First off, when we pulled into the parking lot, the place looked closed, even from the traffic light to get in, it looked closed. When we pulled in, we did find one car in the parking lot on the back side. We went through the drive thru to check if it was open. It was. The lady taking our order was kind and professional. What was not so great? The food. I realize I should not expect much ordering 2 for $6 roast beef sandwiches, but could you put a little more meat on them? It was two slices of meat on a huge bun. I like the thin slices of meat stacked up, so I am not trying to bite through shoe leather to eat. Please go back to the way the sandwiches used to be. More people will come, I promise.

Two different trips through the drive-through and the wait was way too long for a fast food place. The orders were very simple, no modifications to anything ordered, so it should have been a quick, easy dinner but wasn't. Food was great, but the size on items was not consistent. Timing on getting food out a bit quicker would be helpful for those who only have a few minutes to grab something quick and go.

I had not eaten at Arby's for some time so I decided to go and get a classic roast beef meal along with a cherry turnover. When I got home to eat, I found the food looked like it had been sitting there. The curly fries were hard, the roast beef tasted like it had been sitting there. The only item I really felt eatablevwas the cherry turnover! I was so disappointed.

The food is what you would expect from an Arby’s, the two ladies behind the cash register were fantastic. One of the gentleman came back in the building after his break and smelled like marijuana…. It was so strong I lost my appetite.

Staff smokes just outside the door instead of 20 feet. Then doesn't wash hands when coming back in thinks thst gloves are enough

WOW the hoops you have to jump through to get some extra sauce!! Super sarcastic young lady with the glasses handed me one at a time through the window when I asked for extra Arby's sauce. I said "could you just give me like 4?" and instead handed me two HUGE handfulls at once sarchastically. So unnecessary! Is there a sauce ration when I just paid $8 for a sandwich alone?!

These have to be the rudest drive through people. The person with lip piercing can't even say your welcome or thank you. Just rams your food through your window and doesn't ask if you need anything. Had to go back in because order was wrong again. Won't be back.

Once again, the order was wrong/incomplete. This time, I called and came back for the rest of my order. The last 3xs have had issues. Each time, I have gone months without returning due to the inability to complete order AS ordered. Nothing special. I LOVE Arby's! Absolutely LOVE it! Just can not seem to get the service and quality I have been used to at OTHER locations. Extremely disappointing! Hope ya'll figure it out sometime SOON! Guess I'll just have to drive to a different one in Texoma. The little girl that took my order was great. When I came back to get my missing Frenchdip sandwich, the manager DID apologize and said it was her fault. She was training and missed it. The order was completed.

Just don't eat here. If you think to yourself my I want Arby's take the drive to Sherman. Window person was rude and had attitude. All I wanted was my food to be hot. When you get two sandwiches fries and drinks and it's over $30 and not hot it's kind of ridiculous. Went online to request refund and never heard back from Arby's corporation. Waste of time. Do. Not. Eat. Here. They are on the list anyways. #2024boycott

Had a Chicken sandwich 2 actually. Both of them the cheese looked like it was there a long time in the cooler or looked like barely cooked. First time trying Arby's. Never again.
