The Subway off of Hwy 49 is my absoulute favorite Subway in El Doado County. Every person working in there , are friendly , curtious , they make my sandwiches just how I like them . Usually when you order a salad at subway they fill it with the iceberg lettuce, barely give you any spinach, give you maybe two tomatoes, and are very stingy on the cumcumber. This place is so much different and SO MUCH BETTER! Highly recommend that you go here!! THIS PLACE ROCKS!!

This Subway is the only I will go to in town. It is clean, they are friendly & fast & wont make you pay for an extra pickle like the other Placerville Subways. Plus they DELIVER!

The best subway I've been to in a while. Everything is super fresh and delicious everytime I visit. The employees are friendly and make a mean sammy!! I will choose this subway over the one right down the street everytime! Keep up the great work!

I work for a heating and air company not too far from the Subway in Diamond Springs, CA. I work even closer to a Subway on Missouri Flat Road but that Subway is very tight on their veggies. When you ask for black olives they give you 3 pieces. I expect my monies worth, ya know! So I choose to go to the one a little further, Subway in Diamond Springs, CA. These ladies at this location ROCK!!! They always greet you with a smile when you walk in. The sandwich or salad you choose will be piled nicely with all the veggies you choose. You feel like you are getting your monies worth. The store is always clean. Now for the best part.....they deliver to businesses around the area for no extra charge. Christine, the manager does the deliveries. She is always prompt and always with a smile. I give this Subway in Diamond Springs, California a huge 100% satisfied. Horrible service! I normally like subway but this location was horrible! The customer service was not ok, they were very rude and refused to correct a mess up on an order.

The rating reflects the store/ management. The service no complaints .. The restroom was blocked off. The poor girl could barely hear my order because of the lound buzzing noise coming from one of the outdated appliances.i really don't know how she could stay listening to the sound of that. Ordered a large drink wanted their tea. Nope emp-tea next selection on the soda machine nope carbonated water. Had to get some artificial lemonade .

Well since they no longer offer mustard or roast beef this is very disappointing. However the place we patronize and Diamond Springs has very good food

Ordered the new Ciabatta and was then told I could not add vegies. Apparently 'corporate' is dictating that they know what we want better than we do. Smaller sandwich, same price, no customization. Won't be ordering it again.

i was in here and the guy who helped me was being rude when i asked about a deal on the subway app. also it took him 15 minutes to make 2 foot longs when no one was inside besides me. i would never come back to this location.

Very rude and insanely low portions Subway is a chain my sandwich should be the same regardless of where i order But this subway skims you on protein even when you pay extra Avoid this subway they are too concerned with watching avengers on phone than making sandwiches

I will NEVER return for the kind of money I spent. I bought 4 footlongs. 2 were supposed to be toasted but they weren't. One was supposed to be bmt I got a blt with 3 pieces of bacon. When I called to talk to them the man was very rude. Argued with me about what kind of sandwich I said i wanted and then hung up. When I called back I was hung up on again. Wow, the service here is terrible.

Ordered a meatball sandwich, was told probably didn't have enough meatballs, then started to put on cheese without asking what kind I wanted. I already told her I wanted mayo and she paid no attention so she asked me again the bottle was empty so I got 3 tiny drops of mayo and she wasn't about to go get a new bottle. Then I asked for marinara sauce and was told they had no sauce although she could get some cold sauce out of the refrigerator if I wanted that. Never again I'll stick with In an out where they're always friendly and fast
