The Dover plains Dunkin is awesome. What a great friendly staff and service. We talked for about 10 mins. The manager is a sweetheart and loved a story she told me. Definitely going there again. Highly recommended!!

I love runnin on Dunkin! Using the mobile app to order ahead makes it very convenient to get my coffee fix. The seasonal options are great and the staff is always friendly. This location is great for anyone that commutes through Dover Plains. Order on your phone and pick it up right on your way to work. GREAT!

We did stop off at a Dunkin Donuts on ower way to Lime Rock Raceway this past Saturday morning . We each had breakfast sandwiches and a drink . It was very clean and in order . The staff was nice as well .

Some of the workers are great and nice. But at night. They should just close early because they literally tell you they have nothing available. Thursday night 8pm, "we're all out of bagels and croissants, and let me tell you my eggs are all frozen". Idk if that's the manager or a worker but I bet the owner would be disappointed that they turn away customers. Went on a weekend morning and the girls inside were very nice. - the only reason it's getting 3 stars

My friend had ordered before me and paid full price. When I asked I got 10% off. My friend asked if she could get the discount and was denied. My issue is not about the few cents discount; it is about employees not knowing basic information about store policy.

I had an issue with the Dunkin’ app where I redeemed points for two hash browns. The app showed the points were successfully converted, but the store’s register didn’t reflect it. I showed the receipt in the app, but the employee refused to honor it and offered no real explanation — just stared at me and told me to “take it up with the app.” I understand system limitations, but the customer service was poor. A simple explanation or even basic acknowledgment would have gone a long way. The app is part of Dunkin’, and customers shouldn’t be made to feel stupid for a technical issue they didn’t cause. I did ultimately get my original order, which is why this isn’t one star, but the experience itself was frustrating and avoidable.

Unfortunately it’s the only one nearby.. they are constantly out of items so when you place an order online that you pay ahead for, you never receive all the items so you either go without or pick something else which is very limited. Mobile orders are never there waiting for you even if you order 15 minutes ahead so you need to tell them your order inside, then they make it.

On 10/18/2023 at 2:30pm I decided to go through the Dover Dunkin Drive Through. I simply wanted a coffee and while getting on the drive through line there was all this ruckus and chaos. The lady was threatening to fight someone in the car in front of me. She ran outside and chased the car while screaming. I then had to reassure my kids that everything is okay. I don’t know why this Dunkin has and or hires many unprofessional employees and feels the need to keep them around to hurt their name. Hopefully, this gets resolved and we can have our business be polite, respectful and back to how it’s supposed to be. Kids these days, have absolutely no work ethic or professionalism.

By far the most disgusting place I’ve ever been in . The workers touch food with their bare hands and the manager does as well. They keep cleaning products around all of their food and drinks. None of the machines are cleaned properly and they will serve you coffee with grounds. As a person with an inside scoop , the manager sells spoiled products and even products dropped on the floor . The manager will sell days old hard bagels and thinks it’s okay.This place needs to be shut down or a new manager/crew put in that actually cares about what’s being sold to their customers. Poor excuse of customer service and management.

Staff was very rude and impatient with taking my order in drive-thru .. After I corrected him with being rude.. Staff apologized.

This is the second time this has happened, I am going to report this to corporate about how they don't want to take customers in the store. As a follow up. As of today 11/27/19, after receiving an email reply from corporate regarding my complaint about locking the doors before closing. I requested that the owner contact me either by email or phone call; no contact by owner at all. So, do yourselves a favor and drive right past this dunkin doughnuts. As you can see from my experience they don't value their customers. Go to Cumberland Farms instead!

We took the order back in and we were told we would get a refund because the "ovens were not working properly". Sooo how were the grilled cheese and bagel cooked just fine that we ordered also...

There is this employee, I believe his name is Michael Tompkins, and he is responsible for this poor review. Every time I order he attempts to make small talk at the window as well as using profanities, I believe this is because he thinks we are friends and I let this slide a few times but lately he has been slow on getting my order out and lately he has been messing up my orders more frequently.
