Who doesn't love the extra salsa 🙂

Staff very rude. Not helpful at all. When asking questions they seemed to be irritated.

I.bought the $5 box, and while it fills up many people, I bought a large chili. The large chili resembled a small cup! Wendy's needs to do better with the large chili!

Food is good but the last 2 times Ive been there the kid at the register was rude and disrespectful. I'll keep going back though for the quality food.

I know it's new but personnel taking orders need more training, they took my order wrong and when paying they removes items off but made it seem like if they were doing me a favor lol

I have been getting the chili for years but now the prices are higher but there's less meat and more beans in the chili than before.

Food is good. You may or may not have to go through the drive up. I went at noon on a Tuesday and ordered inside (mask required, distancing, etc. About a week later I went and could not go one, only drive through. That time it was around 7:00 pm.

The chili is pretty good at Wendy's. Tonight I had the fish sandwich. First thing the fish was very hard I don't know if it was cuz it was over fried or what but it was hard and way too many pickles on it 3rd it was very dry there was not enough tartar sauce on the bun . So it was just a dry bun and a piece of hard dry fish . Other than that it was edible but I wouldn't get it again. And I hate to say it because I've always hated McDonald's. But the fish sandwich there is better than Wendy's.

Fancy location. Mostly Spanish spoken inside. Service fast and consistent. Unique design inside. Raspberry Pomegranate drink is way tooooo sweet.

We tried to use the drive thru on our bikes. They couldn't figure out how to deal with that, so we went inside. That is awkward in this pandemic. They weren't friendly but were professional. The food was good.

Great salads, I also got the bacon burguer, and forgot to tell the guy I don't eat mayo, bad mistake still hurts. But the southwestern chicken salad is amazing.

The jr Burger was good from when I first tried it a couple weeks ago, the number 6 biscuit cheese and bacon I ordered this morning turned into mush in my mouth could not swallow small bite had to spit it out on the road while I was driving on my way to work. Didn't taste good. Can't eat the rest going to throw it in the trash.

The food was good and the place was clean, a nice environment to enjoy with my family, but the service staff was rude and kept staring at my wife rudely while putting our order in, as if they were angry with her. Dave the founder made great food, but the service has sharply dropped since they are not personable and seems they are only there for a check. Daisy, the other day was rude and would not even let us exchange for toys our kids didn't have yet. Johnathan however was a knight in shining armor with his kind and polite demeanor. He deserves to be calling the shots as he understands good customer service and customer interaction and providing happiness to diners alike. Thought it was a good price but realized it's because it's a tiny burger. They just ought to be clear on the size. These are kids sized burgers. The single piece of tomato was as big as the meat. I'm not going to buy three of these when I can buy one at McDonald's. I'm not coming back.

Food here is okay but not as warm and fresh as the other Torrance location. Worst thing about this place is the horrible service that is extremely slow. Drive thru takes forever and it’s extremely slow even at non-busy times (at 9 PM they are taking over 10 minutes to get my food?). Only positives for this location are ample parking and inside is clean.

I think I'll stick with the Torrance Blvd location even though it's much farther away. I'm wondering if my chicken sandwich was microwaved. It was hotter in the middle and the lettuce was a bit wilty. I wanted to order a cookie sundae but the cashier told me they don't make them. It's still on the menu right behind the cashier and the cookies are next to the cashier. The cashier started to give me the wrong dressing. When I pointed it out, he said "Oh sh!t, my bad".

First time going to that location and i had a bad experience. I spent 15 minutes waiting on drive thru and 5 minutes more to get my order and they gave half of the cup with soda only. I asked the employee to fill it up and she look upset and told me that they didn't have more of that flavor. Then suddenly she said they have and it tasted like carbonated water. This never happened tome before at any other location. Never coming back there.

The burger tasted rotten & had a piece of hair in it☹️I had a mobile order & after 20+ min in drive-thru line I still had to park and wait another 10-15 min. Only to get out and go in to get it myself! The kids working there were all nice that's all I could say good about this place!

App discount didn't work and they said nothing they could do. No cars in line and I think that's the reason fries were limp and not fresh and burgers not hot and weren't great. Overall kind of disappointing. Not worth the calories this time. 😞

Got a chicken sandwich and a Dave's double combo. Burger was just ok but the chicken was way too salty and the chicken was lukewarm, like it was not freshly cooked. Only reason for the two stars was the delicious hot and fresh fries served with the combo. Probably will never go back.

Everything we come to Wendy's they are out of sodas. Today about half of the selections were not avail. Once they were out of about 80% of the flavors including coke!

Wendy's is good but not at this location whoever the cooks are needs to be fired asap the quality of food there giving out is not Wendys quality burnt Fry's the bacon was burnt on my jr bacon cheeseburger you forgot my order at first , the patty was ice cold I can go on, I'm furious fire the whole crew July 23 around 6:00pm thursday and when the manager comes to the window I had to tell her step by step what she forgot in my combo my Fry's ,my drink ,my honey mustard and still didn't get my honey mustard when I drove off

Everytime I ask for Baconator fries with no cheese sauce. Only 30% of the time they actually listen. So frustrating because most of the time I can’t tell there’s cheese sauce until I start eating it

I live behind this restaurant and they have delivery drivers at 5 a.m. and after 10 p.m., trucks that are loud and sit idling for hours. I hate this restaurant and will be filing a nuisance petition with the city.

Why is this the only Wendy's close to my house but has the WORST staff. They all seem like they hate their job and take it out on every customer. It's like a Wendy's full of Karen's as employees.

When doing food deliveries, they told me to go inside the store to pick it up after waiting nearly 10minutes in the drive through. I don't even order from them for myself personally because that's how they treat people.

Not really a fast food person but I love me a good Wendy’s Chili and jr Bacon. Came here late night and the food was old and cold.. disgusting! This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever had.

I worked in the food service industry for over ten years, we have come to this Wendy's multiple times since they opened and all I want to know is : why is our order always wrong? Something is always missing or the burger that I order plain for my picky kid is inevitably slathered in mayo. It shouldn't be that hard.

I had the WWORST experience ever at this Wendy's. I went through drive through and I was the 2nd car. When I pulled up to make my order the automated prompt said CLOSED. so I waited 10min or linger behind the car in front of me. When the car drove off I spoke to the employee and advised them that they stopped taking orders at 10:40 pm when your store hours qdvertise 11pm. He told me "I just work here". I asked for a manager and this woman said "we ran out of food". I asked for the store managers information and or the regional director information and she said can't help you. I will NEVER return to this store location. I have been here before and hate to wait very long times to be serviced in drive thru. One would think faster service with drive through but I guess thats not the case here either.

Will never come here again. There privately owned so there prices are not the same. There biggie bag meals are $9 compared to $6 everywhere else. Don't come here unless you like payingore

Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced .. not only did they give me half my order but they also didn't give me back my debit card or a receipt ! Luckily I opened my bag to nibble on my fries (which was not in the bag!) Then I went looking for my receipt and I didn't see my receipt and then I checked my wallet to see if I got my debit card back and I didn't get that back either so now I have to park and knock on the door because it was late... And I explain to the girl who I think was a night lead that I didn't get my fries ,receipt or my debit card she just slid the bag got my car gave it to me and walked away didn't say you know... I apologize for that or something... She said absolutely nothing.. I have worked with the public for 15 years Even if it wasn't you that made the mistake you as a lead/shift manager should offer some type of apology for your inconvenience.... I didn't want anything free just a simple "my bad ..have a good night"would have changed my whole perspective of the situation..

Went here at opening thru drive thru the person said welcome and what can I get for you as I proceeded to order no one responses. So I said hello a few times then drove around the manager walks up and tells me they are close I told them your signs says 7 am and it’s currently 701am he then proceeds to shake his head and close The window in my face the very rude and disgusting will not be going here again

I'm just going to State the fact.. they close at 11:00 p.m. I was there at 10:50 and I waited behind another car for 10 minutes to get my food..... as I approached the second window Dada the lady looked at me and said something in Spanish.. and looked around at the other girl maybe the manager working and she turned around and said we're closed sorry we close at 11:00 it was 11:00 wow wow wow..... Well I just hope that this business goes well I know because of me they won't lose anything just my respect

I won’t be back to this location. The burrito that is new wasn’t even wrapped closed- was open in bag. The breakfast burger was super tiny. Between that and the potential for surge pricing. I don’t recommend. Hope I don’t get sick now.

I used to like this location until about 8 months ago when I contracted H Pylori (a bacterial infection) , the infection almost killed me I spent three weeks at the hospital I contacted the corporate (insurance department) or something to that effect and tried to contact the store manager she said back then she was too busy, the insurance guy said "they" will contact me back with an answer, and nothing happened. needless to say I haven't been back to a Wendy's ever since.

They ignore you when you're there, they act like they don't see you. the staff is rude including management. they always missing stuff like milk, fries, and sources. they always take the wrong orders and I asked to correct the order they said I did and they laughed. no apology. and they didn't put kids' milk and source I asked and they laughed again. this is not the first they always do that. horrible and terrible restaurant employees and manager. wish they work there forever so I can't see them at other fast food restaurants.
