The tastiest burger I have ever had in all my travels and I've eaten a lot of burgers. Close to the beach but not too crowded for lunch or dinner. Friendly and attentive waitresses.

Our young family had a nice lunch. Nice grilled hot dogs. Wasn't busy, and service was very attentive and aiming to please.

Took a break from volleyball today kuz I was famished!!! Ended up at Burger Craze where I had the tastiest Burger I've had in a long long time! Stephanie was awesome and helped me out with the menu. Wish I brought enough money for a cold beer but sadly it'll have to wait till next time......

We've passed this place a many times. I thought it was just another burger joint, it turned out to be so much more. Enjoyable experience! We ate here yesterday for lunch came back today for rock shrimp. Definitely worth stopping in. They have great people that deliver great service with a smile. Thanks

Ate here while staying at the Wyndham. By far the best bang for your buck on the beach. Ordered the Big Kahuna with magic sauce. Who thought, pineapple on a burger would be awesome. Burgers for 6 dollars, 7 dollars, can't beat it. Highly recommend.

This place was awesome. The food was phenomenal. They let us bring our dog on the patio. Stephanie our sever was super nice and we tried out a new menu item before ut was published on the menu bc we hsd an advertisement for it. The chef checked on us. We will go back again.

Burgers were delicious - french fries were served hot and crisp and the onion rings were also terrific. Lobster bisque soup was excellent! Prices - very reasonable.

Hands down, best burger ( mushroom swiss) I've ever had! Strawberry mint margarita was great too. Tracy was our waitress and was excellent 😊

I had a much needed vacation last weekend and visited Burger Craze twice while I was there. Food was excellent and the staff were even better especially the manager Maria. She was constantly on the move checking in with patrons to make sure they were well taken care of and even went so far as hopping behind the bar to show a new hire how to make me a specialty drink that was not on the menu. Entire experience was amazing.

2021 Update: I’ve come here every year since my original post and I STILL will recommend this place every time. The food was really good and not expensive at all. Decent sized menu as well for a burger place. Drinks weren't expensive plus you can get a souvenir glass. The place was fun and the waitress, Lisa, was awesome. Friendly, fun, nice, energetic, and got the order 100% right. I'm actually from Cincinnati so I'm just visiting but I TOTALLY recommend this place. I'll def be back next year.

Some of the best burgers I've ever had. The waitress was absolutely amazing and friendly. The drinks and food were just absolutely amazing. There were so many options that it was so hard for us to just choose one thing.

Amazing! My group waited an hour for our wings and 20 minutes for each round of beers. I never got my main course salad and had to ask for my chili after an hour and a half. Never got the salad, had them take it off and said forget about it. One of my friends never got his fries and my other friend got a veggie burger when he ordered a beef burger. Not much was actually done correctly but we were able to walk right in with no wait, which might be telling in itself.

Had a wonderful afternoon at Burger Craze. Sat outside as the temperature was perfect and enjoyed some sliders and beverages of the adult variety. Maria was amazing! She responded quickly to inquiries regarding the order and was very hospitable. Enjoyed our time!

The burger is good. The server was kind, it took a little bit of time and maybe service had some kinks to work out but overall the food was really good, the staff was kind, the location was great, it was clean, the prices were good. I am glad to have found it.

The manager Mike is very attentive and wants everyone to have a good time.I will say there were 2 negative things: 1. The service was a bit slow and although it didn't bother us it would probably annoy some and 2. The server Lovelie wrote down everyone at out tables order and never put my boyfriends fGelato. But Mike stepped in and got the food out to him promptly. On the night we went, it was Latin night. They had a really good live DJ and Hispanic themed food which was really good. They also had 6 dollar margaritas which we took full advantage of. I had birria tacos(as seen in the video) and strwberry cheesecake gelato. It was my first time there but I'd definitely go back.

I saw the negative reviews about wait time for food, but we had a LARGE group that included a hockey team of 12 year old, and the entire staff was very accommodating - especially for a Friday night. The food wait time wasn't bad at all for a large group. Our burgers were fantastic and the beer was cold. Thanks to all of the staff for handling our group of about 40.

Our server was extremely helpful and courteous, and the food was delivered quickly and correctly. A member of our family has food allergies and they took great care in verifying multiple times. Overall burger ratings of 5/5, Parmesan Truffle fries were off the charts, and their shakes are wonderful! Overall very positive which is a nice surprise considering the historical reviews. Im glad we took the risk.

Fun Friday night happy hour ! Burger Craze has a chill vibe with live music and indoor and outdoor seating. The space is larger than it appears from the outside. We ordered the corn dog and the loaded Nachos. How can you beat a corn dog for $2.50? I was surprised at how reasonable their regular priced items were as they are part of the hotel. Their hamburgers are $9 on the regular menu & that's what I pay for the happy hour burgers at places in Mizner. The music was nice addition. The restaurant was packed but it didn't seem crowded because the tables are spaced far apart & the space is open and airy. The Manager, Mike, was awesome! Great place for a relaxed evening!

Stopped in recently and thought the food, and service at the bar was really good. The Mahi sandwich was a little expensive with all the add on’s but it was really good! Really Good! I thought the prices for drinks was reasonable and I would definitely go back. I would have given it 5 stars but I feel like the beer taps could definitely use a cleaning. They weren’t the worst I’ve tasted but they do need a good flush guys. Still a really nice location with good prices. If Burger Craze messages me back after they clean the taps I’m happy to stop in and change my review to 5 stars. Still a recommend location and I have to go back and try the lobster bisque regardless. The bartender on 12/4/21 at 6-8pm did a great job.

A good casual dining restaurant in Deerfield Beach to come with kids. They will love the burgers, hot dogs and loaded nachos. Additionally, if you want a low calorie option you can create your own burger replacing the bun by lettuce wrap or a gluten-free bun. The location is really nice. It has a relaxed atmosphere.

Perfect little spot right near the beach , right in the main drag . They offer inside and outside seating , which is great if you walk off the beach and just want to grab a bite. The staff were friendly , but they took a while for them to come over initially . So if you are looking for a good lunch spot right near the beach this place won't disappoint .

This is a great option for a casual bite and for being outdoors. Perfect for just hanging out and people watching. Our server and the wait staff were all friendly and welcoming. The best part about this place is actually the milkshakes. They are soooo yummy which surprised me a bit. ( We had the cookies and crepe shake) Burger and fries were pretty solid. Also had a Caesar salad too which was fine. I’ll definitely come back!

My family and I checked out Burger Craze today for the first time. The menu is set up really well, you can pick your base burger then choose from a bunch of different flavor/topping options. I had the Turkey Burger with Kimchi - it was very delicious! They have a small kids menu which was great for my two children. We will definitely be back soon!

Right by the beach which is nice. You can sit outside and wear your swimming suit. They have beef (Angus and Kobe), turkey, grilled chicken, and veggie burgers as options. They also have various hot dogs on the menu. They are pricey though, probably due to location. Fries, onion rings, etc. are added at seperate costs.

The sweet potato waffle fries are great...loaded tater tots and chicken sandwich was good. Staff is nice...sodas were watered down though but other than that all good. We will be back

Had a great burger. Only negative was the singer who has a great voice but the music so loud that conversation with my wife was impossible. I like music in the background not forced at me so that i was a forced victim.

You're not getting the best burger, just an average one, but well worth the price. You get a bit of an ocean view, can sit out on the patio, and enjoy the weather. Best part is the price, very reasonable with $7 and $8 burgers, and hot dogs even cheaper. Service was good and friendly. Definitely recommend for lunch, especially if you're on the beach looking for food.

Not a bad place to hit after a morning at the beach. It is a pretty laid back atmosphere and the wait stuff don't bother you. Just grab a menu, sit down and give them a wave when ypu are ready. I prefer the Magic Burger personally. The sweet potato fries are legit as well. I wasn't a big fan of the tuna, but honestly, I should have ordered a burger. I think it was more me being disappointed that I wasn't enjoying a delicious burger like the rest of my family at the table. About 6 of us usually go and we have never had a bad experience.

The food was great. The service was great. We sat outside and it was great. The only reason I knocked 1 star off is bc I ordered my sandwich to be on lettuce and they brought it on a bun. The burgers were delicious and the chili cheese fries and parmesan truffle fries were delicious! We ordered a coke and diet coke and they were cans of pop poured into glasses with paper straws.

Visited for lunch (ate in) and had take out the next day. Food was delicious, portions good and service great. Our server for lunch was a young red headed girl and she was fabulous. Very friendly and helpful. Saturday evening for take out she was there again and again delivered the same friendly service. There was another young lady as well originally fron Long Island and she too was so friendly. If you’re in Deerfield on vacation, Definitely recommend visiting this establishment based on the service provided by these two staff members.

So much potential......The food is decent. My burger would have been really good, but they were so sparse with the toppings it just tasted like a plain cheeseburger. The hot dogs were really good, but served lukewarm. The sweet potato fries were really good! Now the huge issue - the service. We were there for almost 2 hours for dinner. The food took forever. In fact, 3 tables got up and walked out after ordering because it was taking so long. It wasn't very busy so I'm not sure what the issue was. It's in a great spot near the Deerfield Beach pier, connected to the Wyndham.

I honestly hate writing negative reviews. I came here a year ago and was blown away by their service, food, and prices. They used to have ths Kabuna burger (among other signature burgers) that came with fries on the side. It seems like their menu has been revamped because now you BYOB (build your own burger), starting at $7.50 and then you pay depending on toppings. Theze burgers DO NOT come with fries. This is the first place I have been to that doesnt have fries come with burgers. We spent $27 on 2 burgers and 1 side order of fries. Not only that but the service wasnt the greatest as we waited almost 30 minutes to receive our bill. Also thwy have live entertainment which was too loud to even tbink, communicate, or enjoy a good night out. There were no tables out of close proximity to the entertainment. We left the place with a headache. I was so excited coming back here after a year...but i dont think i will return

Burgers were nothing amazing. Sides were cold and flavorless also took awile to serve for an empty Friday afternoon at 2pm. My bf and I eat burgers all the time and we were disappointed. Good staff though.

The waiter was super nice and funny. It’s a nice place I went there for a New Years dinner. We spent $62 on 3 people not that bad for a place next to the beach except I didn’t like the food that garlic Parmesan chicken wings were not good, and my burger was literally raw. When they brought me a new buyer the bun was burnt. And DONT GET THE CHILI CHEESE FRIES The Fries are cold on the inside and checkers chili’s cheese fries taste better also my burger was tasteless. They need to season it. ALSO IS IT JUST ME OR DO THE BURGERS LOOK DISAPPOINTING WHEN THEY BRING IT TO YOU. Went there on a beautiful Sunday night. Live music was great, wait staff was around and attentive, but food was o.k. Kobe beef sliders came without the scallions and garlic aioli and dirty wings were fatty and came without blue cheese. Also had to ask for napkins. I might go for music and drinks, but probably not food again.

Good: The food, the location, atmosphere, friendly waitresss. Bad: The food, menus were sticky, chairs are too low. Honestly Five Guys had a much better burger.

It hurts that I can't say the service was great. The server was an awesome dude, funny, attentive, and kept drinks real full 😂. We walked in with 11 and thrybsested us right away, drinks were slow to show, and food was even worse. Four of the orders came out wrong. Will walk across to flanigans next time.

Nice hangout spot to have a couple drinks after a stroll on the beach. Food is average nothing the would be a craving. If you have all the patience in the world and don’t mind spending your vacation at a restaurant for a decent amount of your day this would be the place. Priority was only shown in the beginning then fell off. I would recommend more staff, attentive staff at that matter, and a staff that isn’t afraid to help each other out. If the staff worked cooperatively my experience would have been better.

This review I really struggled with giving 2 or 3 stars. Was in the mood for a turkey burger and being new to the area with friends visiting from NY, we hit the downtown. We walked in to the hostess stand and waiting for about 3/4 minutes to get the attention of the woman. We sat right by the stand and heard EVERY STAFF CONVERSATION. Our server (albeit polite) was TERRIBLE, probably the worst service I’ve ever received. Everything took twice as long as it should have since he was too busy chatting with the hostess. At one point, we heard the servers talking about how no one would run food and OUR food was ready in the kitchen. 5 minutes later, our server stops his conversation to go get our food which we knew was ready. The food however was awesome, our burgers and drinks were all delicious. I’ll certainly be back but I’ll be sitting at the bar, he seemed to provide good service.

Food is good....when available!! When I called for info, no one answered. I even called from inside the restaurant and still no one answered!! Waiter was clueless on wine and happy hour. It’s like he started that day!! Ordered rock shrimp and he came back and said out of it. Ordered shrimp bada bong and he said no shrimp. Rock shrimp and regular shrimp are not the same!! As I said, food is good when they have it and that’s why they get at least 3 stars from me!:)

Casual comfortable atmosphere. We didn't order food, so I didn't want to distort the rating by giving it 5 stars. We were walking by and saw a sign that said something like 'infused milkshakes' - we knew that meant boozy milkshakes, so HAD to stop in. They had a decent selection, so we choose our milkshake and had a shot of rum in it. YUMMMY!

This is a weird review. I will start off by saying John Taffer would have shut this place down instantly. There were only 2 people working, one of which was also the bartender. There was tension between the 2 working. The service was very slow ( which we expect leaving NY). The table across from us was given raw chicken fingers for their 5 year old. The dad brought it back to the kitchen and a new one was never brought out because they thought they didn't want more. So we at this point had very low expectations. Our waitress was EXTREMELY distracted while taking our orders. Again only 2 people taking orders so not her fault. Our food took a very long time to come out. We were charged for things that weren't given. There was what looked like a manager but he didn't seem to be much help. People walked away from the bar because they sat to long before getting any attention. Burgers were VERY well done. Most likely won't return here.

Serves was horrible and the food was only so so . One of our orders was forgeten and came 10 minutes after the rest of the food. No manager visited to apologize and an 18 % gratuity was added on for 4 adult and 2 kids.

An average burger. Servers fighting over table territory, very slow. Waiter was pretty buzzed on something and couldn't focus on what he was doing, said something about there only being one cook. Had a long wait but this place is on a busy corner and good place to watch people but as far as food, pass this one up. They need management.

Great atmosphere. Terrible food. Been here 3 times and its always very bad eats. Drinks are decent but way over priced. 10 bucks for a tequilla soda lime (1800). Service is very high strung and constantly in a rush. Food was really not good. I cant say enough how bad that food was.

Food is just ok but the service is bad. Ordered some chili fries (spicy)as an app when they finally arrived we still hadn't got our drinks. Asked the bartender who was standing there doing nothing for some Water and he told us to wait for our server (unbelievable). Took over an hour to get our mediocre meal and it wasn't busy.

Timing is a disaster in that place, 1 hour for the food to be served, we had to ask 3 different waiters for the check and at the end my husband had to go directly to the cashier spot. My wife and I visited this restaurant with our toddler daughters for a nice little late night dinner. It was a to go order. My wife tried multiple times to call the establishment and make a to go order, but after trying for about 10 minutes, no one ever answered the phone. She then walked down with our girls from the hotel room to go and place the order. She was met by a waitress who said the reason they didn’t answer was because they were busy however there was less than 10 customers in the restaurant. My wife places the order and is told it might take a little while. We return 45 minutes later and the food was still not ready. The bartender then finds the waitress and goes into the kitchen to see if it is ready. She then returns with our order but it is missing the girls food and my sandwich was made incorrectly and missing sauce. I was handed a bill without the missing items and while waiting for the new food, I pay the bill that was handed to me assuming the manager was taking care of the missing item. However she returns with a new bill paid, which I never saw, charging the missed item. Also the manager who was working chose to watch baseball and sit at the bar rather than making sure everything with our order was correct and pleasing the customer. Finally, we return to our room and the sandwich that was missing the sauce didn’t even have the silverware to apply it myself. Overall, a really poor experience from both the waitstaff and management. They need to improve their customer service and communicate with the customer.

Amazing burgers. 10/10 and same price as Burgerfi but even better if that's possible. Juicy and fresh. If you're craving a big, hearty burger then this is the place for you. Updated review Oct. 2019: Burgers are decent at best. Reasonable prices. Staff is friendly and if you go during the day when the place is empty then your experience is great. That's what I did the first time. Since then, I have returned three times and each time I was disappointed. The burger was never as good as the first time, the staff was still friendly but very messy and disorganized. It seems like we have the same conversation with the manager every time (because she is the one who ends up being our waitress). It goes: "oh the other staff doesn't listen, there are too many people here today, we are doing our best, no one pays attention when I tell them to do something!" Things like that. If you cannot run your restaurant, I do not believe that the staff is the issue. Whenever she is not there everything runs very smoothly and the experience is great. The restaurant is never overcrowded with people. Definitely not enough to be overwhelmed the way they are. Overall, not worth the hassle, the drive, or the pay for parking. I end up paying an hour or two extra every time I go because they take absolutely forever to bring the food out because they are "overwhelmed" (disorganized) and then get the order wrong. All I can say is that their Piña Coladas are amazing and only $5 if you can stop by while walking along the beach.

Great wait staff, unfortunately they had to also be hosts, take orders for pickup, bus tables, make drinks and were completely overloaded. Kitchen was also completely overloaded with nearly 50 min wait time. There was a manager that just looked completely lost, not helping the wait staff or speaking with the guests. Food was pretty bad when it came out, parts way overcooked, parts way undercooked.

The bartender did a great job. But... For a place called "Burger Craze" I was COMPLETELY unimpressed! I ordered the Carolina burger. It was described with bacon, onion ring, cheese and North Carolina barbecue sauce. Sounds delicious! There was no barbecue sauce on the burger. The onion ring was the size of a half dollar and it was hardly a half of slice of thin cut bacon. Other people in our group had similar experience with their burgers. The burger and bun itself was good but the toppings were pathetic at best. I wouldn't go back to this place with a half price groupon. Which is what took me there in the first place.

This place customer service was a joke. I walked in and was told to sit anywhere but there was no place to sit. Not because the place was packed but because the tables weren't clean. 5 mins standing for someone to clean the table. Then the waitress in our section walked passed us not once but twice and clearly saw we were waiting for menus. Never going there again. I'll wait the 30 mins for a table at FLANIGANS.

Just had a burger from here! Very bland and the Beef definitely isn’t fresh! Waste of 14 dollars, McDonald’s burger has more flavor than burger craze

1 star for the pína coladas. I love pína coladas and decided to stop here while hanging out near the beach. The drink was absolutely terrible. I couldn't drink it. Did not taste like a pína. It had a thick syrupy taste drowned with sugar.

On vacation and just stopped here. Party of 4 and none of us were offered refills for our drinks the entire time we were there. The Mac and Cheese balls were dry and terrible. They tasted like straight grease. The $6 loaded tots were very small and not worth the price. Very disappointing and would not recommend to my family or friends.

We never got to try a thing the two times we have been. The first time we spent 15 minutes waiting for anyone to come to the table. This was actually 15 real minutes on a watch. We finally got up bewildered and went to a seafood place called the Whale's Rib. The second time, today, we saw an add for a free margarita with a burger. Decided to give it a try again. We got there and a guy was about to play his set so we decided to choose one of the available hi-boy seats. We had my mother-in-law with us. We got to a seat and some woman said, "No baby. This table is reserved!" in a fairly unpleasant manner. She definitely worked there and was not very nice to others as we were walking out. We looked at each other and I said, "never again." We ended up at place called BurgerFi instead. Had three burgers that tasted awesome and went to Kilwins for ice cream. This is my first review for Google reviews, but as a former server for almost 6 years during school, I do not think I have ever been rude or willingly ignored tables and have not had this at all here in South Florida. There are several awesome placed near the beach, this is not one of them

Ceaser salade was excellent but it took one hour to arrive to my table and the restaurant wasn't really busy. French fries was order for apetizer and to be eaten with burger but arrive when we ware all done.. for desert! Invoice 35$... not worth it... I would feel sorry to let client pay after I left them wait for so long...

It's was Sunday at 5:30pm and there were only 5 customer at the bar and our (me and my husband) hamburger took 30 minutes and I got the wrong order. I don't recommend this place and the "easy" egg was well done. Employees don't care.

Service, though friendly, was EXTREMELY slow. We arrived and there was maybe 15 people there, 6 of them was one family. I should have known by the family's forlorn faces and the children's desperate eyes glued to the kitchen door that we were doomed. We waited 30 minutes for 2 drinks and then we got up and walked when we still hadn't received them.

Do not waste your money or your time coming here. I ordered the Carolina Jack burger that had a star next to it for "award winning." The burger came with ONE onion ring on it, no bbq sauce, and the fries weren't hot? I showed the burger to my server who shrugged his shoulders and said, "that's how it comes; if you wanted a side of onion rings you should have ordered it." I wasn't expecting a side of onion rings, but one... and no bbq sauce?... and cold fries?... yikes! Well needless to say I wont be back.

Food took +1hr (after we initially waited more then 20 minutes for someone to notice us and get the order) and when they finally brought the food , we had 2 burgers missing from the order. Okay food, TERRIBLE management! KATE is who we dealt with. Went there for the 1st & LAST time this weekend. There was only 5 other tables, yet it took 20 minutes to even be acknowledged. Then it took over 40 minutes for our food, including our appetizer, and all I had was a salad (that didn't even have any meat)! The waiter kept apologizing and reassuring that the food was on the way, but after it clearly wasn't, we were offered a discount on our check, so we stayed. Check came, no discount and we were told it was because we didn't send any food back?! My daughter was starving and I would've eaten my shoe at that point, so are you kidding me? They offered then retracted, and we hadn't even asked, even though that would've been the decent thing for them to do! Never experienced anything like it. Will never return! Worst customer service ever experienced and I'm still baffled by the manager. 2 thumbs down!!

Terrible! Our waiter was Shawn,he did his best to make our dinning experience good. We tipped him well because he had no control over the kitchen. Our order was wrong,the french fries were cold. Too small of a dinning area. Felt like we were dinning with the the rowdy table next to us and with debating two men sitting behind us at the bar. I had a headache when we finally left.

Today my fiancé and I decided we’d give this spot a try for the first time. We waited to be seated for quite a while. There were only 3 people working, a man who appeared to be the manager, one server and a bartender who was also trying to take orders and wait tables, while making drinks at the bar. We waited for our table, the “manager” cleaned the table and as we were standing waiting to be seated, a couple came up and asked for the table. The “manager” informed them the table was already taken. The couple began to boo him and gave him thumbs down so he went ahead and gave them our table knowing we were next in line, standing and waiting. When I asked him why were we skipped and our table given to someone who came after us, he replied “I thought you’d just sit at the bar.” We left. We will not be back. Poorly staffed and no consideration. No thanks.We ended up going up the road to Charm city burger spot. They never disappoint.

I went with 4 other lady friends. Server was very friendly. We had some special requests, such as well done, rare, no bun, different cheese, no cheese, etc. Most of us did not get the right food, which was taken away. Then we had to wait for new food. Some of the second food received was also wrong. Even the dessert, lava cake, was cold. In the end, the manager did not charge us for the meal. That was the only good thing that happened.

If you want Nachos by the beach, they're good. If you want anything else through my experience I don't recommend it. Our first experience of the night was our severs lack of knowledge regarding alcohol. When I asked for something that specifically wasn't an IPA that she recommended, I was brought an IPA (not a big deal but that's where it continued to get worse). The Nachos we're good so much so we had fellow customers come up asking if it was good and complaining to us that they wish they bought that because of their burgers were dry (this was 3 separate parties mind you.) Regardless of their warning I decided to get a Medium rare burger. It was all pink on the inside and made me sick 30 minutes later for a whopping $20! (I got the customized burger). Awful experience. My parenter was reluctant due to the customers bad reviews and got a ice burge lettuce salad with Mahi. Even she was disappointed. They brought out the wrong toppings on her salad, the fish was dry and the lettuce was only a head of Ice burge lettuce chopped in half! (no we didn't ask for a wedge salad or anything like that she said a chopped salad specifically and that's what they did). It may have just been the staff that night, but we were heavy spenders on our vacation and man this place ruined our night at the beach. I wish we had our money back for everything except the nachos.

I've had one good experience and one terrible experience. On my good experience, the onion rings were the best I've ever had and the service good - the guy was very sweet. He was very attentive and checked on us multiple times. On my second trip here, I'll note that there were only 3 tables being serviced (so not busy at all). The piña colada's were watered down - basically a virgin ice cubed water. My burger has mustard on it but was supposed to be BBQ sauce. I would have told the waitress, however she disappeared for 30 minutes. I decided after waiting around for her, that I would just eat it. Then we waited around to pay - I went to the bar to ask for the check because it had been 15 minutes of waiting for our waitress (just for the check) but was completely ignored by the bartender. After 5 minutes of waiting for the bartender to acknowledge my presence, another patron helped me out (who was obviously a regular and knew the bartenders name). The bartender was annoyed at me for bugging him about a check. The waitress FINALLY arrived with the check - again, 30 minutes without seeing her. I have never had service this bad, ever. From the waitress, to the bartender, to no one else even being around to even help when the waitress sucked. It's the only time I have ever considered just walking out of the restaurant without paying. And no, I definitely did not tip my usual 25%. I will never come to this restaurant again and would not recommend it.

Service was horrible. Sat at a table and waited 20 minutes for someone to come and say "I'll get someone for you". Waited about 5 minutes more then moved ourselves to another table. Waited another 7-10 minutes. Finally a waiter came. Our burgers were very similar to homemade (and I don't say that as a compliment). Nothing special at all. Can't believe they won a burger championship. Must have been someone else cooking at the competition. The one good thing about this place was the DJ on Sunday afternoon. I think his name was Decade.

My fiancee and I came here. Seemed like a nice place. They had a party so wait for food was a little longer which is understandable. Completely understaffed, took 10 minutes just to get the menu and check. Food is highly priced with very small sizes and portions. Unfortunately it was not the best experience.

Terrible... probably the worst burger we ever had... the waiter was nice but the cook should just retire... all three burgers were asked medium and all were cooked well done to burnt... no flavor at all and the toppings were minimum... just awful ... no wonder every place was busy but them... and it took over an hour to get our food that’s the reason we didn’t just return it... and they said it was on special three times because of the World Cup but ended up not being g on special !!! Don’t waste your time here!

Went there twice in one week. (Local Flavor Certificates) Service was very slow the first time and they got our order wrong on three meals out of eight. Ok mistakes happen. Second time just my wife and I in the restaurant. The server was very attentive and nice but both of our meals came out wrong. The server apologized and said the cook is very crabby. Again we were the only people in the restaurant. Time to get a new cook maybe.

Just tried this place for the second time. And when I say tried thats because for the second time I walked out before food was served. My last attempt was founders day 2019. So my wife and I decided we'd try again and figured the hour and 15 mins we had before had to be somewhere would give them ample time to get us served and out the door. We sat and about 10 mins after we sat we placed our full order. Drinks came out and even got finished for a second round to be ordered. It was then that I realized it had been almost 20 mins and let my wife know we were going to be in a time crunch if the food didn't come out soon. It was 10 mins later when the weather turned and I left to get our vehicle and said to cancel my food. 5 mins after I left the food came out. My wife and MIL tried their food and both were dissatisfied. And as soon as it hit the table they asked for boxes because at this point it almost 40 mins since we sat and they didn't feel they could eat and make it to where we had to be. Not once did the server (danielle) even ask if something was wrong or why the food was basically being packed to go or why I had left the restaurant. So bad service and bad food. Make your own choices as to whether you wanna waste your meal here when there are way better choices all within walking distance.

Overall poor service. The night started good with the host seating our party right away. The waiters took our orders promptly, but that is when things started to fall apart. When taking out orders (we all order burgers), the waitress asked what side we wanted. Now normally a side would come with the $10 burgers, however, each side was about $4.50 extra. The way the waitress asked us, it would have seemed as if the sides came with the burger, but they don’t. Throughout our dinner, water was refilled twice, but only on one side of our table. The other side got no water. When the burgers came out, many of us had order them medium or medium-rare, however almost every single one was well-done. We only saw the waitress when we took our order and she never came back to the table after that (different waiters brought our food out and the host “refilled” the water). After we finished, we waited about 20 minutes for the check, but the waitress never brought it. One of us had to go find the waitress and ask for the check. She brought it and we paid and about 10 minutes later she brought the receipt. Overall, horrible experience and would not recommend.

We went here a few weeks ago (5/14/2022) while visiting Florida. I honestly started writing a review before even leaving the restaurant because it was just an awful experience. When we first arrived there was 2 tables sat and some people at the bar, we had a a group of 6, but 3 of those are kids (2,4&5). We waited about 10 min to be sat and then it was another 20 before the waitress came by to tell us she would be back to take our drink order, we waited another 20 for us to get the drink order taken. As we were waiting there was another two person table sat and then a large group of women half at the bar and half at the table. The waitress didn’t give us the kids drinks until about 40 min later and she first gave them to another table. We waited an hour and 45 min for our food. I understand being short staffed, like I get it but the huge group of women all got their food before we did and they came at least 20 min after us. We also ordered 5 ranches and the waitress told us there was no way the kitchen would actually bring them out when they brought the food so she got us 5 ranches, well when the food came out the kitchen did bring 5 ranches. So we obviously didn’t use all of them but they were open cups and when we were paying the waitress asked if we had used them because she could reuse them 🤮 it was just a horrible experience . They also had a half patio half inside and we were sitting like half inside in front and half outside and the guys at the table behind us were smoking cigarettes the whole time. It was so hard to enjoy a meal with that nasty smoke. Would not recommend..

The worst place to eat I have ever met. The service is terrible, they take more than an hour to serve with only 5 tables occupied. The chicken was served burned, the burrito full of noodles is the cheapest I have ever eaten. If you want to eat badly and leave in a bad mood, you can go to this place. El peor lugar para comer que he conocido. El servicio es pesimo tardan mas de una hora para servite con tan solo 5 mesas ocupada. El pollo nos sirvieron quemado, el burrito lleno de noodles de maruchan es lo mas barato que me he comido. Si desean comer mal y salir de mal humor, pueden ir a este lugar.
