In my experience, Del Rio's Sonic is the best one out of all of the Sonics I've visited. Everything tastes better and the service is always top of the line.

We go to Mexico for dental work and stop frequently when in town. We've love the cherry Dr Peppers and get a snack. Food is always fresh and hot.

It was very quick. They came out with our mozzarella sticks in minutes even tho it was pretty packed at the time we were there

Although the service is understandably slow due to the high volume of customers parked and drive thru it is always a treat to come here. And the car hops are always nice.

First, let me say how much I love the new popping Boba balls that Sonic puts in their drinks (by request). Second, they were fast! But the third reason means the most. I was so eager to drink my new Boba concoction that I accidently pushed the straw through the bottom of the cup. As I gripped the bottom to try to hold in this precious liquid, I got out of the car trying to maintain my calm as I looked like someone who just spilled a drink on my lap. Not one, not two, but three different people tried to help me as the first person ran back inside to get me a replacement cup for the sweet goodness slowly leaking out of my hand. Sonic has great drinks, but even better service! Thanks to the staff who helped save my glorious drink and my day so I could enjoy a break with my kids. Bless you!!

Food was good n order was 3/4 correct. They gave me tots instead of fries n no onions on my coney. It's still delicious n ate it all. It was a good experience.

I haven't eaten at Sonic for years and I was really impressed with their burgers. Great flavor. Service was good and fast. Thank you.

Nothing special. It is a normal sonic. No problems and food was as expected.

As always this sonic was impeccably clean and the staff friendly and courteous... It seemed to take a while for our order but then we had ordered 5 large shakes and a med slush..

Other than the wait the food and service is exceptional. Can't wait to get more cookies and cream ice cream.

Usually love getting their ocean water slushes and popcorn chicken, but was disappointed when we came hear to order some coneys and a kids meal, it took a little longer than usual but we were fine with it since it’s a busy day, only for them to only give us the kids burger with nothing else, and it was even included on the order, decided not to bring it up and wast more time, but still disappointed, please check that the full order is there so we don’t end up not receiving what we pay for,

Very well cooked burger/ tots. I intentionally get burgers here with my kids when we're in DelRio. By far a better meal than the Sonic in Uvalde. ( One Star for them). The Patty's here have an authentic chart broiled flavor. Yummy 😋

Based on my experiences here, good customer service overall. The food has been tasty and my orders placed were accurate and correct. Only downside was the wait time. Various occasions, I had to wait between 20-30 minutes for my order. Would still return and recommend though.

I love Sonics Drinks and the app! The wish the wait was shorter when ordering on the app but sometimes it feels like it takes longer than using the button. The car hops ate always friendly when delivering your order and when taking it also.

I sent my husband to get a cake batter shake and he came home with a cheese cake one. The cheesecake one is very good but this one was not mixed well. When I called up about it, they took my name and I got a free replacement. So at Sonic if they make a mistake, they make it right. Remember after 8 pm the shakes are half price

It's good but ive gone various times for only ice cream and it takes about 10min to 15 just gor ice cream and when I finally get it it's sometimes melted. But other then that food is good.

I ordered the foot long coney. The cheese is not the same as before that takes away from the overall taste. A bit soggy, but I enjoyed it more than James Coney Island.

The wait time was well over 20 minutes. The order was wrong 2 med 1 LG when we ordered 3 large drinks. The food was delicious though.

Food and drinks are good. But it takes so long for them to take your order. And at least 15 minutes to even get just a soda.

The service was good very unsatisfied the hamburger meat had an ugly smell and taste. I did not complain I was there during my lunch break and I had no time to wait.

Friendly crew and above average food. However, this Sonic is incapable of making a hamburger w/o cheese. Every time I order a hamburger without cheese, they end up putting cheese on the burger. Great burgers, I just don't want mine with cheese and the team inside is not able to get the order right. It was my 6th attempt and 6th failure yesterday.

Have been to many different Sonic's in the past so I have a perspective of what their hamburgers should be. This one falls short because half the time the lettuce and tomatoes are on the verge of expiring. On the other hand the shakes and blasts are good.

Expect a long wait, at least thats what i say because everytime I go they take seriously about 40 min for my order to get to me and at times there is no more then 4-6 cars, but not just that also when they are taking your order they will cut the speaker thinking you done with your order, I havent said that will be all so what makes you think I'm done ordering have patience for your customers 100%, but honeslty I get so much more of a welcome at other fast food places that I dont even go to sonic no more because of the bad customer serious, you want me to eat at your fast food welcome first i got to feel welcome not just cut off in the middle of my orders yall need work Fr sonic, I dont recommend soinc!

My food is almost always cold. The strawberry limeades here taste like water and have no strawberry chunks. Disappointed every time I go. Decent service.

If you want to waste your lunch hour and rush to eat your food in fives minutes before speeding like a sob on fire back to work then sonic on veterans is the place for you. The food was actually great no problems there. Just the wait time will have you growing gray hair by the time you get it.

I ordered an Oreo Sonic Blast with extra Oreos, but the Oreos were only on the top. I didn’t realize it until someone pointed it out and by then we were almost finished and already about 15 miles away. If they were low on Oreos, they could have let us know if not, it should have been mixed better. As shown in the photo, the Oreo crumbs are only on the top.

I ordered the new Buffalo Chicken Dip Bites and instead, was charged, from what we can figure because there are no dollar amounts on the receipt, about $7 for, a double order of buffalo sauce drenched over Jumbo Popcorn Chicken. Our order was: combo #2, 1 Chicken Slinger, 1 large Blast and the new dips. We were charged $28! No way that adds up unless we were charged $7 for the unordered popcorn chicken. If the kid taking the order can't understand what's being said, he should get help. And be well versed with every menu item before clocking in! And the fact that what we paid wasn't even on the receipt leaves us with no consolation whatsoever.

Waited a half hour after placing my order which it never came. Then talked with a manager and she asked me to reorder and I said no. Waste of time.

Placed a mobile order to have ready at 5:50 and i got my food 30 minutes later at 6:20 this was for lunch so to waste half of it waiting for food that was pre-ordered is horrible.

Sevice was extremely slow and food was cold when we received it. Not sitting on the counter cold..refrigerator cold!

We just left from there after waiting for 35 minutes for 2 drinks and some mozzarella sticks. Cars next to us came and went, and our order never showed. Pushed the red button to speak to someone and the guy on the other end just said we are busy so wait. Never going back to this place again. Tried to speak to car hops about it and was just ignored by them.

They brought out half of my order, then proceeded to tell me my order half was on it's way. The half that was brought out was ice cream so 15 minutes later I ended up with melted ice cream cones and no other half of my order. When attempting to call them on the call button I waited another 10 minutes when I finally decided to leave. I will not return

Order one drink they took like 10 minutes. I left as I was pulling away the car hop comes ou . I said no thanks. Taled to the manager. She was making excuse after excuse. I told her why the car next to me that got there after me got his drinks before I did. Again making more excuses. it's like talking to no one instead of taking actio . Bad service. BAD MANAGEMENT PEROOD

I hate saying this because the workers are so nice but the wait is crazy! I got here at 9:15 its now 10 and still haven't gotten my food. The screen said my food was on its way 40 minutes ago and I'm still waiting.

Waited 25 min for our meals, which was only 2, and was told they didnt have our order on their screen. Wow so much for fast food. Now i know why we havent gone to Sonic.

Very poor. Took 5 minutes before someone took our order. Over 20 mins to get food. Order was wrong and had to be sent back. Credit card machine was broken and they had to re run the card several times. Slushie was melted because food took so long. Much better options in del Rio.

It was a bad experience i order 3 med shakes n a Reese's blast and they took long to bring my order then on the screen it showed that my order was on its way by the girl not mentioning names well she took more then 5 minutes so she gets to my car and the manager calls her back that she had the wrong order for me i called and i talked to the manager to complain well she told me. With a attitude that she called her back because its was the wrong order so when i get home i see that i still got the wrong order got one large milk shake instead of the medium all i have to say to the lafy manager before you start giving people attitude you should check the orders correctly

Their customers services is horrible now days . This was our after school stop almost every day and they had messed up our order a few times but nothing to serious til today that I repeated my order a total of 3 times and they still got it wrong. The worst is I drove off and noticed it til about 10 minutes later . I headed back thinking they'd fix it and they did but wanted to charge me because the person that took my order didn't charge it correctly. I told them I would not pay because I repeated my order several times and even had to drive back for their mistake and they just took the correct order back and left me with the wrong one. Like wth 🤯

I haven’t been to sonic in a while was truly disappointed by the food .. the buns on the hamburgers were mushy and not brown in color like other buns .. the meat was pink in the middle and sides were kind of burned, the lettuce was soggy I spent over $56 that day just to have most of it thrown away. And I use to love going to just get tator tots w cheese and a pickle slushy but not anymore so disappointing.

I didn't mind the 30 minutes wait time though we only ordered a couple sonic blasts and 1 chicken slinger. The buns to the slinger were extremely burned so burned I couldn't even eat the chicken because it kept the burnt flavor. Good thing my pup wasn't too picky.
