The only thing I don't like is that the boneless wings got remove for the menu and the dollar chicken sandwich that was my quick pick up on the go everything else is great for family to dine inn clean and friendly

The biscuits and sweet tea are worth coming here, I would wait all day if necessary lol

Tonight friday the 13th got bad chicken think cook was leaving there batter out in room temp cuz crust was flaking off plus employees are instructed to say chicken would be ready in 20 minutes not sure why if it cooks in 12,13 minutes i only put 5 sta bcuz when i gave 1 star it wouldnt let me post

It's been a awhile since I've been to churches chicken and service was one of those reasons besides always getting sick from there as well. Well our order didn't take long and the person helping was really courteous and did everything to his best to make sure we were served well and that we had everything. The food was alright not hot and fresh and I didn't get sick. The order taker what was the best part of this visit. And for that reason only will I visit again.

Very clean and friendly place. Take your phone and take advantage of their app. The app will grant you free stuff or discounted meals. Always ask for napkins since the food is a bit greasy. The restroom is in good conditions and is very clean. I will go again to the location in Donna.

Had the 3 piece combo. Chicken was perfectly cooked. It is only later in the day towards evening that the chicken is not as good. Was wary to get some today because of that reason. But today at 1 pm was good.

I order 2 combos it suppose to come with fries instead I got 4 servings of gravy I paid for fries and I got gravy this is not what I order and the cashier was rude my food was cold and I kept calling them to let them know what had happened they never answered this is the third time this happens to me

First time eating this. Won't be going back. Had the Texas Tenders and Shrimp combo. The chicken was good but the Shrimp had no Shrimp and were rock hard. My husband got 6 fries and I got 2 dozen. None were cooked through. Dogs enjoyed them. Not worth the time or effort.

Never get the orders right they give what they want not what you order.

Hello there....I had a bad experience...I went through drive through....my favorite is chicken strips...I hadn't been here in awhile so girl took my order....I'm hard of hearing....from her a guy got on the microphone...he wasn't happy either...very aggravated......I paid nice girl....got my huge order...white gravy was spilled ....fruit punch had a leak.......but I think customer service was way worse....disappointed

This restaurant needs major help. The service is sad. They don't give napkins, ketchup, etc., nothing you may need; just the box of chicken. Most of the time they run out of white meat and you have to wait 20 minutes for them to prepare it and cook it and have it ready for you. If you go to any other Church's restaurant the chicken is crispy, hot, not greasy, but in Donna, Texas it's just the opposite and after you buy it you wish you had gone to another nearby town to get it... I have friends who have gotten home and they don't even have the chicken!

Too much sauce on all my chicken sandwiches that cause the buns to get soggy. Poorly put together. I mean I'm not expecting Chef Ramsey style put together but for a place that wasn't busy they could've done alot better.

The is not as good as it was before. The last 4 times including today the chicken is all dried up like if it's overcooked. So no the chicken is not good anymore. Maybe you need to change cook.

Absolutely appalled by the quality of the food we received. It is really sad that we work so hard for our money just for them to skimp us out on the quantity. The regular MacnCheese was basically a mini, the white gravy was not even half full, and half of the fries were too hard too eat. 0/10

I bought chicken strips for my family 18 pieces that come with four gravys. When I open the gravy they were all filled less that 40% not even half full.. why.. gravy is dirt cheap.. stingy, greedy, is church's chicken now. $30 ..no shame

I ordered a fish sandwich. Very disappointed and will never order it again. The picture in the menu is very misleading. The sandwich i received, had one piece of fish, placed in the middle of the bun and it was the size of my middle finger. NOT KIDDING!! I get home and take off 3/4 of the bun, since it was wasted bread. I'm still hungry!!

We ordered 3 meals with sides, one meal was missing a chicken piece, and non of the sides were included. They weren't even busy at the time, I can only imagine what kind of service they would've provided if they had had a full house!

I always get the 10 for 10 deal & it has always been satisfactory. However this past Tuesday I went in & got the same order as always but when I got it home there were all legs & 1 wing. Half of the legs were broken in half. Very disappointing.
