T4 is consistently high quality, regardless of location. I recently discovered this location in particular is, on average, at least $1 cheaper for each menu item. I’m not going anywhere else.

Went on a quiet Monday night. No one was there. Orders Potted Milk Tea with no ice and 50% sweetness (a must for Oreo diehards) and fried calamari. Tea came out perfectly. Calamari nice and crispy, and more importantly portion size is right for the price.

Good boba, good service. Their meal things are probably alright too, haven't had too many of them. I had the lobster balls, those were nice. It's a clean place that offers a niche drink. Well, niche no longer ey.

Very delicious tea, im not normally a fan of milk in my teas, but they do it very well. Very polite staff. Sizes are a bit small and their popping boba is a tiny bit harder to pop than im used to; over all very pleasant experience, I will go back!

T4 does not offer my regular brown sugar milk tea, so instead I got an Elegant Rose Tea and an Okinawa Milk Tea. I also ordered basil popcorn chicken. It was surprisingly good. The environment is friendly and clean

Tried the new Coffee Milk Tea with Boba. Not a big fan. The drink was more of water. Need to work on the mixing level

I just went not even 10 minutes ago and recived the wrong order 2 times. I ordered popcorn chicken and a snowglobe milk tea which the chicken was great but the milk tea was completely wrong. They remade it and gave it to me only for me to find its the wrong order! ( Wintermelo tea with lychee). It wasnt busy at all and unfourtunately I was in a rush so I couldnt stay longer ( I was already sitting for about 8-10 minutes).

Over priced. My drink was made wrong. Ordered caramel milk tea with 50% sugar and was given regular milk tea with no sugar. Mango fruit tea was sour. Super disappointing considering how much they charge.

Not a fan. This location was OK a few years ago, but it's gone downhill, fast. They took my regular order off the menu, which I thought was a pretty basic drink (pudding milk tea with boba). I tried their mango sago drink, being that this drink is wonderfully made in other boba spots in the area. I asked for boba and I'm not really even sure what I got... there were so many toppings that didn't compliment the drink, the drink itself did not taste great. The have a weird microphone to order your drinks into and the staff seems a bit clueless and intimidated by customers, unable to answer basic questions (ie. What comes in this drink? Can I substitute A for B? What do you recommend?).

Called ahead on my lunch break during work. Came in to find out they gave my food away even when I came early to pick up. Ended up having to wait a over 10minutes and being late to back to work. With no apologies on the workers end, very unprofessional. Worst experience Ive had. I do not recommend this location unfortunately

If you are attracted to their special offers, PAY ATTENTION!!!Their mistake is likely to result in you not getting the promotion. Do you expect their store manager to solve this problem? Terrible service, took several minutes just for someone to take my order, and took almost 30 minutes to make 2 simple drinks. Once they were ready it took several minutes to get someone's attention to even get my drinks. Once I got my drinks they were very watery and terrible. When I tried to get my money back for the drinks the staff had the audacity to argue with me saying that because I took a sip for the drinks they would not refund my money. Only after several minutes of going back and forth with the staff and a call to their manager (there was no one in a leadership role on site) was I finally refunded my money. Terrible wait times, terrible customer service and staff who don't know what they are doing. Will NEVER go back.

I definitely not recommend this store, employees don’t value their jobs. If you are attracted to their special offers, PAY ATTENTION!!!Their mistake is likely to result in you not getting the promotion. Do you expect their store manager to solve this problem? NO, they don't. They DO NOT CARE about THEIR PROBLEMS or the customers. All and Only they do, is ignore their problems and told you that is the rules, not their fault. How ridiculous! I recommend other T4 but not this one!!! Their service and service attitude is really bad! :(

Terrible service, took several minutes just for someone to take my order, and took almost 30 minutes to make 2 simple drinks.
