I had the stuffed crust cheese pizza, it was a perfect mix of cheese and dough. The workers there were very friendly and attentive, one of the workers saw I ran out of napkins and ran over and gave me some. Felt like I was at a 5 star pizza restaurant. By far the best little Caesars location in the world.(i've been to many around the states and even in South America!)

Area not so great but not too many little Caesars opened so we opted to stop by on the way home. Bargain pizza if you want something quick and their pizza has to be left in the oven a little longer for a crispier taste.

When I lived on Madison Ave I went to this little Caesar's maybe every other month and shopping there yesterday was great. Other times were okay but this time the pizza had a lot more flavor the cheese and everything on the crust just melted in my mouth and while chewing the mixture of the crust and the toppings was like eating a yummy lasagne.

Ordered two Box Set Pizzas from this location. My pizzas were well cooked and fresh. I enjoyed the cheese sticks most of all. Thank you to this location.

Little Caesars on promotions is great value for food. The $5 lunch combo is my go to if possible. Other prices have gone up so you have to adjust if it’s worth it based on other options. Overall it’s good value for a single pie compared to other franchises. They’ve not messed up my orders in all the times I’ve orders here so the guys here are cool.

Had to wait a little for my takeout and restaurant refused to change my order even though I had called to modify earlier.

1 star to service because my last 2 orders they made the same mistakes, send my order incomplete.

They "changed" the name. No longer franchising? When their stock runs out, I doubt they'll continue to taste like Little Caesar's pizza. Could be better, could be worse. Stat tuned.

Do not order from this location if you can avoid it. The service is horrible, ordering ahead doesn’t even save you time. The workers themselves are not rude, just no sense of awareness or care that their service is lacking. If I ever get a craving for Little Caesars in the near future, I would order from another location.

I called from Colorado because some ordered pizza from this store in New York with my online account. They didn't care or try to fix it so my guess is it was someone at this store!!!!!

Everything has gotten worse. From the taste to paying for the bad food that's going into your stomach. It seems like the food from the restaurants are getting worse and the prices for it are going up.

I went last night with a friend to get a couple of pies and witnessed both employees making the pizzas without gloves on. One the female was working the register and handling money without washing her hands after preparing several pies. After she finished at the register she went back to make pizzas without washing her hands nor putting on gloves. Is this not against OSHA rules?

I came in the pizza store at about 6:20 pm. I ask the young man at the counter "do you have any pizza ready" he said " yes". He then gave me the pizza from a holding cabinet. I paid for the pizza he didn't give me a receipt. I took a look at the pizza and to my surprise the pizza was not properly cook. I asked to have the pizza be put back in the oven so that it can be properly cook. Another employee came to me and said "how do I know it's not properly cook. I told him to have look at it. He then reply that " I should eat the pizza first before I can say that it's not cook". I find that comment to be rude and not in line with company goal as to customer satisfaction. I do enjoy Little Cesar pizza however it's CUSTOMER SERVICE is less then desirable. In closing "CONSUMER" beware.

The service there is trash. I ordered cheesy bread and a cheese pie two people come in after me and the dam girl gives cheesy bread to one person plus a cheese pie to the other. Then going to tell me mine isn’t ready. Took my money and went to dominoes for better pizza and a shorter wait. Little caeser will never get any of my money again.

They’re so slow with trying to take orders and making the food. And when they finally make the food after waiting for a long period of time it isn’t even good.

This pizza is awful and toxic. I ordered from them last night and the hot and ready boxset was delivered ice cold 20 min late. I vomited up the vile dough 3 times last night. When i called for a refund the next day, the dirty dothead told me to call Grubhub bc there was nothing she could do.

Horrible service with Caesars and horrible service with Buckeyefoodhub. I ordered online at 630pm, it said 45 minutes delivery time. I paid a $9 delivery fee and $3 service fee. At 715pm order was cancelled without any explanation or reason. I called buckeyefoodhub customer service number, the first time they hung up after 5 minutes. I called back again, waited 5 minutes to leave a voice mail that no one ever called back. Phone number to restaurant is disconnected. What is this a scam? What happened to my food? Why does it take 4 days for a refund?

I'm a PS worker n they wouldn't let me use their bathroom, claimed they didn't have 1, so what do the employees do? Hold it for 6-8 hrs??? Ordered 1 pepperoni n 1 cheese, got 2 pepperoni, wouldn't complain, except that the vegetarian's got none! My fault for not checking. Pizza sucked it!!! Definitely not how they used to taste!!!

Place is going DOWN IN quality and quantity! A pie cost now 6.99$ here!! Unbelievable. What happened to the 5$ pizza? Also they have them NEVER hot and ready! Even when you call ahead! Since they switched manager its going from bad to worse!

Trust me, the price isn’t worth it. The pizza is undercooked, the cheese sticks are dry, the crazy sticks are bland. Just no. Spend the extra $5 on a nicer place or get frozen.

My friends know I’m a die-hard little Caesar’s fan. This location is the first bad experience I’ve ever had. Still love little Caesar’s, just not this location. I don’t know how the in person experience is, but won’t order from this place again. Pizza arrived cold.

I never leave reviews, but man are things unfortunately so terrible at this location. They only allow delivery through food apps, so unless you want another $5-7 in charges and fees, you can’t order pickup. The store is full of people and orders take 45 minutes to get done. I trusted the person took the order right since I was showing him a photo and when time came they had made the wrong pizza. I had waited so long that I just took the pizza. Hope things get better, but won’t be returning here. Don’t understand how they close, reopen and now they are worse than before.

There is something up with this location. They have been temporarily closed on all delivery apps for a week now, no one answers the phone, and ordered last week and they cancelled the order. Are they closed? Out of business? Photo was taken August 29th 2023 at 12:20 pm et. They should have been open at least an hour or so.
