Our burgers were good, the ice cream is always delicious, and it was kind of clean, except the floor was filthy. Although the bathrooms are older, the ladies bathroom was pretty clean for 4:00 pm on a Tuesday night. I have to add that Braum’s ice cream never disappoints and the pecans are over the top delicious. I also need to say the staff isn’t that friendly and we’re used to Texan establishments having friendlier staff. It doesn’t hurt to say, “ Hi, how can I help you?”, instead of “Do you know what you want yet?”, with no smile or anything. We’re traveling through and this is the first place we’ve stopped at. Just saying.

Stopped in this Braums for breakfast but was just turning over to lunch time. So a burger 🍔 it is with fresh hot french fries. Fresh tea was already made. Love the regular tea label instead of unsweet tea. Braum's for the win...lol... great service. No complaints...well maybe one. We didn't have belly room for the delicious ice cream. Next time 😋😋

Yummy Friday night date night. A strawberry shortcake sundae and a loaded banana split hit the spot. Fast friendly service and clean restaurant to enjoy our ice cream date.

My first time eating at this establishment. My eldest son and I are on a road trip from Kansas City to Dalls Texas. Made a food and restroom stop. The restaurant was clean and orderly. There was plenty of natural light. The menu pictures were high quality and very appealing! The best part was the 🍔. I ordered a double cheeseburger sand pickles and onions with 🍟. The 🍔 was so thick and juicy. I was not expecting this. The 🍔 was also 🔥 and neat. Thecfries were 🔥, fresh, and lightly 🧂ed. Braum's will be my new go to fast food restaurant in the South! The service was excellent too 👍👍👍👍👍

The burgers and fries were delicious! I tried a number 6, jalapeno pepper jack cheeseburger. The other burger is a number 2, a double quarter cheeseburger. I tried a cookies and cream shake, it was good, nothing to really brag about. I wanted to try the butter pecan shake but you have to choose your flavor in the " dip bin" and it was out. Must've been a popular flavor! Overall a good experience!

It had been about 10 years since I ate in a Braums. I had moved about 10 years ago to the Midwest and they don't have them there. Me expectations were high. I had eaten at Braums a lot, as I grew up in Oklahoma and Texas. As I entered, it was like I stepped back to 1987. Still looked pretty much the same. Same old cream /tan booths. Instead of painted walls, it had gigantic pictures of food. For those who don't know, Braums has a small grocery area, mostly dairy and healthy stuff like fruit. They now have a frozen section which has meats and microwave meals.. The grocery area here was not clean. Boxes from inventory were left out. A spill happened. Someone left the paper towels on the floor on the spill. The food counter area was clean. I placed my order. The young man was very nice and polite, I couldn't hear him because he was wearing his mask due to the COVID situation. The older lady whom could have been his boss, was a little rude. I had explained I hadn't ate at braums in a while, so she told the young man when he came up, " he is thinking or something, maybe he will order when he is done". Then I stated it would be for dine in when they asked, then she stated, " so I have to clean more chairs and tables". The prices were affordable. I got the #2, biscuits and gravy, small hash brown. And a medium soda/pop. My order was ready before I finished paying. You get to fill your drink your self and refills are free. I found my booth. It was clean. However, the booth across from me had food all over the floor. I was in the restaurant for about 35 minutes and no one came and cleaned it. It was a Sunday morning, so the restaurant had only about 10 customers, most of them older. As I ate my meal and listened to the elevator music playing I felt relaxed. The food was prepared properly and was warm. With biscuits and gravy you either nail it, or you don't. They nailed it. Not to runny, not chunky, not to much pepper. The hashbrown perfect. The soda had a good mix and tasted good. Wish I was sticking around for lunch to try out some lunch. Maybe next time.

Wholly cow this place apparently needs a manager. Too much to go into but the home office has been contacted. (old review)----Still got 5 stars but the food is definitely hit or miss. The last couple visits s the bag of burgers and Chicken strips both have been crazy dry. I don't know if better cooks are there some times or just way to much heat lamp. (Old review)---Great place for burgers and ice cream. The breakfast menu certainly has a lot of potential for improvement, too fast food tasting and not country fresh like the burgers. Nice facility and usually clean.

Idk if the salsa is made of gold or what. I will happily pay for extra and I’ve stated that. Instead of 2 I simply ask for 3 packets. One little girl w braces yelled at me that there was plenty in the bag, that’s the first time I left a one star review. Today, I am currently pregnant and only eating Braums food for the salsa specifically. I asked the guy for extra at the ordering box, he was super nice and polite and said absolutely. Get to the window and only got 2 salsas for my burrito. I understand that’s probably standard and what managers say to give but I am asking for extra and offering to pay if it’s that big of a deal so I parked and went inside to be able to grab more myself without getting yelled at this time. I wasn’t spoken too but the dirty looks were handed out a lot more than their salsa is. I just love y'all's salsa that’s it 😭

Kinda sad haven't been here in some time. When you order a large drink or shake/ mix. It should come as a large! What you get is small. This is now the new large. More money less product.

So there is this manager that works there in the morning, and not only is she lazy, but she is also rude. I have to ask for napkins and ketchup. When I ask it seems that it bothers her every time. Well, I really think she needs a new job away from customer service. And she needs to learn to smile.

Store No. 83 in Denison, Texas is absolutely disgusting. Very very poor service. Waited no one bothered to check with us. I can’t explain how much disgusted we felt. Educated people please stop going to this store and buying stuff from them.

tonight was my fourth time ordering a strawberry poppyseed salad over the past few months and each of the FOUR times they’ve failed to give me the dressing. standard product that comes with the salad and they can’t even handle that, it gets old when you pay $8 and don’t get what is included in that price. oh but that can make sure to add ketchup.
