I’ve never been to Twin Peaks before and had no idea what to expect. Honestly, I expected a mountain theme. Upon walking in and learning the theme of this place, I assumed the food would be sub-par at best. I was wrong! The food alone is worth coming here and everything (drinks included) is reasonably priced. Add in sports playing in every direction, skilled bartenders, and extremely attentive servers, I’ll happily return here. Big shoutout to Ryan for the recommendations and positive vibes. She definitely added to my first experience at Twin Peaks.

I love “Twin Peaks “food, so I was pretty excited when I found out about a new Twin Peaks restaurant in town. The restaurant it’s located 3312 N. Central Expy Plano, TX 75074. The restaurant has a modern look to it with wood floors , Wood Chairs and at entrance a beautiful Deer . I was greeted by the host and she seated me by the Patio. The menu had a good selection of dishes, but I decided to order the Double Stack Nacho’s Brisket and Og Pepperoni Flat Bread so that I could try a little bit of everything. The waiter name “ Sydney “ brought out my food and it smelled amazing The table appetizers we ordered was Fried Pickles, OG Pepperoni Flat Bread. The Double Stack Nachos Brisket was my favorite dish – it was so brisket was tender! I also really liked the Chargrilled Salmon it was tender and flavorful , which was soft and warm. The Fried pickles was my favourite because it have a lot of flavours, but overall I thought everything tasted great! I’d definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who’s looking for good food at reasonable prices in town. It would be a perfect place to take your family or friends out to eat if you’re celebrating an event like someone’s birthday or graduation. Food is served buffet style here so everyone can get exactly what they want. Overall, Twin Peaks gets five stars from me – their customer service is phenomenal too! Thank You Bobby Rodriguez for checking up on us to make sure the food was good and was very attentive to our needs. Love Love all the staff at “Twin Peaks “ IT WAS FIRE!! The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience. This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, wings and hamburgers classics and some twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.

I recently visited here and it was overall a great experience. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming. The service was attentive and friendly. My server, Brea, was outstanding — she was funny, knowledgeable of the menu, and highly professional. Her recommendation for the birria tacos filled me, and my stomach, with joy! haha. All the girls were amazing. Only concern that I had was that when I was using the restroom. As I was scanning the barcode to leave a review behind the door. One of the managers had walked in the restroom and hit me with the door and didn't even bother to say excuse me or apologize for hitting me with the door.

We came in to just get some food and beer and to watch a football game. The experience was already good, but our server Gabriele made it much better. We were consistently checked on despite a nearly full house, and she joined in on our convos, making our time more enjoyable here.

Kristen is an amazing server and is hands down on of the best I have seen. She goes above and beyond and you will never have to ask for anything because she is always one step ahead. Excellent service from Gabrielle! Good wings, good beer! Had the smoked cajun dry rub wings with a side of ghost pepper sauce. Brisket nachos were great. Gabrielle was friendly and offered great suggestions! We'll definitely be asking for her again!

Great service from our Twin Peaks Girl Gabriele! Love this place! Great food, atmosphere and scenery! Especially on Saturday, Feb 14th. Valentine's Day. Spicy Thai ribs and sweet potato fries all prepared perfectly. The Knotty Brunette beer is my favorite drink at Twin Peaks. I wish it was available in bottles or cans.

Gabriele was our waitress and she was amazing! I brought my dog and had to sit on the patio and she was so happy to help us out & was so sweet to my dog! She always checked on us and we never felt forgotten about. Will be back because of her!

Sat at the bar and was greeted by Ashley M and Kam. They provided great service and were so friendly and welcoming! They recommended the chips and queso with taco beef for a starter (great choice) and the spicy Paloma. We also ate the chipotle chicken. Will be coming back again.

I'm 58 years old, and in all the years I've been going to Twin Peaks in the DFW area, Gabriele is probably THE MOST friendly and entertaining server I've ever had. On a 5-star scale, 5-stars isn't good enough, I'd like to give her 10-stars !

Visiting my parents this weekend and we decided to grab a bite to eat here, and I’m glad we did. I ordered the hot honey boneless wings with fries and they were delicious. I wanted to leave a review not only because the food was great and the restaurant was clean, but our server Brea was amazing. She greeted us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed. She was very attentive even with all of her tables being full and we could tell she loves her job. Overall we had a great experience and we now have a new food spot, when I visit again of course.

This was our first time to Twin Peaks and OMG…. The food was amazing and our waitress Tiffany was even more amazing. We've always eaten at Saltgrass next door and we finally stopped by at Twin Peaks for the first time since we've moved to DFW 3 years ago. The place totally reminds me of Bombshells down in San Antonio, and we were again, just like Bombshells, taken by surprise by the waitresses, lol (and then it hit us what "Twin Peaks" allude to). And like Bombshells, wife couldn't help being her 12 year old self, lmao. The atmosphere is sports-bar'ish with multiple flatscreens occupying the main dining area. I can imagine the place becoming really rowdy during simultaneous sporting events taking place across all screens! We dined shortly after they opened so the restaurant was relatively empty and quiet, but it began to fill up at around 12PM. And by the time we left, it was hustling and bustling with diners. Tiffany was our waitress and she did a fantastic job serving our table. Wife had the NY Steak and I had the Mom's Pot Roast, both were excellent tasting, flavorful dishes to our surprise. Both plates were served with what I think is the best mash potato I've ever eaten at an American sports bar restaurant. Plenty of beers and cocktails to choose from, and they have a live digital beer temperature display to show you that they do in fact serve 29° ice cold beer on tap. My beers were so cold that there was ice crystals chilling with the foam head. Great for lunch/dinner date or large group of people, also very family friendly. They have a kids menu with pizza, chicken tenders, cheeseburgers, etc. typical kids items. Next time we have a hankering for Saltgrass, we'll swing by Twin Peaks instead for an ice cold beer, good eats and scenic views!

Our lovely server Ashley was fantastic as usual. Attentive with a bubbly personality 😍 We had spicy Thai ribs….always delicious. Love the glaze. Wings as good as they should for this kind of spot. I had the 10oz sirloin was very dry and bland. Will never order that again. The atmosphere was mid. Mostly because middle aged creepy men tend to be boring. There was an Allstar game on but other than that, if there aren’t any sports to watch it’s kind of wack. The music is sometimes better than TP in Addison.

Service is excellent. BUT they were out of the knotty brunette, my favorite. How are you out of one of your signature beers? I ordered the Irish coffee instead. It was really great. Ella did a great job making it. She said it was the first time she's done it, so kudos to her! And she gave me her bat wings!! We came back later and Emma was STILL working her butt off. And we had food this time. The Philly cheesesteak was surprisingly good! Very juicy and flavorful. The spicy meatballs was good with just a hint of a bite.

I sat with Bri Q today, and she was fantastic. A great attitude, attentive and on point. They had the music turned up, but it’s Friday happy hour. I’d be disappointed if they didn’t have the music up. I had a salad and the pot roast The salad is always fresh as Twin Peaks is pretty good at using fresh ingredients. The pot roast was just ok. It’s normally one of my favorites.

I've been coming here a long time, including at the previous TP location before they ended their lease and moved here. We tried to order the lunch specials which are advertised on their menu but we were rebuffed by the waitress who told us, on behalf of the manager, that they were not offering the lunch special anymore even though it's still on their online QR code menu. Thumbs down. I ended up ordering a "Billionaire's Bacon Burger" which is a $15 burger. I've had this several times in the past. Maybe it is my imagination but I remembered this burger being A LOT bigger in the past. I remember eating this burger with a knife and fork previously. I can't prove it, it's just a feeling. I wish I took a photo for this review. All of this is to say that I'm a little disappointed in TP. I'm not going to give up on TP and we will return, but it seems like TP's bankruptcy is causing them to nickle and dime their customers a bit. I hope this is taken as constructive criticism on how to improve.

I have always loved Twin Peaks and always make a point to visit one when there is one close to me. The Dirty Blonde Ale is my favorite beer ever. I visited twice on my visit in Dallas and was disappointed both night. The food was great! The beer was not served with an orange (which makes the beer to me) abd when I asked for one they were not willing to cut another one for me. The second night, as soon as I walked in they were rude to me, but as soon as men came to my table, they were more willing to serve us. I was extremely excited to learn there was a Twin Peaks only minutes away from my hotel, but very quickly turned off by the service at this location. Food was great, beer was not as good as usual, and service was good for my peers but low for me.

The service needs working on but as far as the food it was delicious but the burger was raw, and the ribs would have been a 5 if they weren’t cooked so hard, the steak was great . Customer service is not a thing here. The food for the table does not come out all at once but at different times. People would walk in with no assistance. I would eat at twin peaks again but a different location. My waitress was nice but others could work on their service. The manager did introduce himself, and was also nice and helpful. us on the things that were no correct, they remedied any issue.

Ordered various plates. What I did like was their Chipotle queso. The chips were standard and ok. The flatbreads were very crispy and tasted very good. Half of us didn't like the mozzarella bites, they came out a bit cold and just had a weird after taste that I personally didn't like. The fried pickles were a bit salty, didn't stop me from eating them. The tenders themselves were juicy, we just didn't like the garlic parmesan flavor. The wings were made well. I wanted classic hot but it's not what I got. After the 2nd wing, I just couldn't eat them. I honestly didn't know I had the wrong flavor untill we actually tried a side of classic hot sauce. I definitely wasn't crazy about the cheese fries. By the time they got to the table, the cheese was cold. I also do not like breaded fries. Other's did like them. The service could have been much more attentive. I don't know if she was new or overwhelmed or both. She would go to other tables 2-3 times before coming to ours. It also wasn't fun waiting for the check while watching her dance at the dj stand. The place was busy and loud. They played music during commercials and sometimes during the game itself. When the game was on, you could barely hear it. The vibe isn't what I like but, if it's yours, this place can be fun. Personally I didn't like the excuses for the service we received. If I did go back, it won't be to this location.

The service was unbelievably slow the night of November 29th. Valerie was nice and all but we waited a good 15-20 minutes for everything each time we ordered something or needed a refill. We sat around for 10-15 minutes before she appeared to take our drink order. We were more than ready to order food by the time she arrived. The chips and salsa came out in another 10-15 minutes after drinks which took way too long, dinner was out in 15 after the appetizer, and dessert took maybe 15 minutes after we placed the order when the pizza arrived because we knew it would take a long time. It wasn't super busy, either, which made us feel like we were waiting around for nothing. She checked in maybe twice during the entire 1.5 hour visit. Please do better. The food was good but I could have been in and out in half the time I spent waiting around at any other restaurant.

Emotional review update from someone that normally loves this place. Two black veterans sitting at a table on Veterans Day, and the waitress comes and snatches our menue to take it to two white guys. I haven't ordered a thing. I refuse to stay. My family had ordered and started drinking beers so they stayed. I won't be back any time soon. The managers' apology and excuse that they didn't have many menus doesn't suit well with me. Im not deleting my previous 5 star review Taylor is my favorite bartender. I have been 3 times this week. If you are a tap beer drinker, THIS IS YOUR HEAVEN. The beers are so cold they form Ice Sickles! I didn't get a pic but we had the BEST server/entertner trainer Arly and Stevie!

Have been a costumer and fan of TPs for years....since about two weeks after the one in Addison opened. Your poor service and lack of care by servers and management at TPs in #Plano TX (Central) lost me. How can the manager name Paul be a manager is beyond me, cold, uncaring & arrogant. Called him because we had not seen our waitress for 40 mini. empty glasses and more food was wanted. I asked him if there was a waitress still assigned to our table, he kinda said yes, never even inquired as to why would someone ask that.HE DID NOT CARE...ARROGANCE was at its highest. A few minutes later the waitress shows up and asks, you want the check REALLY? We had wanted to order our 2nd round of meals and drinks. We always meet there for college games....share wings to begin with and then order real meals. I told he that what we wanted was food and drinks, but on second thought, yes bring us the check instead. We paid and left. Paul arrogantly said that he had been there 3 yrs...hard to believe. It would not surprise me if Paul told the waitress to bring the check...HIS EGO could could handle the criticism by two older men... BTW, I have been a Cust Service instructor, author and consultant for 30 years and my buddy is VP for a well known financial company.

I understand the sports bar and waitresses showing their bodies but this is supposed to be a “restaurant.” Close the kitchen. The food had no flavor but plenty of oil. You will probably get better service if you ogle your waitress, otherwise you’re not going to see her. The guy bussing tables passed more and he didn’t have tables to clean.

The twin peaks in Plano has given me the two worst experiences at a restaurant I’ve ever experienced. Numerous of times I’ve come here and have drank more than 7-8 tall beers, but for some reason at this location the manager Gavin who happens to be a ginger limited my coworkers and myself to 5 beers and did not serve us even though we let him know our hotel was less than 100 yards away from the restaurant. Absolutely worst experience at twin peaks ever…

Not a good service at all !!!! Manager is not professional at all!!! Customers bother at other customers but it’s ok as soon as they are dating the bar tenders. Manager seems to be more worried to the bartender’s boyfriend than the normal guests that happens tonight I have to cancel my order because boyfriends bartenders thinks that I was I respectful and manager told that guys that he was right I just closed my tab and walked out tipping more than 20%this is not the service that I spect from your company this is not right you need better training

Waitress Emily had a horrible attitude Was too worried about a guy leaving than taking our order . Got our 3 out of 4 of our orders wrong Then told us it was our fault even though we specified grilled chicken . Was just argumentative about kindly asking to make it right . She lied that the manager was in a meeting at that moment. Told us she was taking two of the meals off our bill when he got out of the meeting. When we got the ticket we were charged extra for teas that came with meals and all the meals . Waited 15 min for a manager another waitress was sent to our table instead during that time When he came finally he refused to make it right at all stating he was standing there when she came back to the kitchen and had the issues( how we know she lied about him being in a meeting ) all we wanted was him to take off what we were told would be taken off (she volunteered it we did not ask) ($4.40 difference ) literally we even said we would pay the extra drinks if they took the meal off like we were told it would be when it all started Over all horrible customer service Manager was not wearing a name tag to know the name Edit to add managers name is Riley and to add we still tipped more than 15%
