Honestly recommended Chip over crumbl any day of the week. Chip is actual cookies while Crumble smoothed cupcakes. The employees here are friendly which made buying the cookies that much easier. Delicious cookies!

I feel like it is challenging to find cookies that are commercially made but truly taste, look, and feel homemade. Chip nailed that combination beautifully!! 🍪 The cookies are warm and baked to perfection (I love a crisp outside and gooey inside). Aside from this, I totally dig the ambiance and color scheme of these locations. I will definitely be coming back!

Jacquelyn is amazing! Mya is also very helpful! Great manager and the store is great. The cookies are being made fresh. Ice cream is very tasty. Overall amazing experience. The inside experience & staff is very joyful and cheerful. This place is very good. I’d definitely recommend this over other brands like Crumbl, CREAM, etc. because we took a chance of this after dinner and after enjoying the cookies and cheerful staff! I will say 10/10 experience and taste!

A great sweet spot after a meal. Great selection, delicious, and cookies are served warm. You can enjoy as is, add toppings, or make it a sandwich. A must try!!!

Had the biscoff cookie with added pistachio drizzle. So good! It has biscoff cream inside and white chocolate chips. Also had the chocolate cookie, pretty good but it had no filling. I added caramel drizzle on top.

We always get chipzookies from here. It would be nice if we had some varieties of ice cream flavors to choose from for the chipzookie, but it always tastes good, so won’t complain :) The service is always friendly, but has a barebones atmosphere like a buy and take-out only kind of atmosphere with no seating to finish eating before heading out.

The store manager was awesome and very helpful since it was our first time in. Unfortunately, the cookies weren’t all that especially for the price. We went once but probably won’t be going back anytime soon or recommending them. Sorry, we really wanted to like it. The OG was the best of the 4 we got in the surprise box.

It seems like someone took the cookies out and then put them back in to “re-warm” them. There is no way these are fresh cookies. Like I said, we have ordered cookies from them numerous times. Unacceptable! We’ve ordered cookies from Chip before that have been warm, soft and delicious, which is why I am not leaving a one-star review. If you order via delivery, be wary.
