Many flavors of pizza. The pizza is thic unlike cicis where it's thin. They have pasta, salad, baked potatoes, sweets, magiritas etc. 100% worth the price. And 💯 will I be visiting again.

This is an awesome place to bring your kids. Lots of food options from the salad bar to the large selection of revolving pizzas. My son and I try to find every excuse to get to Gatti's for lunch or dinner so we can play games.

Gattis is a fun place for family. They have a big game room, and the buffet is fresh with plenty of seating available. Employees are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to eat after a baseball tournament, or a night out with family. The Newest arcade games; Cruise USA, Terminator and Jurassic Park are my favorite. Gattis has been in business in The Queen City since the 90s!! We want wings on the menu Skip!

Service is Hella badass! I love how it's not only just pizza even though it is one of my top favorites foods, they got other Italians foods even though it's really not italian Restaurant, there food is Excellent to sit back and Enjoy, restrooms are always clean every time I go over there, not one person I know say this place is "terrible". I love pizza. This place lets you request whatever you want then you can just take the whole pizza back to your table. Thin crust pepperoni and jalapeno. Damn good! Best ranch dressing in town for your salad.

All the employees were great from the cashier to the table busser. They have a large variety of pizzas, a great salad bar and a great pasta bar, my favorite was the sundried tomato spaghetti it was delicious!

A great pizza place with a lot of tradition in Del Rio. It has a very unique style/taste of pizza and it's food in general. You can not only chose whatever you want from the buffet, but also order a pizza with the ingredients and crust of your choice (included with what you pay for the buffet). Not to mention a pretty big arcade room that the kids love.

Great place for kids. I've been going here with my family for six years now. The kids enjoy the food, and the game area has lots of games for a variety of ages. I go about two to three times a year. Kids love it. It's pricey but it's about them in the end.

The food was alright, for the kids' taste was ok. The staff was very polite. The girl on the cash register 3/10/23 in the arcade was very helpful . My kids felt they could ask her so many questions, and she was very kind and sweet, never going to forget this place. I'm definitely coming here because of the nice staff, great games and fun.

Awesome for birthday parties! We had kids in attendance ranging from ages 3 to 10, and every single one had a blast. The customer service was fantastic. We showed up right at open and pretty much had the game room to ourselves. Thanks for helping make our son's birthday party a success!

Awesome place. The salad bar for this pizza buffet is top notch with plenty of variety. The pizza placed on the buffet is ok. However you can request whatever pizza you want with whatever toppings you want and it will be made especially for you and you get it fresh out of the oven. The pan crust is excellent and mostly always ordered on requests. The Mac and cheese is also really good and it was enjoyed by both the adults and the kids in our group. The game room is top notch with games for all ages. Overall a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommended by all in our group. 2 thumbs up by all.

We celebrated my son's birthday here they are not helpful at all. It's like leave your card at the front and that's it. The website is misleading about the party packages they offer.

It was clean, everyone had masks on while serving as well as gloves, wasn't crowded either. The buffet was okay, some of the pizza was cold and it did take a while to replenish some of their items.

Great place to eat with your family! We always enjoy coming here. They have a salad bar, soups, pizza buffet, and dessert pizza. You can order whatever pizza you like if they don'thave what you want. There are different rooms you can sit in and they all have TV's such as: kids room, sports room, and news room. Great arcade for the kids with different games for all ages. Only thing they could work on is cleaning counters often and keeping restrooms clean.

Family took time to have lunch buffets and access to the game room and arcade was very fun. There is gaming machines, and various games from Zombie hunters to Pac Man and Minecraft Arcade games. I also got to zip through A game of HALO and actually it was fun.

A multifaceted operation. You have sports on TV for the adults, a game room for everyone and the kids even have a room that's playing shows for them. The pizza is okay but the service is pretty friendly! The salad was probably the best part because it was fresh and they had a variety of options. I definitely felt like I overpaid because I enjoy pizza and this did not satisfy but the overall experience was pretty good.

Really good pizza but the crust cant compare to pizza hut, dominoa or little Caesars. Gattis crust tastes like nothing and is very hard.

The facilities are great, the pizza buffet is outstanding, the price is a bit high but the entertainment zone is nothing more than a horrible gimmick for monetization on worthless things. Maybe that works for some people, but I think something healthier could have been done for the kids, especially coming from a pizza place.

Me and my friends decided to come to Mr Gattis to hangout and eat, and one friend was not hungry and was not going to eat so we paid for ourselves and that friend just walked in with us. She was later asked if she had paid, and her response was no. We were then asked to leave if she did not pay as the “new policy” is you must pay to just walk in. I feel as though this “policy” is quite dumb and unfair as we just wanted to enjoy our time with friends. The prices are not cheap and it doesn’t make sense to pay to just sit down.

There aren't many Gattis left so experience it while you can. A little expensive for the narrow selection but still a good value for all you can eat at 10$ per person. Much better than Peter Piper. The BBQ chicken pizza is good, calzones pretty good, and the desserts are solid. Descent salad and pasta bar too.

Bathrooms gross. There were puddles of water from something in the mens bathroom. Cleaning Staff makes everything inconvenient. Pizza dry and greasy. Tastes all the same. They are good with covid guidelines and even provide gloves that are super easy to put on. The whole set up of the building is just a pain to navigate with all the wet floor signs they have up. Makes the crowded times really hard and annoying.

I definitely don't remember Gatti's tasting this way. Not good at all and I love any pizza the buffet line also didn't have much of a selection the dinning room I had to clean food from bench before I could sit down I basically ate 1 trip and left Not happy at all for a $10 pizza buffet price and this experience staff was friendly though

None of the pizza are cut properly making it difficult to pick up slices using the pizza utensil provided. Employee yelled at me like I was his child for using the pizza server utensil to hold down the pizza so I can pick up the slice I was placing on my plate. Never touching any of the other slices. On top of slices not being cut properly I was in a hurry because my two small children were sitting alone. This Gattis location doesn’t allow children at the buffet line. Overall rude employee. You sit and eat with nearby tables left with dirty plates no employee ever came by to pick up. Buffet is small and limited single toppings pizza mainly. Only positive thing about this place is the game room for kids.

Ordered 1 pizza asked what I was waiting for multiple times told them 3 times I gave up and left the buzz pod on the table and took off disappointed on service for not receiving what I asked for it’s like they lost the order or something multiple times

I’ve given this place a few chances lately and the flavor on its food is starting to lack. Pizza runs out quick. I was a fan of the pizza pockets they don’t have anymore. Service to remove plates from our table is slow. Not impressed at all.

I usually come here to enjoy my food with family and friends, but the one time I choose to not eat due to personal health issues I get asked to leave all because I didn’t pay. First, the cashiers did not ask me to pay whatsoever, yet I had been able to go in and not eat before, but I guess they changed their policy. Respect to them for getting money, but the least they could’ve done is have the cashier ask me if I was going to be eating or not. I ended up getting asked to leave (which I did) but I was not expecting this at all. Hoping for better service in the future as this is the first time this has ever happened to me.

The manager in training Michael was super nice. The price is crazy for what they offer. The restaurant was old and outdated .It smelled weird. The baked potato was not well cooked at all. Pizza looked cold and old. Someone cut open a bag of Mac and cheese and dumped it into the pan. They should have kept Peter Piper Pizza. The women's restroom was disgusting and smelled aweful. Never again will we eat there.

Too noisy, we were celebrating a birthday. Place was empty but next party started setting up at our tables! Staff came and told us area was reserved at 3 but they started telling us at 1:30. I'd recommend this place if you have kids that want to play and then eat. Was not impressed with the quality and variety of food, maybe because I came on a Wednesday. Try getting the food as soon as it comes out, seemed to have been a little tastier Freshly made (mostly talking about desert pizza)

I have always said the pizzas and games are great. But. MY LAST VISIT on 4/09/24 @ 5:30pm was very bad experience. My Son and I were looking at the pizza counter and the employee came stood infront of my son and started yelling at him that he can be at the pizza counter. I asked her what was going on a and she started yelling at me too that if we did not know how to be In restaurants to stay out and my son was not supposed to be in the line. And she turned back at my son and started yelling at him. I told her let me talk to him You Do not talk to him. Let me handle it. We went back to the tables. I ordered a 16 pcs wing and they have me frozen wings with hit sauce. I took it back to the manager and he told me he was going to give me other wings. To my surprise they gave me the same frozen wings but this time over cooked and dried. Lady told me that I could nit even speak English and She assumed I was from Cd. ACUÑA I GUESSED. 1st time we visit this place and I find it kind of funny of how this place is for kids to have fun yet they are not allowed to step foot near the buffet bars. My kid won one of those giant balls you get from the claw machine and yet not allowed to bounce it??. I left very disappointed from this place and like i said it was my first time and definitely my last.

Worst day of my kids life he is 8 yo and its understandable that kids change their minds he chose a toy when he was done playing a minute later he decided he would want a diferent one and the two ladies working their wouldnt change it saying the inventory would mess up i spent 80 dlls just on play money and he wanted a 5 dolar toy had to take him crying back home i will never take my business there again

I don’t know what Gatti’s in del rio everyone in the reviews is talking about but I must’ve went to a different one. It was so dirty and the cross contamination in the buffet was displeasing. No soap in the bathroom, toilet paper everywhere and a soiled diaper not disposed of. Tables were full of dirty plates and I watched several customers cleaning tables. The cinnamon bread dessert was probably the best thing in the buffet in my opinion. Hopefully these pictures can be seen. Google keeps giving me an error.
