This is what real living is about in South Florida. 24 hour manned-gated community. Living here is exquisite and opulent. Kids pool area. Resort style pool and cabanas. Clubhouse includes resident restaurant with nightly specials, gym that rivals any brand, indoor basketball, outdoor tennis and plenty of places to jog and ride your bicycles.

This is a new community that has a lot of recreational activities including golfing. The homes are not zero lot line like many new communities and the HOA fee is reasonable

The gym is a monstrosity. They don’t have a free bench and squat rack and I can’t even deadlift their, they locked up the bar to the synergy attachment. The way they handle any misconduct is really negligent and unfair. I know one who was messing around in the gym and broke the light while one didn’t put the weights back and got called home. Like instead of worrying about small things that doesn’t harm anyone especially financially while they didn’t bother taking action on a more serious that actually costs money to cover and makes others uncomfortable. The association needs to step up their game and resolve all this..

RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL GATE GUARD. She wouldn’t let my boyfriend in through the gate because he didn’t have the name of the person who lives there. (He delivers UberEats & this was an order for the customer’s elderly grandmother). We have BOTH delivered to Seven Bridges a million times and have NEVER been asked to give the person’s name. We only have to provide an address. I spoke to the property manager & she told me to “relax” when I was explaining the situation. You guys are all awful & have no customer service.
