Love the choice of flavors. Serving was very nice and server let us taste different flavors. Nice addition in the shopping area. Much try it.

Great flavors of Ice cream! Very clean on the inside along with outdoor and indoor seating. Lot of parking. Service was a bit slow.

I went for ice cream with my kids and surprise to see they have Rocky Mountain chocolate too. The biggest surprise is the Dubai Kunafa chocolate they have for sale. First time seeing an ice cream shop with the chocolate factory option to buy. if you’re around this place and looking for ice cream then this is one must place to go, youget ice cream plus chocolate too. I highly recommend and will visit when I’m around this area.

I went for ice cream with my kids and surprise to see they have Rocky Mountain chocolate too. The biggest surprise is the Dubai Kunafa chocolate they have for sale. This place is probably one of the worst cold stone , I have been on. We recently ordered birthday cake from them, and the service had been very very hands offish. In particular, we have been ordering birthday cake from cold stone (other branches), for couple of years and generally the baker calls before and asks about the picture dimension, any special requirements etc. this time they guessed everything, didn’t call us. The picture on the cake didn’t even cover 50% of the cake , and the cake shavings were not all the way (kind of half done). Really avoid this shop.

This place is probably one of the worst cold stone , I have been on. We recently ordered birthday cake from them, and the service had been very very hands offish. In particular, we have been ordering birthday cake from cold stone (other branches), for couple of years and generally the baker calls before and asks about the picture dimension, any special requirements etc. this time they guessed everything, didn’t call us. The picture on the cake didn’t even cover 50% of the cake , and the cake shavings were not all the way (kind of half done). Really avoid this shop.

Waste of money, had to toss, as it's impossible to know the apples inside till it's cut and consumed.

Manager was EXTREMELY unfriendly he fingered my ice cream and looked like angry when serving and looked like he was going to hurt me very scammy and tried to charge me more from one dilawar to another i hope proper changes can be made

I hate to do reviews that don’t give praise to the company, but I have to say this because this is unacceptable. I bank at Provident When I came outside, My Husband had to go to the bathroom so he went into cold stone, where there’s a guy working there told him he could not use the bathroom. It was out of order. He blatantly flat out, “lied.” ! There was no out of order sign on the door. Clearly my husband immediately saw me coming out of provident and told me what this guy said to him so I went in there. I was gonna buy something sweet that day anyway because I am a blogger. I love to taste and try out different Restaurants and then give them a report. I was looking at all the eateries in that area and couldn’t wait to dine there & Take photos and post them for my page. He literally told My Husband again the bathroom is out of order. My Husband said there is no sign there saying out of order and I said to him, you know you don’t have to be so mean like that I said I bank next-door, and I was in there for a little while & my husband had to use the bathroom he just had a mean, look on his face and would not comment on what I said, as if I wasn’t even there or I didn’t matter. I find that quite offensive. I went back to Provident and told them my experience they said wow it’s a public bathroom . To The man working there …if you don’t want others in your establishment state that we won’t come there at all you really disrespect us and treated like us like we were nothing. This man was a mean Person was very standoffish. He could’ve even given us another option , because we don’t know that mall very well I don’t go to that particular Credit Union I go to a different one so the area is very beautiful and I couldn’t wait to dine there at that particular outdoor mall & tell the public about the wonderful restaurants they have there he could have said you can go down to another store. They have a public bathroom. He gave us no personal contact with his eyes He was not apologetic He would not acknowledge us so I deemed this as far as I was treated to be racist. I’m appalled at his behavior. The bathroom room was not out of order I even left and came back to check to see. He could have said I’m sorry we can’t let you use our public bathroom “he lied.” i’m asking everyone to consider when you see or hear about someone being mistreated please stand by them. We are hard-working God-fearing people. We are very kind and we love people for him to treat us the way he did was wrong Our family has had very successful businesses, and love to serve the customer .That way was very hurtful. I ended up going to cookie crumbl for a treat. The young people there are very kind. By the way, we’re older established people were not some young Thugged out children. We are very mature adults. This is unacceptable in our community..

Purchased Carmel apples from this location and they were rotten and moldy inside. The sticks were black and smelled horrible. Thank God I cut the apples before feeding it to my kids. They should be ashamed of themselves selling old rotten apples to their customers and hiding it with the Carmel and toppings. Pics below! Beware!!!

Writing this about their moldy truffle. I was there last night (2nd Dec 2022, 9.40PM) for ice cream. Being 7months pregnant, i always want a little more so got myself a cherry truffle too. Today (3 Dec, 11.40am), i take a bite of the truffle and there is so much mold inside, i threw up. Never buying anything other than ice cream here. Im concerned if the toppings are maintained the same. Attached are the pictures of the same.

Very disappointed by Dublin Coldstone. Terrible customer service. Messed up my order and were incredibly rude when asked to fix it. The ice cream received was half empty. See the top two compared to the bottom. Having come to Coldstone often in the past I will never be returning.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Cold Stone location. When I went to pay with a Cold Stone gift card, the staff refused to take it in hand and instead asked me to read the number out loud. I was on a call at the time, which made this even more inconvenient and frustrating. If Cold Stone issues gift cards, the staff should be trained to handle them properly.

Please avoid this store. The manager is so rude. the staff serves below the required quantity as per size and if you ask for adding it properly as they didn't add enough as per the size then you are charged extra. When you ask for the reason why they charged extra the manager responses so rude. we are paying a solid 10$ for the cup of gotta have it and the quantity is just like like it. The mixing is absolutely to nothing and when you eat the ice cream you get the taste of only either ice cream or a spoon of chocolate chips or just dry pieces of brownie.

I went to this place with my autistic kid today and they were very rude to my kid specially the Indian owner husband and wife he pushed my kid said u r not allow to come inside . I told them she doesn’t know anything she autistic. They didn’t care . The rest of their employees are good .

Had dubai chocolate from this Cold Stream Creamery Location. Tasted just like kit kat and hardly any pistachio taste at all. Was quite expensive bar of chocolate too ... Would not recommend the chocolate at all .. Sticking to ice-creams only is probably a better option in this place.

Store refused to give us a Like It size in a Love It cup (my son enjoys having ice cream with caramel on top, I enjoy him not making a mess while he eats it). What an inflexible, wrong-headed approach. Please discuss with your store owner/manager.
